Aspen Dental' s Dr. Radovan was simply amazing! He took the time to explain my procedure thoroughly and put me at ease immediately. The staff was very compassionate. I highly recommend Aspen Dental for your dental care needs.
3 teeth pulled at one time...which resulted in infection that required two rounds of antibiotics.,.ill fitting dentures that fall out; decayed teeth fell out instead of dentist filling or removing. I have pictures that I will send to corporate office. I cannot chew food; missing teeth; dentist in Brenham Texas was awful. I want everything fixed and done properly.
Aspen is a joke, they cannot fit a mouth. Also I know one person whose denture actually molded Providers run thru at less than 5 minutes intervals and don't care about their patients whatsoever..

I went to Aspen for a new upper denture and picked it up on 4/21/2003. When I tried to eat super with it, the bite was way off. I took my dentures out and was surprised to see that the upper denture that they made only had 12 teeth whereas my existing lower denture has 14 teeth. I returned to their office on 4/24/2003.
The dentist looked at the denture and immediately said that he was going to get me a refund. He didn't even offer to make a new denture. He took me over to the billing person and told her to issue a refund for the denture and diagnostic cast. She told me that she issued a refund for the diagnostic cast and would not submit a claim for the denture. She gave me a form entitled, "Your Dentures are backed by Our Word" and signed her name with "Refund" under her name. When I checked online to see if a refund was issued, I saw that they submitted a claim for the denture, and there was no refund for the diagnostic cast.
Now I've used $1,177 of my dental benefit and have nothing to show for it. Calls to Aspen customer service have been fruitless. As of 8/28/2023, it's been 18 weeks and still no refund.

I thought I'd give them ( Aspen Dental) a try. Office manager was nice in the beginning. Then when my two crowns kept falling out and my complaints., the manager was saying I was rude. My crowns fell out THREE TIMES WITHIN SIX MONTHS. In my opinion, the office manager should be FIRED and hire a professional staff.

Worst dental experience ever. Avoid this place at all cost. On my first visit with the dentist I had to wait 2 hours to be seen even with an appointment. On my second visit I'm told that I have to repeat the same x-ray that I had at the last visit. When I told them that I was worried about coverage, they assured me it would be covered. I told the assistant prepping for the x-ray, "twice", that I was concerned about coverage and don't want the procedure done if I have to pay. She assured me that this is fully covered and to not worry about any payment for the dental visit. At the end of the visit I'm demanded to pay $30 dollars. To my surprised they had done a procedure without my knowledge or consent and was force to pay up. A week later another $95 bill is sent to me. When I brought the issue to the attention of the office manger, she said it was my fault for not reading the fine print. Essentially saying that patients can not trust what is said in office by staff and can still be stuck with a bill for a visit that they say is free. The manager just brushed me off and said to speak with the regional manager. Very convenient for them the bill was to be paid with 2 days and the regional manger would call me back within 4 days. Sad to think that these scammers are picking the pockets of our community without any recourse.

Dr Davy said to come back if bite needed adjustment, I called the next day to bring my elderly mother back but they refused an appt and said Dr Huang-Davy the director, said she needed go to a TMJ specialist as if she adjusted bite it could trigger pain, Waited 3 months to get into a specialist, all the while she lost weight from not being able to chew well and the bite eventually was adjusted easily with no problem with TMJ

After making at least 4 trips they called and told me to come get my teeth. When they put the teeth in mi mouth THEY WERE LITERALLY SO BIG TILL THEY FELL OUT! The tech told me I could use polident. I told her, hell being sick of polident was why I was there! She told me there was nothing that could be done. I told her to go get that doctor, because what was going to happen is they make me new teeth or they were going to refund my insurance. They are the most rude, incompetent group of jackasses I've ever dealt. They need to be closed due to incompatance and blatantly not giving a damn about how the treat. If anyone hears of a class action lawsuit against them let me know.

I had been a patient for approximately 3 years. I have never been to happy with the Staff, the scheduling and long waits for an appointment. The cost is outrageous. Being accused of stealing something that didn't even happen. I open a drawer to get a bandaid and the next thing I know I'm being thrown out of the office and told that my services will no longer be honored or my treatment. I never have liked the staff. The long Waits with a dental emergency is unbelievable. Three weeks I had to wait for a damn appointment. Then told they will not care for my dental needs accusing me of something I absolutely did not do. I will post a review everyday about Aspen Dental if I have too. I have paid out a few thousand dollars to this dental office. That's all they care about. Screw the patient. We can't help you unless you pay.
Accusing me of doing something I absolutely did not do. I left there office very upset mad and disappointed in such treatment. They can take there business and shove it up there $#*!..

I fully agree with Elizabeth! My husband needed a crown which they couldn't do for SEVERAL weeks made him put a $200 DEPOSIT down, he didn't know any better. He came home in pain so i found someone to do the crown the next day. This was in March i have been fighting with them ever since to get that $200 back which was on my FSA card which has been frozen because i don't have a receipt of the services that were performed because NO SERVICES WERE PERFORMED! I have called this office so many times the office manager didn't even take my calls anymore. I started calling the corporate office last month still no refund. Today I called and guess what they have absolutely no record of me calling the local office or the corporate office absolutely a racket.

You folks who complained about the Aspen practice in Aunurn, Maine, do yourself a satisfying task and contact and gile a complaint with the State Of Maine Dental board and if they get enough complaints they will pressure Aspen to make due with the complaints

I visited Aspen Dental on July 13,2023. I had a first time visit in order to have my dental health cleared for an upcoming surgery.
They did an initial exam and X-rays. I was informed that I needed a root canal. I scheduled the root canal for 8/24/23 and paid my out of pocket cost. One day prior to my appointment, I was contacted and told me that they did not have a doctor to perform the procedure.
After waiting over a month, only to be notified a day before the procedure is total negligence. They attempted to offer a reschedule at a different office a week later, I declined. I contacted that office directly and was told that I was unable to have the procedure performed there either, due to no doctor. I am glad I did not rely on them to schedule me.
I would be out another week of time. I tried getting my records and x-rays to go somewhere else, but was unable to receive these records expediently. Apparently they have to get them from their main office, even though I was seen at the office that I was attempting to get the info from.
I am so upset over this experience and the desk help and supposed manager could not understand why I was so upset! I should not have my insurance company charged for the initial visit, because now I have to start over somewhere else.
I hope that I can find someone to do my procedure in a hurry so my surgery will not be postponed.
I am in a lot of pain and really need this surgery to alleviate this pain. The negligence of this office will cause additional pain and suffering due to the lack of competence.

The murder of my front tooth occurred at their Klamath Falls location where the dentist said out loud, "I see an exposed nerve". When I asked "How and Why" (apparently a question he didn't like), he slithered out of the room like a snake leaving the hygienist to seat and seal a permanent crown using permanent cement. Then the snake dentist made up lies in my chart. This atrocity cost me 11k, and nearly FIVE years later I still have pain in the area where part of the infection was.
Aspen Dental LOVES to follow me online and have my reviews removed. The money could have been used instead to fix my tooth, but nope. They'd rather see me suffer and do whatever it takes to shut my mouth. This includes hiring an attorney to send vile threatening letters. WTG Aspen Dental.
Please Stay Safe; Stay AWAY From Aspen Dental! Boycott Aspen Dental today! If they don't have customers they can't continue hurting people then paying off review sites (to have negative reviews removed) to get away with their smash and grab crimes.
Tip for consumers:
Please stop going to Aspen Dental.

I made an appointment with Aspen dental for yesterday at 3:30 indicating I had a broken tooth when I got there I was placed in the chair. I had x-rays and I sat there until 5 o'clock without seeing the dentist or anyone with credentials.
They told me "nothing would happen as they closed at six and all I would get was a treatment plan". Ridiculous
I got up and left because I think sitting in a chair for 2 1/2 hours waiting for a dentist when you're advertising a 25% off sale and I indicated that I had a broken tooth so they knew what was happening coming in is the worst service I could ever expect.
I actually made an appointment with another dentist while I was sitting in the chair indicating broken tooth and I called them to see if they would do something about the tooth while I was sitting in the chair because sitting for that long I had a lot of time to do a lot of paperwork on my own.
This is the Aspen dental on rinehart Road in Sanford and if was evident I'm not important enough to treat just important enough to stick in a chair for a couple hours
This is the worst experience I have ever had at a dental office.

I had my teeth pulled years ago and decided to go to Aspen Dental in Dubuque Iowa to get a top plate. I had them make my top plate and from day one they didn't fit the right way. I went back later least four times to have them adjusted and every time I would tell them about how my plate would shift and fall out. They would tell me that it was because of my bottom teeth and using glue to hold the plate in place was sometimes necessary. I made an appointment at the Waterloo Iowa Aspen dental in hopes they would listen to what I had to say. When I got to the Waterloo office I was made to feel like it was my fault for the fit of my teeth. They put a realign kit in my mouth and told me that's all they could do. My mouth was so soar I could not even attempt to put my plate in. I can't wear my plate any more and if I do it's just when I'm in public for appearance and I can not eat with them in my mouth. But every month we make our payment for something I can't even use right. I hate this place they made me feel like I wasn't worth their time I felt belittled and felt bullied in many way. I feel like I was taken advantage of and l am thinking about suing them for pain and suffering

Went in with tooth pain. Ended up with xrays, etc being done, then dentist looked at my mouth and did nothing about my tooth pain but put me on an antibiotic. Then said I needed dentures- full set. Needed all my teeth pulled. Went to the finance person at the office same day, ended up with needing over $24,000, and thats after my insurance paying $6800 to them for this work. Signed the financing, then thought it over and all of this was a Friday. The very next Tuesday I called the office and spoke to the finance person in the office and cancelled my appts and told her to cancel the loan as well. It clearly states on their website you have 5 days to cancel. I did that! I was told no worries by AspenDental. No services were performed by AspenDental but they got a check from the finance company LendingClub for the $24,000 in advance. I am now fighting with LendingClub as they got $14,000 back from AspenDental. I said where in the hell is the $10,000 plus they still need to send back to LendingClub. I was told by LendingClub they now had to get an itemized statement from AspenDental but I needed to pay on my loan as it will hurt my credit- NOT GOING TO HAPPEN! I have been trying to get this resolved since beginning of October 2023 and no luck. Now I have a new account on my credit report that I will have to dispute as no services were ever rendered outside of what my insurance paid for xrays (day of first visit). DO NOT GO TO THIS COMPANY...RUN FAR AWAY. They are crooks and this is bad bad business.

I was a patient of Aspen Dental at 1070 West Mercury Blvd since 2018. The 3rd of July I had a crown break in half. They did an x-ray and then put me in a room and sent in what was supposed to be a dentist. I could tell by her answers that that either she was not a dentist or did not have the experience to do dental work. Then they did an impression for a new crown and temporary.
They led me out of the exam room to get scheduled for a temporary. The scheduler said that I would have to wait until the end of August. I asked why. She indicated that they will not have anyone that could do it until then and it would be about 1800 dollars. I thought that was overpriced considering that the tooth did not require grinding off for prep. Also I was right. There is no Dentist at that location. Is it even legal to operate a dental clinic without a dentist on staff? They would not bill me or give me a recept stating that it was my first visit and first visits are free. They told me thst after declining the service. I knew this was strange because I had been a patient there since 2018. I resolved my situation by going to another dental provider.

DON'T REALLY LIKE FACEBOOK POSTING BUT I WILL TO SAVE A LIFE HEALTHWISE. I have had the BAD DENTAL experience with Aspen Dental in Mcdonough Ga. Wow! Don't go here. Read about it on yelp, Aspen in McDonough, pissconsumer.com and others. I love Me. I hate he pretended I needed surgery, and all that dental stuff not needed. Gives you the run around and overcharges. Read the internet reviews you all or yall. Dr. Kevin Oh and some of the staff members indulge in BS when thugs come in to harass patients. DO NOT RECOMMEND like others do not recommend, always get a second or more opinions. Some businesses need money to survive and don't you get used. We have some great dentists here in Georgia. Just check out the reviews -that will help you with your choice.

I went to two different aspen dentals in the virginia beach area and was told there were not spots available for me, i explained i had a busted tooth and was in great pain and was told to go to an urgent care for treatment. There was not a single person in the office nor in the parking lot when i arrived as soon as they opened. At the other location the lady at the front was rude and as i was explaining to her what iwas told when i called the number for them at 9 pm the night before she dismissed what i was saying and talk to another person walking in. I WILL NOT BE DOING DENTAL WORK WITH ASPEN DENTAL.
