AM is still #1 affair site. Huge database of members, very well established brand. There are few cons though: - High price - Recent security breach - You have to pay to have your personal data vanished However, I still regularly use it (and if you know how to treat housewives, you'll get to the 4th base), but to double, or even triple up my chances, I use another great affair website recommended by lots of other guys here: Nostringsaffair.com. Happy hunting!
I was contacted by 10 women using Ashley Madison and all 10 were "romance scammers". Some waited 5 minutes to start asking for money some waited a few days but they all were scammers. The site is not worth your time or bucks!
Never heard of this company before until I started to get email spam from them or their affiiates. I've contacted the company direct and politely asked them to stop their email abuse. I've also contacted the registrars in question who supply the domains being used to send this email spam. Let's hope they change their marketing actviities and stop annoying people with email spam.
This is ALL about the money and NOTHING about connecting people.
Spend your time on places like Tinder if you want results.
5 connections on Tinder in 4 days and zero on Ashley Madison in years. Nothing but money down the tube with Ashley Madison. Fake profiles and money schemes is what this site is all about.
When you first sign up, you'll get about 10 emails a day saying someone wants to meet you, and when you buy credits, the emails slow down and the profiles that said they want to meet you disappear. You'll get emails that will say they want to know you, but when you reply, they're gone. They will eat up your credits. It's a total scam, don't get suckered in, you will be much better meeting someone in a bar. The fake profiles outnumber the real one's about 100 to 1, and you can't be really sure about the 1. Don't get suckered in, learn from us that have got suckered in and find someone real at the bar or your local grocery store. You're going to have a much better chance there. It's up to you, don't say you weren't warned.
BLACK MAIL!
" Hacked " my A*$€. I am now receiving blackmail threats from "secret" *******@takalarvn.com email address threatening to ruin my life.
Do not under any circumstances give these t@$$€\s any or more money. They will just keep bleeding you dry. Starve them out. Contact your bank to cancel your continuous payments to Ashleymadison and get a refund. Contacting your bank takes 5 mins if the payments restart cancel again and again. Mine stopped after 3rd time. And the best bit AM get fined every time for restarting the payments.
I wonder if all the people who cancelled their continuous payments were the ones who got hacked? Or may be scammed in a different way.
At the very best you now know the security is not trust worthy.
They will ruin your life regardless so we may as well deprive them of there cash.
All you naughty people keep it in your trousers and have a good, easy but slightly boring but MUCH easier life.
Dont care what any1 says, Ash Mad is still the number one cheating site out there. Obviously I dont give my real name or anything after what happened, but I think its been a blessing in disguise cos there arent as many scammers now. Out of all the other cheating sites Ive tried it hard to think of any that come close (okmaybe nostringsaffair.com which is probably more safe as it has never had any issues like AM has but generally you cant go wrong with AM). Its time to give them a second chance people, forgive and foget!
You can`t communicate with another profiler unless you buy "cedits" which enable you to send meaasges. Each message costs around 10 USD to send.
I have a strong suspicion that mostly all the profiles of women are fake.
Why would a 29 year old beautiful sexy woman living in Texas be interested in a middle aged over weight man living in Asia?
This was mostly the "interest" I was getting from my profile.
Again, it just incourages you to buy more "credits" to send a message.
Just a huge scam really.
My advice, use a local publication, Tinder or craigs list, its free.
Jioned am and almost instantly contacted by strippers wanting you to go to another site and join and watch them, was recently supprised to be contact by a 26 year old female working in Nigeria as a nurse with the UN, pictures and all turned out to be a Nigerian scam for money. This site is a place for strippers to pick up new clients and now Nigerian scammers to target people, girls uou may see a photo but you don't have any idea if its him or a nigerian targeting you
I signed up looking for fun, like everyone else. I quickly discovered that you have to pay for every message you send and there are a ton of fake profiles. Don't waste your money here.
I've been on several dating sites and made many friends. Scammers are numerous on all of them but manageable. But on Ashley Madison after six days every profile I approached or every profile I was approached by was scammers. I'm not say there were a lot of scammers, I'm saying they were ALL SCAMMERS. There was two that weren't normal scammers; they tried to blackmail me. Ashley Madison SUCKS. Don't even think of trying this $#*! hole of a dating site. The only reason I didn't give it a zero was because a one was the lowest score allowed.
Tip for consumers:
Ashley Madison is a scammers best friend. Site Sucks.
They probably have hired people to create female profiles and those people get paid with money that you pay for your profile! Not worth it! FAKE Profiles website!
Don't believe the hype! This is not the place! Too many fake profiles - you end up spending money on credits to communicate just to find out a little later these are just fake profiles - catphishers that want you to sign up with a social networking site so you can communicate in secret with your newfound ladies, or Ashley Madison employes that want you to burn your credits? These girls will chat with you, but obviously have never taken the time to read your profile. And they will not share much about themselves, neither in their profile nor in their answers. Shame Shame Shame on you Ashley Madison!
AshleyMadison is not bad at all. However, you need to invest sometime and can't expect to find other cheaters within 24hrs. However, I was more lucky on Saphrina. But still, Asleymadison is not all bad.
I spent nearly £200 on this site sending out messages. The only replies I got were from hookers. Everything is a money trap. 90% of the profiles are fake, generated to take your money. STAY AWAY! SAVE YOUR TIME AND MONEY!...
I tried this and bought credits which are extremely expensive and go extremely fast and are a total rip off. Instead of a simple system like paying a membership monthly or so and so forth, they have a system where you buy credits which is a total ripoff and scam. You get scam people messaging you that aren't real. This system is a total suck $#*! POS! I spent my 50 bucks or so and sent like two messages and that ate up all of it. Definitely not worth it.
Tip for consumers:
This is a total waste 100% waste!
AM has changed a fair bit and its looking like a top choice but if you aint using nostringsaffair which is a gr8 site that doesnt cost you and arm and a leg, then you need to be broadening those horizons and checking that out. Mark S (37)
Please listen. I came into this gullible and vulnerable. I was so u happy In relationship. Looking for comfort. They prey on this. They also prey on fact that people don't want To make big deal of it cause of fear of being busted. They prey on this. I tried it, lots of fake accounts and fake accounts that are designated to keep u spending. Which is exactly what you'll do. U will see messages You can't access until u spend more money. Then u spend money and the messages are all bull$#*!T. They are are set up to drain men for money. It's not really a site to help people meet. It prays on men specifically. Settingbuo accounts that gear at men spending more money. Use caution. U will see. I guarantee. When u express interest u will be sent message u will have to pay more for tonsee just to find out it's a dead end
I am a woman using Ashleymadison once in a while. I prefer different (casual) dating sitse. I am not married or in a relationship but once in a while it is fun to hook up with married men. I signed up for this site and it is free fro women to use. Perfect! Yes, as a man you may wanna use a different sites like Saphrina instead because it is not as cost intensive, but for women: Perfect! I think there is no better afair site for women!
Men are easy going and always up for a good time. Ladies, be picky! There are a lot of men on Ashleymadison!
Why am I being bombarded with 'messages' and 'gifts' from all over the USA and the UK from 18 - 25 year olds when I specifically stated my US Zip preference and age range? It looks like a total scam and ripoff - and I have not yet had one response to the messages while burning throughly credits at an alarming rate. Please tell me why I should waste one extra dollar with you
All fake messages to get you to spend money. If you want to lose money then this is the place to go. You will not recieve any responses from real people unless you spend 1000s of dollars. Then you will get one or two.

Never got to exchange anything beyond hi and hello… seems cheating to me. Not real at all. It's alluring to fall for it and help Ashley make money. I want to file a fraudulent case
Tip for consumers:
Don’t fall for it. It’s blatant cheating
I agree with Justin T: Some smaller sites, like Saphrina, (maybe NoStrngsAffairs - even though I have not tried them yet) may be much better than AM. Controversial sites like AM polarize, especially with their provocative spots.
After all, AM is one of the best sites still. Be aware that it may be more expensive. On the other hand they offer a large member base but with a bad male-female-ratio).
Some AFF sites may work as well, but you will also find many fake profiles on there.
My opinion: I was most "happy" on Saphrina, but I did not feel uncomfortable on AM. AFF worked as well, but thta was a while ago.
As with most of these sites to many fake profiles
They have now introduced another payment if you request there photo
You will get lots of messages 'please send me a detailed message"
And yes you have to pay up
9 times out of 10 they don't reply and if they do you will only get one reply
Don't waste your $$$$
Almost no response from 80% of the women supposedly looking or interested. Because they are bots generated by the site. Don't waste your time and money.
Having tried a few of these cheating sites id say this one is better than a lot but its not quite top dog (that award still goes to nostringsaffair.com champion!)
