Aspen Dental' s Dr. Radovan was simply amazing! He took the time to explain my procedure thoroughly and put me at ease immediately. The staff was very compassionate. I highly recommend Aspen Dental for your dental care needs.
3 teeth pulled at one time...which resulted in infection that required two rounds of antibiotics.,.ill fitting dentures that fall out; decayed teeth fell out instead of dentist filling or removing. I have pictures that I will send to corporate office. I cannot chew food; missing teeth; dentist in Brenham Texas was awful. I want everything fixed and done properly.
The dentist did a great job pulling, but temporary dentures are horrible. When you tell someone you have a small mouth they should listen. Impression plate was to big but tech said it may work, guess what it didn't, I have been miserable for 5 months trying to wear them. Will find another dental company to do bottom teeth.

Set appointment over the phone to have a root canal, as their endodontist specialist will be available today. When I arrived, they ran up with x-rays which was not needed as I already have referral x-ray. After the endodontist check my tooth said I must wait couple of weeks as she is busy today & surgeon only here 1 day per month. These people are crooks, stay away. Not dentist more like a bad trip to a used car lot. I did not listen to other people as many people said do not go there but unfortunately due to my tooth pain I went there. Even the endodontist does not want to give me painkiller or antibiotics to control my pain. They did nothing! I will do the root canal from other place and rough quote was $1700. Stay away from them.

I called this morning with an urgent matter and a woman answered. Her name was Brooke, honestly the best customer "care" (not service) I've ever received. Words can't describe how happy to know Aspen got this one right. Good job and God bless you your family and your organization Brooke. Thank you

I paid up front for services at Aspen dental of Stuart was disappointed from the first fit still months later dentist refuses and o do adjustments that was included in price. This office is a nightmare and absolutely does not guarantee there work. Save your money and the headache and go with a dentist that stands by their word.
Tip for consumers:
Stay away from Aspen dental in Stuart. Poor quality work and do not guarantee their work.

Broke my front teeth now I am BROKE. Came in to get teeth fixed. I work traveling so I thought a chain would be convenient. High pressure sales 5 thousand before any work done. Billed insurance for a crown on a tooth that had been removed or was missing. Haven't fixed my front teeth they had me scheduled for oral surgery and told me it would be 7 hundred to get that done. It was billed 3 times on the initial 5 thousand that they said I had to have and roped me into care finance
I feel violated. Like going to sleazy used car salesman

The dentist at this location are extremely incompetent. Repeated visits for infections, stitches coming out 3 hours later, and the list goes on. Must have gotten their diplomas in a cracker jack box. Would recommend avoiding this place. Went to a real dentist, and issues were resolved the same day.

These people only want your money and have BAD quality care. I recently went to aspen dental where I was charged to "hold a spot for an appointment" (which they suggested should be around 50 dollars?) and was told it would be deducted from the charge of my next app. After my teeth cleaning they did not reduce the price and had some excuse saying they could "request a refund" for my down payment. They cleaned my teeth in a little under 10 mins. I have never been to a dental app where it took less than 30. A dentist did not come in to the app at all just a hygienist. Don't go here seriously the biggest waste of time and money

Absolutely unethical business. Pure robbery. I broke a tooth and unfortunately Aspen Dental was the only place that had availability ( in understand now why). Within 5 seconds the dentist determined I needed an implant and a deep cleaning and presented me an estimate of $4500 out of pocket. I knew this was BS so decided not to accept this and waited 2 weeks so I could see a real professional dentist. The said an implant was absolutely absurd and no deep cleaning was required either. The fixed it immediately with a regular crown. Aspen dental asked $150 for this 5 second consult

Do not go to Aspen Dental in Peru Illinois. They are committing Insurance fraud. If you have insurance and are in network you should not pay anything except a copay. But most time nothing. Fraud

Was treated like less than a person. They are just looking to make money. Go find a reputable dentist these people are a-holes and should get sued for the terrible service. I got a 30 second exam and got completely lied to because they didn't realize that I had experience with dental services.
Tip for consumers:
They suck

Short to the point. Went in for tooth pull came out 6 months later with a filling drilling 2 crowns. Shabby workmanship and put a hole in the side of my molar. Put me 6 weeks down on a waiting list for an emergency visit.! Never call you back and there hotline is a joke. Still continuous tooth pain but never occurred til they got there hands on my teeth. There logo should have a donkey on the front. Stay Away!

No matter what time a day you call either one of their offices, I've not been able to get a live receptionist. After leaving multiple messages I've not received a return call on that given day, it usually take 1 or 3 days to get a call back if at all. If you have a balance due, they will not allow you to schedule a future appointment. I would never refer anyone to Aspen Dental, and the looks of their ratings others have similar issues. :(
They need to be report to the better business bureaus.

My husband had upper and lower partial made, we moved out of the area so they sent them to another place so he could have them fitted, tops were ok, but the bottom was completely wrong so they sent them back, no refund for over 2 months now just called and they said corporate denied refund because of no signature on file, what the hell does that have to do with anything they took the payment without a signature. All I know is He better get a refund or they will have a lawsuit against them
Tip for consumers:
Don't pay until you are sure they have the right teeth

I had an appointment with Aspen Dental today and I am throughly disgusted. My appointment was at 11:00 and at 12:15 I was still waiting to be called back. The waiting room had been cleared out as I watched the 3-4 people who were before me come and go. A man walked in about 12:00 and within 10 minute he was called back. I waited until about 12;15 and finally told the receptionist that I was not going to wait any longer, this was after I saw them coming in with Cracker Barrel sacks full of food. This is no way to run a business and I will not go back.

Cant keep staff, only concerned about new customers, once they have your money, your just a number. Staff is constantly rotating. They are just a horrible place and never get tour issues corrected. This is the worst decision of my life using aspen dental

My aspen dental lost me as a client today as they refused to do a cleaning without making me go through x-rays first. I told them if they would not do it. I would find a dentist that would do which the employee said "OK. Have a nice day". Two years ago when they opened I was thrilled with the service I got. They have now become too big riches and more concerned with making money than helping the patients.

Do not go to Aspen dental in Morris Illinois. They don't know how to make denture plates, I've had 2 teeth that fell out of my top plate already. I haven't even had him for a year. They don't give your money back if you're not satisfied. They make up an excuse that. The computer is being switched over and they'll have to do a lot of digging into it to find what date and how long you had. I never got my money back. I hate that place I hate that Hindu Dennis girl. She'll lie to you.

Aspen dental in Virginia Beach is the worse, especially General Booth location. Staff including dentist & surgeon are crooks. Lots of promises but all lies! Price changes as often as the staff changes. The absolute cheapest materials they can purchase legally. PLEASE help put these criminals out of business by not going to any of their locations. Owners are teaching staff how to rip off patients in any way possible with NO reimbursement as PROMISED. $10,000 over charged before they would finish the work. If you have problems call or write to the dental board so attorney general in your state can get involved. It's the ONLY way because Aspen dental will never do the right thing unless forced. Again, RUN!

Call center sent us 35 min away to closest office just to be turned away because they don't take walk-ins after certain time. Called next day once again call center assured us they would take us. The 4 doctor names on the wall 2 of them are "owners" and don't work there. The other 2 were on vacation so only had 1 temp dentist and got turned away a second time. They just don't want to take walk-ins. After 70 minutes of wasted time and gas don't waste your time here. Customer service is horrible.

They have ruined my life do not under any circumstances go to Aspen Dental. I've called them and written reviews about how bad they are with no response. If you don't care about eating, then go to these people I've lost 26 pounds because of my dentures. I go through a tube of Poligrip a week that's six dollars a week and I've been doing that now ever since I went to them and that's been a year and a half. If you don't mind spending all your money on something, you don't get any satisfaction from then, definitely call Aspen Dental. I can't go through one meal without putting more adhesive on my dentures at least every other bite.

This place is terrible and will try to scam you and charge you thousands of dollars for unnecessary services. The dentists are incompetents and don't care about their patients, just greedy. Avoid this place! They broke one of my perfectly good tooth and didn't even apologize.

If I could leave zero stars I would! These people are absolute scam artists! Constantly denied me the regular cleaning that my insurance actually covers, and kept telling me that I need a deep cleaning. Paid the extra out of pocket for a the deep cleaning in May 2023 and was told that an additional cavity removal needed and filling would be fully covered, all to be called in NOVEMBER 2023 and told that my insurance didn't cover it and 400$+ balance owed! Like what? How would you not know at the time that it wouldn't be covered? I'm now starting to doubt I even had a cavity because it was so strange that had gone 32 years with zero cavities ever. They seem to force services on you to make money. Do NOT go here!

Based on my cardiology requirements for valve surgery, I was sent for deep cleaning. The dentist determined by X-ray that the procedure cost $1275.He did not examine my mouth as it was deemed unnecessary. I paid half of the cost and the rest later. I called another dentist and made an appointment. He did the job with $250 and signed the form that the cardiology requested. For about a month, I am trying to get my payment that was given to aspen dental. I spent a lot of time by now and still, they did not put my payment to my credit card. What a sloppy company! If you don't mind paying more than you should pay for service then Aspen Dental is your place.

Aspen Dental did some work last year and everything was fine. I have had some issues this year and have tried to make appointments with them. Each time they said it would be 3 weeks before they could see me, this was an emergency. Once was a broken tooth. The last experience I have had with Aspen Dental has been in September 23. I have something going on with my teeth and great pain. They have rescheduled my appointment two times. They just don't seem to want to help me.

My wife came in to have a tooth ache addressed and after X-rays, a hygienist and finally a dentist looked at her and next thing you know that want to remove four teeth get a bridge and a put a cap on one of the teeth. Then they send you to an office manager who drops a bomb on you. She said you have good insurance so it would only cost over $2,000 not eight thousand.
My issue is they didn't treat the issue at hand my wife's tooth ache.
My wife was is pain and we had to remind the dentist to prescribe an antibiotic. Nothing was accomplished on Friday 2/9/24 except getting an antibiotic. We still have to get care on Monday 2/12/24 and do pain management until we see a dentist that will help my wife.
This was the same scam they did with me last year.
I'm getting in touch with WBRE/WNEP to investigate Aspen Dental, that up charge you and say that you have to do certain procedures before they can do what is really needed immediately.
We are not the only people who had the same issues, we are seniors and should not be treated like this.
Even CVS said all their customers complained about Aspen Dental.
They should have ZERO stars.
