I've shop plus size online & always had to do repairs to make them fit right. Since finding Ashley Stewart this past summer, no more repairs. I also love the feel and able to bend & twist while wearing my clothes & not having to pull them up or down. Thank you!

Buyer Beware! Most importantly Black Buyers beware this store is a scam! Their 30 day return policy is CRAP! AN ITEM ORDERED IS NOT THE SAME AS HAVING ITEM IN HAND! How is it ur return period starts as soon as they swipe your card! Why is it stores serving Black women are no better then crappy cheap stores? Gap, Banana, Ann Taylor are all so much more accommodating and appreciative of Customers and care about service. Ashley Stewart is only in Black Neighborhoods and Robs us! If a price is discounted online with do I need to threaten not to buy it in store unless I get that price? Scam! It's a shame Black women are treated this way by a store in our Neighborhoods! Never Again!

I had an AS credit card, always bought lots of things. Clothing stitching was coming apart on a lot of items. I closed my acct and started
using After Pay. Be careful returning items. I had $1.00 shipping AS wanted to charge me $10.00 for a return label that they did NOT enclose with my items. Customer service and the "supervisors" were absolutely horrible!
My money spends any and everywhere but NOT Ashley Stewart!

Had I not missed the 30 day return deadline due to being out of town, I would have returned everything. Pants were way too long and material on two pair was so thin (see through... literally). I'll stick to other plus size vendors.

Tip for consumers:
Pay VERY close attention to the negative reviews and don't be swayed by the beautiful color and designs. I thought how could such beautiful items really be that bad. My 2nd time in 4 years trying to patronize this company. Bad experiences both times. Well...now I know. Won't shop there again.

They sent me a damaged item and I reached out to customer service. I was told they were going to "open a ticket". That was the last I ever heard from them. The skirt has a snag that goes for 3-4 inches right below the waist at the front. I can't wear this! I would just deal with it if the damage was near the bottom hem somewhere but this is in a very obvious spot.

Tip for consumers:
Beware that damaged items will be yours to keep unless maybe you can go to the store and get them to refund. Check for your nearest store before ordering. Mine is 132 miles away.

I really didn't know much about this company and made the poor decision to purchase from them. I returned everything I ordered. The clothing were ill fitting and had very cheap fabric. Now I am out 20.00 because on top of shipping they also charge a return fee :(

Ordered on Cyber Monday online 11/26 and 11/27... most items were "out of stock". Finally found a few pieces and settled for them. I received an email on 12/5 stating shipping was running behind then an email immediately following stating "items were not longer available" after my card has been charged for all the items. Next, they send an email stating they shipped a jogging suit top but the bottoms are not available. I emailed customer service "The Ashley Stewart Team" and no response as of today. Oh by the way, the other items I ordered separately I just got an email, "the items are no longer available". Now, I spent my Cyber shopping on a site that does not produce its products and missed the sales at another retailer due their deceptive business practices! Be aware!

Returned items that were of poor quality. They said it is a fee of $8.00 for returns. The deducted $18.00 from my refund. Ive reached out to them several times for an explanation but no response. Will never order from them again or shop in a store.

I'm so disgusted with Ashley Stewart
For over a month, I've emailed them, only receiving a reply, they're waiting for corporate to respond. I've even called and been placed on long holds, only to be told, supervisors are all busy. I've hi's requested call backs & still nothing! This is terrible treatment, for someone who spent damn good money with them!

But what she don't understand me and my crew can steal much more from her the company is ghetto as hell with the worst customer service online I ever seen they will make you turn on their ghetto $#*! and turn ghetto just like them

I'm use to the low quality clothing, Use to the majority of clothing looking hideous and not worth the asking price. Every blue moon though, an outfit strikes gold. It's beautiful, appears to fit well and sells out every size in seconds. Yet, restock on said item never happens. Why? I try to be a AS fan but get dissatisfied most times exiting site with cart empty. Put more effort towards pieces that fly off the shelf and not on excessive crap no one wants.

Sizing is off. Quality is low

OK, paypal is great no problem with them. But Miss Ashley Stewart return policy is crazy! You can't return clearance item even for a different size or sometime else. When return other merchandise not on sale you don't get the full price refund to you. Understand they will keep the shipping and handling fee, but a tax fee go figure that not right. You pay to ship back to them. Any Item purchase on online should be able to return in a store ( including Paypal)

I purchased a dress in July to wear for my Birthday in September. Wore the dress one time, washed after wearing. Pieces of the dress started falling off. I paid $50 on sale for this dress. Unable to return due to the 30 day return policy. Any company that will only stand behind their product for 30 days will not be getting anymore of my money. Clothes are cute but the material used to make the clothes is very cheap and low quality. SAVE YOUR MONEY

I purchased 7 pairs of shoes only received 3 pairs one was unavailable and the other 3 pairs still waiting on a response. Yet it was a clearance sale. My guess is it was falsely advertised. Not ordering from these guys again. I paid American dollars so a lot of money. Australian dollars $184.

I ordered 3 pair of shorts, nothing on the page said they were a Web Exclusive and not returnable when placing the order and, my payment was processed. Needless to say 2 pair didn't fit and I wanted to change them for the next size up. I spoke to 2 supervisors and to no avail, I can't get another 2 pair, but they offered 15% off. I have been a customer for years, but I can't shop with a company that doesn't offer any help for their customers. Will be keeping my $$$ from now on.

I ordered the most beautiful blouse, and I was so excited to wear it today. I'm sitting at work and every seem is ripping as the day goes on. It is not too tight, but I am literally mortified right now. Don't know how I'll get through this day!

Order and paid $57.73 for the total item. Received it and didn't like the fit and returned it using their return label. Received a refund amount of $40.15. In missing $17.58. I called and the cs agent stated we don't give back the shipping fee to ship to you and it's taxed. We also charge a flat $8 fee if you decide to use our return label. They robbed me just shy of $20. Never again! Straight BS!

This clothing store has the worst customer service ever for both in-store and online. They do not honor their in-store signs.. and online service always send the incorrect items only to hustle you out of more money for shipping and handling or worst keep items you can't fit or don't like.. also, Everything in their store is final sale! Just because Ashley Stewart's can't seem to handle their inventory doesn't mean the consumer should have to suffer for your mismanagement!

I purchased the Ashley Stewart Plaid High Waist leggings. I am very short and apple shaped. I struggle with leggings that are too thin and shows all my ripples on my thighs. NO THESE. They are perfect thickness. Fit great and the wonderful. Wide quality waist band is comfortable and doesn't move or slide down or fold over with movement. They looked cute on me. Yes they looked cute. I never look cute. Anyway. I'm 5'3" weight 259 and am very curvy. I bought the size 22/24. And they fir perfect I would give 10 stars out of 5. YOU can not see the pattern or color in the pic. Only the fit. Il upload a pic of the pants too. Worth every penny. See proof I bought them.

I had to file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau because Ashley Stewart is not adhering to their own policy of returning items to the customer after the 30 days period. It clearly states on the back of their shipping receipt, "Returns after 30 days not accepted and will be sent back to you. Truth be told, I think they restocked my items and sold them because they still had the tags on them, never been worn, excellent condition. Every time I ask customer service about the status of my return, they don't respond or they say we will send you the tracking number once your items are shipped. This has been going on close to a month now. I am very doubtful that I will see these items again.

I have account with the company and have ordered quit a few things from them however the quality is not what it was when we had a brick and mortar store in my city. The customer service was awesome at the store near me and they just came in and shut them down without any warning. I like to purchase the jeans because not many places sell tall's. The items other than the jeans look nothing like it does online. The fabric is cheap. After paying off my bill on time I was charged a $29 late fee. Instead arguing with them I closed my account. I will find another store to purchase my jeans from in the future.

Well I ordered a dress on friday, and received it the following friday. So all the people that complained about shipping time. I didn't experience a delay. However. The dress was 54.00 it has 2 layers but it's still very see through. It is very cheaply made. Loose strings everywhere and it came with a black smug on it that I hope to get out with some shout. Overall I'm happy with my purchase but I feel it should have been in the 30 dollar range for the quality of the dress. But it will work for what I'm wearing it for. :)

Ordered a really cute pink faux leather jacket (got it for 50% off and free shipping which is EXTREMELY rare for Ashley Stewart!) and was excited when it finally arrived. And then I tried it on. The body of the jacket is fine and the length of the sleeves are fine but they are TIGHT. I noticed this seems to be a trend with the last few tops I've purchased from AS. They DO realize that plus size women don't have little bird arms, right? I know most would say size up, but the jacket fits fine. But those sleeves? Issa no for me. Think I'm gonna have to pass on purchasing from this retailer unless I can actually try it on first.

I said I'm calling about my bill.he said you didn't pay it.i said yes on the 6th.he said no,no,no and went into when will I be paying. I said sir what you should say is let me look into it so we can find an answer. But no Elvis kept the mic and kept talking. So I left him with I'll will pray for you.

Only thing right now is the shipping. But they will refund you. I love all my items. I've been shopping with them online since they closed down the KC store. They need to fix the shipping and things will get better
