Aspen Dental' s Dr. Radovan was simply amazing! He took the time to explain my procedure thoroughly and put me at ease immediately. The staff was very compassionate. I highly recommend Aspen Dental for your dental care needs.
3 teeth pulled at one time...which resulted in infection that required two rounds of antibiotics.,.ill fitting dentures that fall out; decayed teeth fell out instead of dentist filling or removing. I have pictures that I will send to corporate office. I cannot chew food; missing teeth; dentist in Brenham Texas was awful. I want everything fixed and done properly.
The doctor that apparently had no clue what to do initially or as things got more messed up, scuttled back to California within a few weeks. I think I was NOT the first complain about him and his practice.

I specifically said I wanted my teeth cleaned and information for a crown nothing else. My insurance isn't accepted there and I knew that. What I didn't know until I got there was that they MUST take X-rays before a cleaning. 230.00 worth of X-rays. There is a sign by the front desk explaining that for 1st time visitors x rays and exam are free. I asked about that. I was told that it's only for people who don't have insurance. I asked " well isn't that me? ". I was told that even though they don't accept my insurance I don't qualify". It was a short visit to the dentist today.

I went in today due to a cracked molar that I needed to have pulled. The NICEST staff i have ever come across in any medical facility. I'm a 38 year old male with a high pain tolerance and they babied me ( in a good way) of getting through the pain. Would recommend 5/5 for any emergency dental issues you may have.

I will never go to Aspen Dental again. They are money hungry and not concerned about the well being of the mouth. I've had 2 crowns come out within 3 years of putting them in. On top of that I was told there is not enough teeth left to save the teeth. I'm now going to a different dentist to have implants put in. Aspen Dental accused me of not taking care of my teeth when they are the ones who did the work on my teeth. I wished I had read the reviews before letting Aspen Dental work on my mouth.

How bad an organization can be. From top to bottom this place is a complete mess. I actually feel sorry for them so I am not even going to sue them. I am just going to forget the entire experience. Basically, they are great until they get your money and then it all goes downhill from there. They actually lost the dental plan they put together for me and then lost my 1000k+ payment. Apparently their system got hacked or somehow lost all data and now they won't recognize my payment. In addition, I have had better care back in the 70's! Do yourself a favor and do not go to Aspen!

This company is a joke. Buyer beware. My husband had an abcess and teeth pulled and got no meds at all other than a week of antibiotics and then was left to suffer with puss coming out of his gums for a couple weeks after extraction. You have to pay up front but getting your money back when insurance pays out is a joke. They have owed us $719 for 6 months now and the payment supposedly isn't showing because they have been updating computers for 6 months. Home office won't answer their phones and when you finally talk to someone they are untrained CS all supposedly different departments to try and make it seem legit. Reality is they have a few agents who know nothing and can tell you nothing. There is no supervisors or management they just send you to another untrained rep to be told sorry we can't help. Even my insurance company can't get through to them. So now I have to file with the Attorney general for fraud to try and get my money back. Buyer beware.

Booked for a cleaning. Did every other billable pre cleaning procedure and then said the dental hygienist was too busy today to do the cleaning schedule back in 6 months. Absolute joke. It also looks and smells like a bowling alley. Don't do it. Thank me later. I'm going to go make sure they didn't use up and bill my 1 out of 2 cleanings a year. Place screams insurance fraud.

Aspen dental Elizabeth City is the worst. I went to Aspen Dental to get my snap ons completed. They did nothing but give me excuses. First I had to provide a letter from Orthodontist of what was needed to finish the work. Big mistake. I wound up giving them 3 clearance letters. One letter sent from Orthodontist which they said they never received. They gave me a speech that it takes alot of time to order the parts. 30 days later.parts were still not ordered. They promised to call in 2 weeks...30 days later no call. Parts still not ordered. Keep in mind that I have only posts on my bottom gums. Because of this I have only been able to eat soft foods. I have lost nearly 15 pounds. They have no empathy. I had to start the process all over again. This is during Thanksgiving and Christmas. My heath is still deteriorating

Worst customer service ever. Corporate office makes up nonsense policies to hold onto money, apparently to get pennies of interest rather than taking care of their clients. And they lie and misrepresented, like saying refund was already sent out when it wasn't. And hidden charges like extra appointments and charging for electric toothbrushes when never ordered, told about, or asked if wanted.

Worse experience ever! On 2nd set of dentures still do not fit. Lowers cut my mouth uppers fall out! I paid $12,000.00 for nothing! I would not recommend anyone going to Aspen Dental. Save yourself a lot of money don't go there.

DO NOT GO HERE! You'll be doing yourself a service. I went there and paid ahead for services I may need as we went along. Well, I got a call and asked what for. Gum surgery I was told. I went to my appointment and was informed the dentist was stuck in traffic. Waited an hour, and Oh God wish I didn't.
He looked like he was on a bender. Started with giving me novacane and proceeded to remove a couple of teeth. I asked "What are you doing?" Taking out your teeth! "How many?" ALL OF THEM. And they dd! I'm still crying. They upper cracked down the middle and was told "Get new ones." Rude, unethical, money.Hungry. Only reason you see a 1 star is there are no other options.

I was told by a woman in the business office if I didn't get a deep cleaning all my teeth would fall out. Mind you, and had been going to the dentist in Minnesota and they said no such thing. They ruined my gumline...teeth shifted. I'm still waiting for my refund four years later. Money is all this corporate fast food of dental, company cares about. Profit before people is Aspen Dental motto!

This was probably the worst experience I have ever had at a dental office and I have been to many, many dentist due to loosing teeth in a car accident. Some of the assistants we really nice but I can't say that for the rest of them unfortunately. There isn't one positive thing I can say about them and that is really sad.
Make sure you read all the reviews before you make a decision, I wish I had.

Went in to establish a new dentist, first time with Medicare Advantage Dental, they recommended deep cleaning, bridge, crown, and partial. I agreed to cleaning and paid $1539.00 up front. Cleaning took 25 minutes. They billed Medicare Advantage and they denied not covered by my plan. Then they won't answer my calls. Aren't they supposed to tell me my insurance won't cover? I'm pissed.

Set appointment on line to have broken tooth removed, said they oral surgeon on staff. When I arrived they ran up bill with bunch of x-rays which was not needed. Tried to sell me on on full set of dentures which weren't nessasary, upper and lower and then informed oral surgeon only here 1 day per month. These people are crooks, stay away. Not dentist more like a bad trip to a used car lot.

Daphne, Alabama. Lots of happy talk and nice office. I went for exam and cleaning and left with $3400 treatment plan that included unnecessary deep cleaning and three crowns. Also got billed for a tooth brush I did not receive. Next visit to have one of the crowns done, assistant prepped the wrong tooth. Then the dentist began to perform a different procedure from the one I came in for. Finally she said she could not do that procedure and put the old crown back in. It fell out the next day. They insist on pre-payment so I'm due a refund, but it's been a week and still no refund. Don't even drive by this place!

They are Grossly Overpriced. They lie. They tell you one price, you pay, then at each visit they ask for more money. They take advantage of seniors, and I am sure they cheat the Government and the insurance companies. Please find a local Dentist who cares about their patients. Aspen is a Bad national Company who lures you into their office by a free checkup and xray, then prints out and offers financing for a plan that costs thousands of dollars., Mine was two one tooth partials, deep cleaning, and two teeth pulled for a whopping $21,000.00. They discounted the price to $17,000.00 and offered free interest financing.
Tip for consumers:
DO NOT GO THERE.

Went to Aspen on 10-14-21 for a chipped tooth. Was told I needed some extra work. They said they contacted my insurance for approval of the work I needed. The insurance never gave them approval. I financed over $820.00 insurance paid them three months later they send me another bill wanting another $858.00 or they are turning me into collections. I don't think I should be penalized for incompetence in the accounting/billing department. And not only that they tried to bill the insurance company for procedures that they don't even cover at all.
When I call the office to talk about the bill the people in charge of that are out to lunch, gone for the day, or never came in. Or better yet just don't return phone calls. Then I go to the office and I get the runaround or got the office secretary looking at me completely lost and don't have a clue on what to do or say.

I went in for an exam and xrays. I have no pain, just needed a checkup. The tech cut both corners of my mouth with the gadget for xrays. Then the dr tried telling me I need braces... I'm 61 years old! By the time I was finished they wanted to do over $1000 of unnecessary work! So disappointed

Went in for crown replacement. The temporary crown fell out minutes after leaving the place. They were charging me over 1600.00 and when I looked at the bill these were some of the extra unwanted charges:
Electric Toothbrush 135.00
Night Guard 400.00
Sensodyn toothpaste 28.00
Cancer screening 30.00
Mouthwash 28.00
You are blindly purchasing services and items you don't need or want.
I fell for the hygienist choice of words "deep cleaning" and was tricked into buying expensive mouthwash from them. I told them I just had my teeth cleaned a week ago but she said I need to "deep clean." Turns out, it's exactly the same cleaning I had already gotten a week ago and she even said it was easy. That's because I just had it cleaned by another dentist. They charged me 56.00 for the unneeded teeth cleaning. What a ripoff.
The staff was nice but I feel like they are having a contest of who can scam the patient the most into buying products.

Made an emergency appointment@10am. 3:30 appointment I arrived 5 mins late but my paperwork was filled out online 2 weeks ago. No one at front desk but sign reads "Please sign in we'll be with you shortly we're in a team huddle" Nothing to sign in on so I take a seat along with 4 other people that were already there. 25 mins later still no one at desk. Then a patient comes out the door with an employee behind him and calls another patient in. Still no one at desk. Hour later someone walks to desk oh it's the voice I heard on a personal phone call in the back. She greats a patient that just arrived and said I'll be right with you then walks away. At this point I got up and walked out the front door. So much for my loose tooth that's in horrible pain so bad that I can't eat or drink anything. This place is the worst I've ever been to in my life!

I went today (3/16/23) for cleaning by their periodontist. I had a lot of tarter build-up. He did an incredible job removing years of buildup. Although a little sore, I am insanely happy with the results.
I guess that's the problem with so many locations; you many not go to the site in your area because someone had a bad experience elsewhere. I think Fort Lauderdale is great.

They would not give me a normal, only deep cleaning. Overcharged me, charged me on things they never did. Took me a long time to get most of my money back. The little girl who did my deep cleaning, i was agony the whole time, one wonder if she had practice on her dog. Good luck, not to be cheated.
