Aspen Dental' s Dr. Radovan was simply amazing! He took the time to explain my procedure thoroughly and put me at ease immediately. The staff was very compassionate. I highly recommend Aspen Dental for your dental care needs.
3 teeth pulled at one time...which resulted in infection that required two rounds of antibiotics.,.ill fitting dentures that fall out; decayed teeth fell out instead of dentist filling or removing. I have pictures that I will send to corporate office. I cannot chew food; missing teeth; dentist in Brenham Texas was awful. I want everything fixed and done properly.
Way Over charged, if you are not careful they'll rip you off unprofessional people. Will not listen, refuse to explain the bill. They even don't deserve one start. Stay way from these butchers.

I set an appt for Aspen Dental, BUT before I did, I made sure through their website, that my insurance was accepted there. I went into their location filled out the paperwork and gave them all of my personal information. One day before the appt, they call me to confirm and even asked me if I could arrive earlier. The next morning at 9 am when I arrived, I was informed that they no longer accept my insurance (DHMO). They admitted that even though it was listed on their own website, it is there in error. I wasn't even offered an apology for the severe waste of my time; it was kind of like "OH WELL". Also, if you look at the reviews on their site, you will notice that it's all 5 stars, mixed in with a few 4 stars, however, when you come to Yelp's site you find the real truth regarding the way the public feels about this clown car so-called business. Don't waste your time with this business especially the location in Florissant, Mo. On North Lindbergh.

If I could give -100 I would. I got email from Care Credit this morning regarding my online application. I did NOT fill one out, but Aspen Dental did because I was stupid enough to give them my SS number. I told office manager Katherine Trott that visit that "I would not commit to anything right now, and would get back to her when and if I decided to get the work done there". They applied online, in my name w/o me even approving their estimate or work or need for application for care credit. I want to prosecute whoever did this in my name. Good news is my credit file is locked down and they could not get into it therefore CareCredit refused the loan. I cannot believe they have done this. I will be there Tuesday after Christmas speaking to their office manage. This may be illegal. If I can prosecute them I will. I knew the mi Ute I gave my SS it was not smart but applying for a loan in my name w/o my knowledge speaks to unethical at the least and illegal at the most. BEWARE OF ASPEN DENTAL

Appointment one... showed up to locked doors, called when i got home to be put on hold and receive a call back telling me they need to reschedule. 3 weeks later finally got all teeth pulled. Dr did a good job with that bit the denture fits like hores teeth. Follow up ok, told the new denture will be there by next appointment. Next appointment comes, show up to them telling me it isnt there and they teied to call to reschedule, which I doubt. So here I am, no teeth and dont think theyll fit when they get here. No consideration for clients time

Overchargeed for cleaning and free xrays done same day $294.00. I do not have insurance. Dentist did not do oral exam, just looked at exrays, Periodontal cleaning done with ultrasonic cleaner. Scaling was only done to lower anterior teeth, while I have pockets in the posterior,I have gotten periodontal cleaning every 3months for 15years. And never aid that much for a cleaning.$294.00

I noticed that people usually only post negative dental reviews. It's then difficult to know the percentage of good experiences. The staff is very nice. There are several locations. However, the prices are ridiculous and they try to convince you that you need more than you do. Some might believe them instead of getting a second opinion. No one should be pressured out of worry. My part of the cost minus insurance even for a regular cleaning was quoted as more than my previous dentist was to charge me out of pocket total while I was in between insurances due to Covid. They also wanted to add things I don't believe I needed which would have been at least.$1,000 my part with insurance covering the rest. Things my regular dentist didn't say I needed. Aspen Dental offers gimmicks to bring in even the uninsured. I doubt they could afford this place. Go elsewhere no matter how heavily insured you are. I expected chain stores to be less costly due to volume but that isn't the case with this company. This place is up to date with televisions in the exam rooms and patient info on tablets. They should use old school offices and pass the savings onto the consumer. We can enjoy our electronics at home.
Tip for consumers:
Don't use! Stay away! Go elsewhere!

All I will say is run, if you want your teeth and money. All these reviews are similar. I lost a good tooth because of this place. They took unauthorized money from my credit card. I called fraud alert team from the card, they investigated, and refunded thousands of dollars back to me. You can also write your States Attorney Generals Office, they already have a consumer protection program going on.if enough of you turn Aspen Dental in with your Attorney General, maybe We The People can finally shut this business down. They have so many terrible reviews from all over this country, I don't know how they stay open. And the employees they all have,, how in the world do they train them? It's like walking into the Stepford Wives movie. They are all robots trained to lie, steal, cheat. I dealt with a smooth talking office manager with a mouse trigger finger to your Credit card. Since she's office manager, she does what she wants, lies to you about what you're signing, and charges you things, anything to get more money.and her boss is just as bad. I caught him in lies too. He's so confident, he says do what you have to do.so here I am, exposing their dirty deeds. We need everyone that was hurt by this conniving practice to help close down this dental business. They don't need to hurt anyone else.

You call and get a price. Then you get in there and they charge you Double. Natalie in their regional office called me back when I expressed my complaint. She was awful! They don't care about their clients and they will not honor the price you get over the phone. DON'T TRUST THEM! You will pay more when you get there, Maybe Double like they did to me. I was told $750 for a partial over the phone. I get there and I'm told that's for a temp partial and after 6 months, I'll have to pay another $700-800 for apermanent partial. That's price gouging, like saying you can get teeth pulled for the special price of $125 per tooth and you get there and it's Double! I paid almost $500 for 2 teeth. THERE IS NO SPECIAL ONCE YOU GET THERE
Tip for consumers:
Stand by your advertised price instead of charging people more, DOUBLE, when they get into your office

I set up an appointment for a 1 tooth extraction, hoping it wouldn't cost any more than 200.00 (two hundred) I got to the appointment a few minutes early. When the assistant called my name I followed her in and I was forced to get a whole mouth xray at extensive lengths. I didn't see the point. It's just one tooth ( 1) tooth i need extracted. When finished,
I thought they were taking me to another room where the dentist was.
They took me to their FINANCIAL DEPARTMENT because it is set up as a loan company with a dental practice on the side
The financial person explained to me the procedures they wanted to perform on me would come to 8,300.00!
OMG, i only want a tooth extraction, im NOT paying 8 thousand dollars
FOR A SIMPLE TOOTH EXTRACTION, ARE YOU OUT OF YOUR MIND?
I never went back
It's all a scam
It is a financial loan company with a bogus dental side hassle to make money off you

Lousy loan company scam dental on the side

On August 8,2022, I received my bridge on the upper right side of my mouth. The dentist told me it was made from their best material, and I'll be set for years. I paid over $3000 out of pocket; my dental insurance covered the remainder.
On August 5,2023, early Saturday, at 3:00 am, I woke up with an object in my mouth. To my surprise, it was the middle section of my bridge I went to the Hampton, Virginia office on Monday morning, August 7,2023, at 7 am. I was told the dentist that performed my initial installation had moved. I saw a dentist filling in at the office. She also stated my bridge was made out of their best porcelain material. I was told to talk to the office manager. To my utter disbelief, when I spoke with the office manager, she told me I would have to pay $5000 for another bridge. I was devastated and angered beyond words that Aspen Dental was not standing behind its products and service. My bridge lasted LESS than a year! I have a bridge on the upper left side I received from a dentist that is no longer in practice over six (6) years ago, and it's still there. I am asking for your corporation to stand behind your service.

It took about 10 return vists befiore their doctor finally fittted my wife's partiakl. Went back for cleaning and their hygenist took less than 7 minutesd to clean her teeth. They were over priced and they under performed.

After presenting them with my dental insurance, which is pretty good, they made a plan for treatment that sounded reasonable, they sent me texts and called to make sure I would be there for my appointment, so after taking the day off and driving for an hour, I was presented a new statement saying my insurance wouldn't pay and I would have to give them hundreds of dollars, seems like they could have called or texted to let me know that, they didn't even seem to care, I shouldn't have been surprised having heard it wasn't a good place to go, if possible, avoid this place

Just wanted a new partial, was told I'd have to have X-rays, a deep cleaning, and possible other work to make sure my other teeth were "sound" first. I call rip off, just make my partial and STFU what ever happened to the customer is always right? They're just trying to up sell you anything they can, STAY AWAY!

After losing my dental insurance, I went here to get the $79 cleaning they offer new customers. I am utterly shocked at the experience. They told me that 6 teeth measured a 4 in gum loss (needing deep cleaning), and I had a cavity in a wisdom tooth. They then refused to do the $79 cleaning and presented with an estimate just under $1000. I also found it very odd that the dentist asked me if I wanted to keep my wisdom teeth, which have no fillings or flaws and have caused no problems ever (I'm 65). Why would any patient want to have perfectly good teeth removed? It all seemed sketchy to me so I walked out. I ended up going back to my regular dentist, who told me only 1 tooth had gum loss measuring a 4 (and all others either 1 or 2, not even close to 4), and no cavity in my wisdom tooth. I took the Aspen dental report to my hygienist to identify the suspect tooth and she said "that tooth is solid as a rock, no decay whatsoever". Aspen simply lied. If I had agreed to the work there, I have to assume they would have gone ahead and drilled a perfectly good tooth. After I walked out of there I just sat in my car for several minutes, stunned. I described the visit later to friends as traumatizing. At my regular dentist I paid $203 cash for a good cleaning and the truth. I think Aspen should be reported to an authority for fraud.

My wife has a root canal done at Aspen Dental. Due to some billing problem in my other dental office decided to change and make appointment for the yearly cleaning. I just wanted a teeth cleaning for my wife and myself. They had a new patient offer of free x-rays and evaluation. I made an appointment with an agent clearly stating that we only wanted cleanings.
The office staff was professional and welcoming. The Dental Hygienist was professional and thorough. The only problem I have is that both of us after the evaluation have and estimate treatment of around $3,400.00 after Insurance for deep cleaning. Even when have been visiting in this area for the last four years another dental office and NEVER was been advised that we need a deep cleaning procedure, Aspen dental manager try to sell both of us a deep cleaning procedure. The manager also stated they ca NOT do the regular cleaning as requested we need to do first the full deep cleaning. Bad sell tactics. We have been going to the dentist three times a year for routing cleaning and follow up with no problem and NEVER has been advice that neither of us need a DEEP Cleaning procedure. Scam….

Had my first experience today at aspen dental. The front desk staff was nice, the assistant that took all my X-rays was a gem and the dental hygienist was a sweetheart how ever she did tell me I had a mouth abscess but once seen by the dentist it wasn't. Finally after my initial visit I was told to wait and see the office manager. She sat down with me and showed me how much my treatment plan would cost. I didnt look at the items and just focused on the cost and kindly said to her ma am I have dental insurance and would never pay that out of pocket expense she then told me that she can take off a few rinses that I really didn't need the toothbrush. When I looked at the cost of a tooth brush they were charging me 135 dollars! Then each rinse was 45 dollars which is really just aseptic mouth wash. I looked at the office manager and said I will find another dentist office and she gave me such an attitude and tried to inform me that my dental plan is not so great. I said that's okay thank you for your services but not paying an astronomical out of pocket expense. That place is a rip off and money hungry!

This place is a scam. They do a free exam of your mouth then send you to their sales staff who try to get you to spend tens of thousands of dollars. Of course they have financing partners and they're going to recommend the most expensive options for each procedure. I said no to everything except the crown I needed.
I made an appointment for a crown. I got checked in and they promptly got me in the chair. The doctor came in and gave me a shot to numb my mouth then she disappeared. My mouth went numb and no one ever came back. After an hour my mouth started to no longer be numb and at that point I decided this was too sketchy and I needed to get out of there. As I was walking into the hall the doctor shows up and asked where I was going. I told her she was negligent and I was leaving. She said she had been with another patient. I said "yes you were when you had an appointment with me. My mouth is no longer numb and I don't trust you". So I demanded that they refund my money and I left.
Stay away from this place. It's like an assembly line and poorly run.

Recommend unnecessary service, charges you ahead of doing the work and if you cancel good luck getting your money back, basically thieves and dangerous to your health

My wife and I both made the mistake of going to aspen dental. We will never go back. They charge to much and are more of a Jiffy Oil Change than a dental service.

Keep having bad experiences with them. Even though the people are nice during the time of your appointment, they put other serious matters on hold sometimes. And sometimes don't get back to you, that includes if you call their emergency services line to have a dentist call you. Their emergency services line sucks. When calling the corporate office to complain you are directed to patient services, buy patient services people are only there a few SHORT hours of the day. These Aspen Dental websites only post the good reviews on their sites. But there are bad reviews on them all across the internet. The only way you are put first and treated like somebody is during an appointment. At all other times, your situation is put on hold or not even answered at all. And don't expect to eat anything, including something as simple as pudding, when first getting your immediate dentures. I am so swollen up that no matter how they adjust them, I can't eat anything with them in and they sit crooked. I have been expected to continue to deal with that until some of the swelling goes down so they can adjust it better, but in the meantime I have to eat. So the dentures are out of my mouth most of the time so I can talk better and eat, even if I still have to eat soft food, at least I can eat it. Even with them dentures in I couldn't even do that. Don't rely on these people for your care. But I am sure if you made a few hundred thousand dollars a year that they probably would put you first.

I will never recommend Aspen to anyone. I have been dealing with them for 6 months and still don't have my dentures. This is unreal and unexceptable. The dentist was great, however their lab is terrible, they keep making the dentures to big for my mouth. They are now working on my 3 set. I explained to them 2 months ago that I needed them by Aug 5th for my grandsons wedding, but THEY ARE STILL NOT READY. I REFUSE TO TAKE ANY PICTURES AND THIS IS AN OUTRAGEOUS. DONT GO THERE. YOU WILL NOT BE HAPPY
