Aspen Dental' s Dr. Radovan was simply amazing! He took the time to explain my procedure thoroughly and put me at ease immediately. The staff was very compassionate. I highly recommend Aspen Dental for your dental care needs.
3 teeth pulled at one time...which resulted in infection that required two rounds of antibiotics.,.ill fitting dentures that fall out; decayed teeth fell out instead of dentist filling or removing. I have pictures that I will send to corporate office. I cannot chew food; missing teeth; dentist in Brenham Texas was awful. I want everything fixed and done properly.
I had a new patient exam. Nothing wrong with my teeth. There was one small area by one tooth that measured 4 or 5 on their gum scale they use. They said I needed a $2,000 gingival irrigation antibacterial treatment on it. I said can't I just get my teeth cleaned? Nope. Its our policy. You have to do that or else we cannot ckean your teeth. I was pretty upset. I have never had a dentist office refuse to clean my teeth with an ultimatum. Baffling. I will never go back of course. My gum on that area has been like that fir years and other dentists I have been to have pointed it out but have never refused me service. Ugh. She even went so far as to try to compare it to the doctor telling you to get a triple bypass and you only get a double bypass. That's apples and oranges and very extreme and I told her that. I laughed. I have never had a dentist office make me feel like that. I left very upset and would never go back. Ugh.

I had a filling nine months ago and the filling has fallen out. I thought they would be honest and replace the filling. They told me I would have to have an exam, xrays and then be charged for all services. They also told that the insurance that they accepted then is no longer valid. I am 78 Years of age and will never go back to Aspen Dental again.

Called for a broken tooth and pain, and they scheduled me for next day. Called me 2 hours before appointment to cancel. Said they overbooked. Rude, didn't care about my pain. Bull$#*! organization! STAY AWAY!

Booked with them because they stated on the website they were open on Saturdays. On first visit was informed they did not open on Saturdays anymore. Booked first cleaning that went well and was going to book 4 additional appointments to have 3 fillings replaced and a crown. Called the office and left multiple messages which I never heard from them. When I finally did reach them I explained I needed to book 4 appointments. I was informed they did not have a dentist at this time and would have a temporary denitist coming in. They would not allow me to book but one appointment at a time due to this fact. I explained I needed to book them all due to being out of town. Asked if I should see another dentist and I was informed if that is what I felt like doing to go ahead. How can you run a business when you have no dentist and then cannot even book more than one appointment for a patient at a time.

They have little hidden fees that they nail you with a couple months down the road per a bill in the mail. You leave there thinking you are all paid up and then they say your insurance company didn't cover that certain amount. I bought and paid for the supposed best dentures they have their comfe lites and they have broken twice.

The X-Ray tech did NOT put a collar around my neck to protect me from X-Rays (the rays never leave your body. X-Ray equipment looked old; They wanted to take more than 4 X-Rays —wanted SEVERAL more. It's a fact that overuse of dental X-Rays cause thyroid & brain cancer. Also, I was there at 8:30 am & even though they open at 8 am THE DOOR was locked. I had to wait outside. And they have 5 pages of paper work that I never had to fill out at my previous dentist's office. The equipment is old. The XRay rooms are shabby looking. Would not recommend. I hope that I don't get thyroid or brain cancer from all those old X-Ray machines.

I went in to get an Implant prior to geting my medicare insurance, so I got a quote of around $2,500 total, so I had some puliminary work done, tooth pulled, bone grafting ect. Paid for that out of pocket about $600. I came Back in for the balance of the work Post setting, implant work, crown, ect. Now I had medicare insurance coverage up to $2,000, prior to the work they gave me the "patients responsibility" paperwork that totaled $5,400 my share after insurance was $2,400. They acted like they did not understand why I was upset... really. Never will go back

I had a wisdom tooth extracted at the Aspen Dental office on Main Avenue in Norwalk, CT. More than a week later I developed severe pain in the gum along the extraction area. I went to Aspen Dental but they refused to see me. I said it was an emergency but they refused to see me. I said I could have a serious infection and it might be life-threatening but they refused to see me. The sign in their window says "Emergency," and I had an emergency but they refused to see me. The sign in their window says "Walk-ins" and I walked in, but they refused to see me. I could have died.

I wish I could give ZERO STARS.
What ever you do STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. They are bullies. Even though I told them that I have huge anxiety they were still rude to me. The hygienist was almost an hour late taking me back. While knowing that I have a huge fear of dentists, dental offices and have white coat phobia, she rudely said to my husband " YOU CAN'T GO BACK." If this was told to us prior to our visit, we would have prepared. But no, they just like bullying you along with making you cry and develop hives from the stress, anxiety and rudeness. Had to pay almost $900

I went there to have them checked my wisdom teeth and do a cleaning. They brought me back and looked at my teeth that was quick. They then had the doctor look at my teeth then she poked my gums and told me I needed to floss more. (No doubt I do). But after that they told me and showed me that I had two cavities one on both sides in between my teeth. Due to flossing... They showed me a shadow that was on a tooth. Then we set up an appointment to have them filled. But a week prior I went to get my cleaning at my normal trustworthy dentists. There were no cavities I called and asked. They told me there were none also they could see between my teeth and nothing! So I canceled before I was ripped off $154. They are scamming you don't go! This is your warning... One is being to nice.

I have been with ASPEN DENTAL for over 10 years now. And have never been displeased with their service. Doctor Laura Oaks is my doctor and I think she is the best dentist I ever had. Thank you for your great service. Ted G

They provided a good faith estimate without consulting with my insurance company. A month after the servise they are billing me for hundreds of dollars, an adfitional 40% over their estimate. They have refused to respond to my inquiries. I will persue a case against them under the No Suprises Act of 2022 which protects consumers against unscrupulous medical billing

I went to 3201 N Western office in Chicago in excruciating pain; needed a quick fix, they quoted $34,000! I am in more pain now then when I visited Aspen Dental; OUCH! No quick fix and still unable to sleep.

In 2019, I purchased full upper and lower partial dentures from Aspen Dental in Rincon, GA. I was told that my purchase would include free adjustments for life. However, when I visited them on June 8,2023, to get my dentures adjusted due to persistent discomfort, I was charged $90, and to my disappointment, the adjustment didn't improve the fit.
Additionally, they asked me to schedule a future cleaning and fillings appointment for August, but required me to pay $211 upfront. This practice of pre-charging for services not yet rendered strikes me as unethical.
I decided to share my experience to alert potential customers about these issues, hoping that Aspen Dental might reconsider and improve their practices. I also initiated a discussion on Nextdoor (https :// nextdoor.com/p/2W4SC_Lk4sj8?utm_source=share&extras=NDA2ODU4MTU%3D) where several others have shared their similar experiences with Aspen Dental.

My recent experience with Aspen was the worst in my life with dentists. 1st time when I got there in rain, the system was down. The 2nd time the dentist was on vacation, and the 3rd time the comprehensive exam took 18 pics plus a 180 degree scan. After 6 times of putting a big stuff into my mouth, I started feeling choked and breathless. I asked her to stop. They said they could switch to limited exam, and led me to a different room, where I waited for 30 minutes. Then they said they couldn't continue to work with me since I didn't finish the comprehensive exam. And they are going to charge me for the unfinished work...I am so upset that I cannot finish writing here.

I was given a lower partial. It was not a permanent partial because the dentist was unsure how my bottom teeth would hold up, so she recommended a temporary partial. I went in today to get it fixed because it broke for the 3rd. Time. I was told it would be 188.00. The guy that fixes broken partials said it could not be fixed. He never showed his face and explained this to me. He sent the office girl to explain. I consider this poor business practices. It was the dentist who told me to get the temporary partial in the first place. They wanted me to set up an appointment for a permanent partial. If I needed a permanent partial why wasn't I told to do that in the first place. I do not intend to ever go back to College Station Texas location or any of their locations. I will find someone who cares about me as a person.

No communication between staff.
Front desk employees know nothing about dentistry.
No Empethy. Even with pain.
No teaching pre and post TMJ abcess causing alot of pain
Seems most clients ate there routine dental care.
People who never took care of their teeth for whatever reason.
And extractions and dentures.
No help with referrals that Aspen made.
Would not fax referral to periodontist.
Told I had to call and oral screens don't take insurance.
But, the oral surgeon in that Aspen location
Does infact take my insurance.
Entry level staff
No interpersonal skills

My husband and I went to the state college pa office. We both had x-rays done they hurt the inside of his mouth I had several sores on my lips and inside the xray person I had was rude blaming me for not listening to her. Walked in to the room with the chair the dentist looked at my x-rays not showing me but said she agreed a full set of dentures is needed. They could however save some of my husband's but he needed an upper plate. When we got our bill minus our insurance it came to $12,000. She tried some finance thing that only allowed us 1250 each. Would not combine our work. We were totally devastated, we went their because it's were our insurance covered but we only get 3500 each. We are 64 years old and don't want to be paying for these teeth thr rest of our natural lives. How do they get away with it. They wanted to put two implants on bottom to hold dentures in place cost almost $1000, plus the oral surgeon only there once a month. And to put us asleep $236.00 every 15 mins. My bill alone was 9,850 after insurance. No wonder most elderly are toothless.

Beaufort, SC location-
Don't go here. They team up and try and sell you in services that you don't need. I was visiting a smaller town and simply wanted a cleaning during my travels since I was away from home. They were able to get me in within a day. My bad for not getting on the wait list at a real dentist office in this area or checking out their horrible reviews online.
This place is a scam. Don't go here.
File complaints with The state office of occupational training and the better business bureau to get these people out of business. They have had several lawsuits already. Thank goodness I recognized their techniques and refused their services.
The dentist and hygienist were both very unprofessional. I could go on. I don't really know which one was the hygienist because they had revolving people looking at me and then took me to a room to finance my 4000. 00 service they were proposing. It was ridiculous. My teeth were fine. Just needed my regular 6 month cleaning.
Half were unmasked even though they required a mask to enter.
Scary place.

Very poor office staff and customer service. Problems with speaking to anyone asked to leave a message and no return back calls. Call customer service... they try to call the office they cant get a answer, and say leave a message they will call back NO CALL BACK. My issue was I had a reaction to the denture material, so I had to return them, oh yes Guarantee...Joke by the time they take off dedutions I should get back almost half. Was told 3-5 bussiness days for refund. Its over 3 weeks still no $ Called to ask? No one knows the answer why no refund. Called customer service again was told my $ will be refunded asked again what is the reason for the delay, still no answer. I then request to speak to a supervisor. Sorry no one is available, I would not recomend Eau Claire Wi office to anyone.
