This company is the worst insurance company ever! They try everything to reject your claim. And if it's an Iwatch you better forget about it, they would never replace it.

I have AT&T as a cell phone provider and I have about 8 devices on my account. When a phone is lost, cracked or water damaged I am never in a hurry because I know Asurion is AMAZING! We get a phone shipped ASAP and receive it and less than 3 days! I have never had an issue with Asurion and would recommend them 100% all the time.
I cracked my outer screen of my zfold 4 & it started spreading very badly. I took it to uBreakiFix by Asurion. They was very professional & said I had to have it replaced. Asuncion charge a fair amount & I got my Zfold 5 delivered n 2 days. Thx The gentleman who help me was a black man & he was very professional. Thx Bro.
The people at the store in Kilgore Texas told me they could not reset my pin number. I had to go to the corporate office in Longview Texas and show them my drivers license and when I went, they said they couldn't help me because they had to send me a link to my phone in order to help me and I had lost my phone so I just took a chance to chat online and Lorlyn was who I got and she was very nice and helpful very patient and answered every question and solved my problem. She's very good employee and I give her a A+ plus + and five stars.-
She showed up within the arrival window was clear about the repair time and was very friendly overall, which made me comfortable having someone come to my home for repair.
You pay your premiums for Asurion Home+, submit the required information and they deny the claim, it's not covered. I went up the chain to supervisors and it was useless.
The technician arrived fully prepare starting by confirming what the problem was. He immediately went to work. He ran a complete diagnostic test to confirm there were no other issues.
Had to send back product for repair. They arranged for pickup and did the next day. Got a response within a week, once by phone, text and email! Excellent service!
Called them about a broken phone through Verizon. Filed a claim and was told my phone was backordered and that I had to wait 3-5 business days. After 5 business days, I called and asked about a comparable device. I was offered a comparable device and was told I had to submit a new claim in order to get the device. When my new claim went through I was told the device was still on back order, that they had no comparable devices available and that since my claim was dated for that day, I had to once again wait the 3-5 business days on the backorder. Absolutely horrible customer service and will likely be canceling my device insurance through Verizon
Do not buy there water heater extended warranty. It states it covers parts and labor for repairs or replacement. On water heater failed and Rheem provided excellent support and authorized replacement. Asurion on the other hand did not arrange contractor for replacement installation and provided instructions for us to be reimbursed. We complied with instructions but when the bill was submitted in include uninstall of defective unit, return to retailer to obtain replacement unit, and parts and labor for reinstall of new unit. The only paid for reinstall although obviously the reinstall was impossible without uninstalling and returning the defective unit. We were never informed of this until 60 days after submission of claim and multiple promises for full compensation.

I was told on 8-25-23 that reimbursement check was processed, and I had to wait 10 business days to get my check. I called on 9-8 and was told I had to wait 15 business days for my check. I called on 9-14 and I was told my check was processed on -9-6. I asked to speak to a supervisor and they told me the check hadn't been approved because it was over $3k. I have been lied to so many times by this company they are running a scam and trying to stall on payments. Now I'm being told I have to wait until tomorrow to get a notice of it being approved. I asked why not today and I was told the accounting department can only be contacted by email but are very responsive. THIS PLACE IS A JOKE! I will be notifying the BBB.

Purchased a LG refrigerator (first mistake) from Homedepot (second mistake) and bought the 5 year extended warranty through asurion ( third and biggest mistake) I have had NOTHING but problems with the refrigerator and NO help from asurion. There is not enough room here to explain the problems I have had with them. At this point I have toured the matter over to my lawyer. DO NOT PURCHASE A POLICY FROM THEM!
Feel secure with a Asurion, I have been serviced by Asurion's technicians for several years knowing whenever I have a technical challenge on any Device that they service day or night I always receive a positive result thank you Verizon and Asurion.
Answer: Asurion insurance is who: Cricket Wireless, Verizon, & most remaining cell phone companies are with now! Just be careful b/c they are IMO SCAMMERS that will get you at one time or another!
Answer: Well, when that happened to me they sent me their IMO SPYWARE phone by the next day. I think it was like twenty-five days for my phone! I hope you kept your charger, case, & took the cards out of your phone first!
