My phone screen was damaged and needed repair. I went through the claim process with my cell carrier and everything worked out perfectly. Great customer service 👏 I'm very happy to have the device protection and when purchasing expensive phones, I highly recommend having the insurance.

I was extremely stressed due to dropping my phone and cracking the screen which left me unable to use my phone. After making the claim online I was unsure what the process was going to be the next day. However once I got to the AT&T store. My stress quickly subsided after speaking with Ye. She addressed all of my concerns and got me back up and running within 30 minutes! Her politeness and reassurance that she would get me taken care of quickly and efficiently was a huge relief, and I cannot thank her enough! I truly hope that Asurion has a bonus program based off of performance and producing happy customers because she hands down deserves it!

In all my experience was great. Asurion sends a prepaid mailing envelope with the address already printed on it. All you have to do is drop it off at a ups store. The repair team is super fast! I was without my phone for only a few days! It works perfectly now!

I almost cried when my phone screen cracked. I do so much on there, from appointments to interviews, grocery orders, baby item orders. My phone is an essential lifeline for my family & I. So to have the repair process be just a few clicks and then a couple hours for the actual repair, it was amazing! I'm so happy I chose Asurion for my coverage.
Had my new phone just over a year when it completely quit working. Of course out of warranty for just 4 months and AT&T is telling me I'll need to purchase a new phone, nothing they can help me with, however can try Asurion as they can replace your phone for a reasonable price.
Get to them find out that the phone is indeed toast and speaking with someone on phone and seeing that the phone was just over a year, didn't make me buy a new phone which I'm so very thankful for.

It was quick and easy. Barely had to do anything.i wish there were brand specific details (android/apple) on how to back up your photos and other items. Other than that small detail it was a good experience.
At first I was very nervous to leave my phone and the stress that something could go wrong during the fix. The representative was so nice. She went over the process very clearly, and I understand what was going to be done. Overall drop-off and pick-up on my device went smoothly, and I will recommend this coverage with other friends and family.
UBreakIFix in North Little Rock who's partnered with Asurion was extremely helpful and got me back and running in no time, even changed my battery for free! Definitely recommend! They did a great job in my wife's phone a few months ago as well!

I was experiencing my phone dying fairly quick so I decided to go through insurance and they had someone come to my place of work and replace the battery within 30 minutes! They communicated a few days before and the repairman was on time!
I was very pleased with the service provided by Asurion. They are friendly, knowledgeable and they would had resolve my issue within a day but I called on a Friday night even though early morning I had my replace in my house. Very happy with their service would certainly recommend Asurion to family and friends.
I don't usually bank on insurance companies to fulfill their obligations with out customer scrutiny and questions. Assurion heard the issue and replaced it with in 48. From a city on the east or west coast (I forget) to south texas! Fast.

Finally decided to get my cracked screen fixed. Went in, dropped it off, and it was fixed within 30 minutes. Billing went through AT&T allowing me to be in and out very quickly. First time doing it so I was very impressed.
My granddaughter phoned keep getting so hot I call and Asurion said it sounded like the phone have a problem so they going to replace the the phone they asked me if I wanted to upgrade I said no I just bought it last year and I'm still paying for it the replacement phone they sent is a refurbished phone I don't feel that was right why pay for insurance if that's what you getting.
