I tried to change an address on a UPS package. Somehow through the UPS website I got connected with this website. I've been charged 55.00 for 2 months that I didn't authorize. When I called they refunded me 1/2 a month. Don't use them.

The only reason they're getting a single star is because I can't give them no stars. They are a scam. I canceled on the second day and they're trying to take money from my bank account. They send you a copy of the conversation but their response to my request to cancel has been changed. I'm reporting them to the Better Business Bureau.

This electronics service follows other websites and once they get your information for a one dollars start up the verification they will bill you seventy five dollars a month the only way that you can get rid of it is cancel your credit card

I am really dumbfounded as to why some people give this company a good review as they did nothing but trick me out of $70 for doing absolutely nothing. I don't even know how I reached their site because I was trying to get answers from MyHeritage and somehow was led to Ask-Crew chat assistant which asked me to authorise a $1 charge that would be refunded. I should have stopped there but then I was notified that my account was charged $69 by this company and I went on to realise they were planning to charge this monthly! Luckily I was able to cancel this recurring payment through PayPal and I have opened a dispute with PayPal in the hopes of having this reversed.

We didnt authorize charges. They charged debit card; dont know how. We "cancelled" the service we didnt ask for and had to cancel the debit card (fraud) the same day. They quickly mad 3 more charges before the card was cancelled. If you see anything with Askcrew, call your bank and cancel immediately. Good luck.
