I've been a customer for about a month... I am already on my second phone. The first phone was actually decent for a free phone. It overheated, and the screen burnt out however. It lasted about two weeks. I called about a replacement phone. It took another 12 days to receive a replacement phone. The replacement phone is appreciated, however it's very cheap quality, I question how long it will last. I have a very good quality Samsung Galaxy phone, unlocked, however it's not compatible on the network. Only cheap phones work on the network. The customer service people have a hard time understanding the English language, and get excited over every answer you give them. The fake excitement is annoying. They never explained to me I need to send the old phone back to them. I only figured that out by reading the instruction manual for this new phone. If I didn't read that, I wouldn't have known, and my service would be disconnected. This new phone gets hot quick when using most applications, I seriously question how long this phone will even last.
I got a phone from them, and they are saying I am not up to date in their system, so they won't activate it. If I were not in your system how did I receive a letter and a phone? They are horrible!
I received a broken phone, I called I'm told because device works they will upgrade it. I wait two months no phone I called they said the updated phone costs 35$. I said I don't have it right now I thought because my phone was damaged I got it free. No that phone is no longer available. I'm upset as all hell phone is broken. Two months ago phone was available I ordered it. Now I'm told I have a balance of 35$ to receive it but it's no longer in stock. Ok well where can I go get a phone today I do not have two months or 70$ to wait. My attorney calls this phone my doctor's and so forth. I'm told only options are to purchase out of date phones for triple the amount of the actual cost of these phones or don't have one. I know I can bring my own phone it's on y'all's site. I say this and asked what network can I use. I'm laughed at told this bring my own device is a lie. I said I literally googled it on the phone with you and it's on your damn webpage. I'm then laughed at and asked who works for assuranxe wireless apparently not anyone of us. Y'all are crooks and jokes. It's non speaking English people as it is. This is a government life line program not a get rich for some terrorist group
This phone company is no good they will lie to you and they won't help you like they say they did. I may not go through them cause they don't help you all they will do is lie to you.
Unnecessarily long sign up process and at the end the site switches to the free internet program instead of the free phone program I had requested. What's the point?
They cut my service with no warning. I had no service for days. And when I called, nobody could help me. They had no idea what happened. Was with them for 3 weeks. Terrible service
The customer service sucks they are very rude they hang up the phone on you they don't call you back and have attitude when you ask them questions very poor customer service
I was very pleased with the quality of the phone brand new phone. Assurance wireless is way better then Q link wireless. I am very pleased with my phone keep up the good work assurance wireless.
