I use asurion through AT&t it really does come in handy when you need it. I appreciate that you can get the issue corrected and then the payment is put on to your bill rather than paying up front. I'm insured on all my electronics with asurion!
I received a total of two telephones and neither one I could be heard when talking. I'm pretty certain that I'll be taken care of properly and accordingly.

The tech was very friendly and fast! He reassured me he would take care of it in no time. When he gave my repaired device back, it was nicely done and he even gave me a temporary screen protector. Very professional and nice tech.
Everything was fine until I found out that the tech had automatically enrolled me in the home tech program which would have been a $25.00 per month charge on my account. Once I received notification that I was enrolled I went into my account and deleted that request. Would have gotten 5 stars and great service review if that hadn't happened.

Getting a replacement phone has never been easier when my phone broke and needed a new one ASAP. Signing up for device insurance then submitting a claim was simple and straightforward on the site which provided repair shops near me. When I needed a full replacement it was easy to update my device needs and have a new one sent. During activation, chat was quick and responsive to assist me getting things up and running smoothly..
I had purchased an ice maker on Amazon and gotten my protection plan through Asurion. When the ice maker stopped working I tried contacting the manufacturer who never replied, so I filed a claim with my protection plan. I used the customer service chat and the representative was very helpful and understanding. I explained my problem, verified my account information as requested, and my claim was processed quickly. Great experience and would definitely recommend to others. I know I will be using them to protect my future purchases
I had a great experience with the store located in Surprise, AZ. The gentlemen did their job to update me a product and was very kind and professional. My phone screen is fixed and my phone is performing better now!
The process to get a replacement phone was quick and simple. However, I think that customers the pay a monthly fee for the device insurance for more than a year should not pay an extra $250 to get their phone replaced. I have paid the monthly insurance for over 2 years now.
My counter top ice maker went out after 5 months. So I used my asurion protection plan and it worked like a charm. Easiest protection plan I've ever used. Would recommend buying it for all products that qualify.
I dropped off my broken phone and got it back less than two hours later with a brand new screen that looks and feels better than when it was new. Friendly service, too.
I went to AT&T store and the representative I showed it to told me that the motherboard was broke and i needed a new phone. Fortunately I decided to get a second opinion and called Asurion to schedule an appointment with one of their repair stores. All I needed was a new screen. The UBREAKIFIX store on Hurstbourne Parkway in Louisville, KY did a great job and were very helpful!

Bought a leaf blower. It broke this spring and I thought I lost the product and refund because of my lack of experience making a return or a claim,but once I got in contact with an asurion assistant things change for good. I highly recommend getting asurionfor any expensive products!

Texting made it easier to talk about the issues I have with my Meta Quest 2 issue. I purchased the Asurion a year ago. I'm completely happy that I purchased the full warranty. It cost more at the time but it has been completely worth it. My Meta Quest 2 is getting repaired at no extra cost out of my pocket.
Moe was amazing! I set up an appointment to have a cracked screen repaired on my iPhone and Moe texted me saying if I wanted to I could bring my phone in early otherwise he'd see me at the appointed time. I was in and out in less than 15 minutes with a brand new screen! I can't thank him enough! This is the best customer service I've had in quite some time
I added this plan when I purchased my new 12-channel mixer. Recently, the mixer dropped several channels so I filed a claim. The response was swift, and the claim was settled completely in less than two days.
