Aspen Dental' s Dr. Radovan was simply amazing! He took the time to explain my procedure thoroughly and put me at ease immediately. The staff was very compassionate. I highly recommend Aspen Dental for your dental care needs.
3 teeth pulled at one time...which resulted in infection that required two rounds of antibiotics.,.ill fitting dentures that fall out; decayed teeth fell out instead of dentist filling or removing. I have pictures that I will send to corporate office. I cannot chew food; missing teeth; dentist in Brenham Texas was awful. I want everything fixed and done properly.
My husband and I have been going to a local 1 man dentists for over 7 years to get checkups and cleaning w no problems. We moved to another state and decided to try Aspen dental. They wanted us to have a lot of unnecessary work done and what our insurance didn't cover / out of pocket was outrageously high when our dental insurance covers 100% of xrays, cleaning *twice a year and reg checkups. Had the same experience when we went to dental works year's ago (money grab)* employee turnover*. Those dental places have a very fast turnover w employees some fresh out of school and I feel they're only out for / in it for the $$$* bottom line. We'll be going back to a private smaller dental office w 1 or 2 dentist in the office, that's my recommendation ' stick w a smaller office of dentist. They care more about you not the big $.

Awful. Never address what I went in their for. Most interested in how they can spend all the money on my flex card. Even drained it all off my card. Now the insurance company is trying to get it back. Greed. Awful service.

At first I was impressed. I got 6 teeth extracted. The doctor was great and I had no problems
2 cleanings has to be done. First one side which was over 600 dollars and then the other side another 600 and some dollars. I got a toothbrush and toothpaste and mouthwash after the second one. The cleaning is not even as good as the one from a regular dental hygienist. Come to find out they put over 990 dollars on my care credit already in advance for something that hasn't even been done yet. Just unbelievable bad customer service. I hope someone will stop them doing what they are doing. Don't go there is my advice.

This is basically a bait and switch operation. They use a cheap $19 introductory offer of dental check up and cleaning. Once they get you and then they work up a treatment plan that is way off the charts as far as cost goes and in many cases is not even necessary treatment. I wouldn't recommend going here at all. I went there and fortunately I smelled a rat and got out of there before they were able to get into me too far. I'm hopeful that the $19 is the only charge that I will Incur. They are initial treatment plan was $1700 which I think was completely over priced and I don't even think I needed that treatment done. Stay away from this place

I never got to see anyone because they say I have not paid my monthly payment- $30. My phone internet acting up and so my result was a $157.70 pay to see the dentist. I just paid the $30 on Saturday. Usually they wants to see patients and for some reason they can't see what I see- could that be there issue because not all are the same plan? My wife has a different plan that I do. I have been paying faithfully and now just frustrated out of my mind to waste a day off work to have this BS. I am being extremely nice to say 1 star. Could they have gave me any info early so I could show them I have paid faithfully? There billing group need a lot of work. I do not even want to go to that dentist office. Terrible. Im an unhappy customer.

Avoid. The negative reviews are true. Those poor patients...
Bad equipment, corporate environment, patients presented with one cost then billed another. Seeing all of this from the inside was extremely disheartening. The regional manager was there for his bonus. Avoid corporate dental institutions at all costs!

This will be the first bad review i have ever written. I do not believe in writing bad reviews but have made an exception for this comapany. Went for dental pain. They lied about a filling on a tooth that was not done. They worked on the wrong tooth taking off a perfectly good cap and repacing it with another. Claiming their was debris that got under the cap and caused my pain. Instead. By working on the wrong tooth they caused me a severe infection which resulted in them prescribing a heavy dose of penicillin three times a day. I have health issues and because of their doing the wrong thing I was sick for over a week. My advice is to stay away from their overpriced and only money matters company policy. Spoke to a regional manager and he was not of any help sticking with the company line. They caused me nothing but harm, mental and financial. Stay Away from Aspen Dental.

I've had a lot of dental work done in my life (76 years) and this has been the worst experience ever. Had a new upper plate done... put one front tooth no where near where it should have been. Had to redo plate. Trying to get my new lower partial made... walked out of office on two occasions with a fat lip. Said it was due to the Novocain... nope. Been in the lot of pain and discomfort since I started this whole procedure. The permanent partial made my tongue and gum raw on the right side... could not eat with it. Had to resort to the temporary for two weeks. Now making a new one. This all started in July and it is now December and still not right. Also charged me over $1,000 more than they should have, which has now been credited back to me. Do not go to this torture factory!

Went to my first appointment today, expected I would need work done, as haven't been to dentist for 3 years, but not $10,000 worth with Invisalign and being told I grind my teeth at 45!
Never have I ever been told by a dentist I grind. My teeth have already had brace work and are perfectly straight...
As soon as the dentist started mentioning work that was well outside of what I know I needed for care I knew this place was suck all you can get out of your patient, and nothing to do with patient care.

2. Had to pay for a root canal and crown dentist determined crown was not needed took over 8 months for

asked him how it looked he said he just does root canals.

Went to Aspen Dental for routine check-up and cleaning. There was no dentist there. They did a lot of x-rays. A hygienist looked at my teeth and said I needed an expensive deep cleaning. Everyone there asked me what kind of toothbrush I used. They make a lot of money selling expensive electric brushes. I needed to make a separate appointment to see a dentist but I could speak with an office manager! It is not Healthcare but a business.

I had made an appointment with Aspen Dental because they said they had Saturday hours. I had several appointments due to work needed on teeth. I paid over $3000.00 out of my pocket with insurance. From day one I complained that bridge felt loose. They said it was good. After completing all teeth work. Couple months later bridge came out. After 3 attempts of calling and trying to get appointment to glue back in. Nobody would call me back for appointments. So I had to go to another Dentist to have them cement back in and spend another $130.00 female manager was rude and never called for appointments. Very dissatisfied would never go back. This is the worst place you can imagine. Of course, everyone will smile for you once you're there. But all they are after is money. It is really ugly when dental service is all they care about is your money rather than your health. They tried to force me to do some unnecessary procedure that would cost $1,800. They even said they would not offer any treatment unless they did this unnecessary procedure. I said I will have to go to another provider and started to walk out of the door and then when they realized they would lose a CUSTOMER they said ok. I had a crown there and sadly it fell off the next day in my sleep. I was luck I didn't swallow it. I went there and asked for a fix or a refund and they REFUSED. I had to write their regional manager to approve a refund. Then after a couple of months, I checked my account and they fund was not there. Six months later and more than 30 emails I finally got my refund. I hate this place and advise you never to go there.

I came in with a broken denture fulling intending to buy new dentures. The repaired dentures was fixed poorly. It had 2 jagged edges still on it that needed buffed. They also wanted me to pre pay 138 to have 6 teeth cleaned. When I told them I was no longer interested in the new dentures due to the outrageous price they became cold and were very short with me.

First time visit with abscessed broken tooth, swollen jaw and PAIN. This was an emergency and they hurriedly took me right away. Explained procedure, upfront cost and set me an appointment for extraction after antibiotics worked for swelling. Set appointment for full exam. Very thorough, friendly and knowledgeable. Thank you Lancaster team...

On July 24,2023, I went to Aspen Dental to schedule a simple tooth extraction. Sounds simple? NOT. I was told that an extraction would itself be around $250 but I needed to have a full mouth X-ray.for a "treatment plan". Told this would be an additional $225 on top of the extraction
I said I didn't want the x-ray and didn't need a " plan" just a tooth pulled. Aspen manager insisted on the extra items. I walked out.
I told two friends about this experience. Both said that Aspen is beyond terrible and had a dismal reputation on dental cost and patient treatment.
I have gone to dentist for more than 60 years and must say my experience with Aspen was the worst yet.
DON'T EVEN CONSIDER THEM..

My mom is 81 years old, she needed to get dentures. The Dr. was so rude and foul mouthed. Told us to leave if we didn't like the way she was talking to my mother. Then they wanted my handicap mother to exit out the back door with no walk way around the building to get to her car. My mother was crying and they didn't want other patients to see her upset.
Not a place you want to go, specially if you are a senior or handicap. It's a franchise that care about the money. Dentist don't care because they are there one week then at another franchise the next week.

Don't go there, they over bill and their office doesn't return your calls. The quality of work I had done was adequate. But expensive and not finished. I had to pay another dentist to finish the work.

This place is a nightmare! They kicked me out of the establishment. They were rude saying I was yelling and swearing. All was doing was sitting in the chair waiting for the hygienist. When the coordinator came in and started screaming at me. Told me to leave. I will never go back to this place and would never recommend these crooks to anyone!

Aspen Dental located at The Fountains in El Paso Texas is the best dental experience I have received. The employee that did my x rays was wonderful. My x rays and teeth shown on computer were state of the art. Unbelievable, what technology, I am amazed. Dentist Larrisa Flores explained all my options fully and I understood. Financial options available. I am 100% satisfied.

This company has cancelled my children's appointments 3 time's with no notice after I confirmed it, no one could tell me why and nor did they offer to remedy the situation. I will never waste my time and reschedule with them. I should have never rescheduled after the first time they done this to me. I wasted gas and time off of work..

The office manager over charged me by $858.20 and will not refund my money, even after my insurance company, Cigna, told them they over charged me and owed me the money, when aspen or any medical care giver accepts insurance it is a contract to charge what is agreed upon with the insurance company, I feel sorry for people without insurance, they charge whatever they want, and then have no recourse, still hoping Cigna can help me get my money back, I payed up front because I have an HSA, big mistake.
Tip for consumers:
do not pay in advance
