I made a purchase of 9 items. Once I placed the order I realised that there was a automatic address change. I contacted Ashley Stewart waited on the phone for 1hr 15mins for them to tell me I can't make any changes including the correct address. 3 days later I get an email that my order shipped less 5 items that were all of the things on sale. I still couldn't cancel the order because they said that the items had shipped. I contacted the ups and they said there is a label but not any packages yet. I am definitely done with this company. 3 strikes I'm closing my card out.
Tip for consumers:
The material has become truly horrible so your constantly doing a hit or miss. Do not rely on the models they show for sizing
I had a order for over 300. And did not get my money back when i returned the clothes. I asked before buying if the company paid for returned shipping was told yes. After, I returned the clothes that did not fit or cheap looking, then they keep my money for each money stating it was on sale so they kept the money and charged me full price on each item. UNBELIEVable. The customer service are untrained and don't know the policies. I am going to report this company to BBB. STOLE ABOUT $100 from me atleast!
