Dropped my phone. No visible damage, but audio started to fail. Qualified for replacement at AT&T store. They started me with asurion. Online process simple. Phone arrived next day. Data transfer took longer. Only complaint, deductible cost ($275), but much cheaper than new phone.
Lost a phone, stop by the closest store so I could call or have them help me get the process started. Nope, manager could not dial 1-800 outgoing call, and then the online, asks to send a link to the phone. Someone has disconnect there, and totally forgot people can loose phones and what happens if the screen is so damaged you can't see it. Totally stupid! Drive home and call, now the representative 1st tells me it will be there that evening. Sweet, I wait, I wait, then check email that the delivery will not happen and they canceled my claim. Called back, filled another claim. Remember cannot do this online. They explained it had to come from a warehouse and would come next day, nope. Wrong again, came the day after.
I have got their insurance on my iPhone X for about 4 years: no 1 claim ever made, none!, They pledge to give unlimited battery replacement at zero cost, after 4 years my iPhone battery has a capacity of 51% and they won't replace it. They only offer to get another iPhone X for $150! This is totally a scam and fraudulent behavior, they should be ashamed! All this took me about 2 hours of my time staying on the phone with them. Stay away from this swindlers!

This was the easiest and most pleasant return/replacement experience I have ever had. I am 70 yrs old so I have struggled through many. It was fast, courteous and went well beyond my expectations. Ricky was patient and so kind. When I told him I could no longer drive and it would take at least 2 weeks to schedule the Oats bus he immediately solved my problem. Monday I will be able to return my coffee pot hassle free. Great experience. Thank you Asurion but especially Ricky. I can smell the coffee.
My Samsung Galaxy 22 ultra phone had a cracked screen and the port was not working. We have the Verizon protection plan for 4 phones or more. They quickly sent a replacement phone, cost was $99 and helped me transfer all my data, including SMS texts messages which had many photos attached.

I had to transfer the data of an old iPhone to a new iPhone and the rep. Was extremely helpful and was able to overcome a complication in the process of transferring the phone number.
I love how Asurion has supported me with my devices. They will provide you with a new device if yours does no work or even update it to a newer version if they do not have the one you provided. They made everything easy by simply providing excellent support and device service.
When an accident happens and your expensive phone breaks which seems your whole life goes through... This site/service and the associate at the store made it easy to have a replacement sent. Thank you.
I filed 2 claimed which they denied both without an explanation. 1+holds are normal customers service is bad when it comes to helping the customer. The employees are nice and helpful with questions but as a company, they are not worth your money. They are like any insurance company, they work nitnto pay you! Currently on hold just to cancel a membership
Accidentally broke my soundbar and was able to get my plan fulfilled with a 5 minute conversation. Will always purchase a plan worth my electronics.
Sent my phone back using their non padded envelope supplied for that purpose. Phone supposedly cracked in shipping. Tried to charge me for sending in a broken phone. I had to be very assertive and only succeeded because t mobil packed my phone. Must take pic of phone front and back before shipping. They make a lot of money on this scam. 29.99 for a cracked back cover. They know a lot of backs and screens will get broken in shipping due to inadequate protection of phone.

This has to be a scam, worst protection plan you could go with. You better stick with the manufacturer directly. My ice maker broke, it's been over one month and it still isn't fixed and I don't see the end in sight. They sent a technician that no only did not fix the problem, make it worst. Is very difficult to get them to call you back. Customer service is in Philippine, trying to talk to a supervisor or manager is a joke.
Was told a day and time when they will be at my place to fix screen from 3 to 5. Get a call at 430 saying they can't make it due to over booked. Called asurion about it and got harassed about getting insurance on my TV even though I said NO more than 5 times. This happened more than once about the "over booked" excuse of not showing up.
I spoke with 9 representatives so far and frankly, this is just ridiculous.
I'm a Verizon customer and have Asurion through them.
And since I've been paying $15 a month for over 2 years, I filed a claim due to my phone breaking.
I then paid a $230 deductible on top of the $15 a month that I've been paying for two years, which comes out to ~$590.
I was then sent the same phone (a refurbished Samsung S20). And it would have just been much cheaper to get a phone from Samsung directly and not pay for insurance (it's 230 on their site). So, I'm being overcharged at least $360.
After all of this, I'm just going to end up sending the refurbished phone back and keeping my broken one and just buying another one online.
If you're going to get insurance from them, only do it for new phones (1 year or less) or you'll get ripped off like I did.
Some people say that I waste money on warranties but I refuse to stop investing in the products that I purchase. This was a smooth process and I received my replacement so fast! Thank you for your excellent service!
If you have a child that plays sports, but especially one that requires equipment, such as batting gloves, this warranty is the best way to go. Spending $60 on a pair of batting gloves and having them rip in four months is very frustrating, but with this warranty, it makes a bad situation, an awesome experience. I won't purchase any equipment item without getting this warranty if it's available. Thank you so much!
Repair technician came right to my house, and fixed my phone screen in 15 minutes! He replaced the phone backing and the battery without me asking, even though they did not need replacing! Wonderful experience. I was very pleased.
Once I arrived for my appointment time frame, Taya came out of promptly and went through all disclosures before performing my repair. She carried herself with much confidence which assured me my phone was in the right hands. My screen repair was done in a timely matter. She did an amazing job and I walked out a happy camper. Thank you Taya for making this such a seamless experience, it was a pleasure working with her.
If I could, I would give no stars. Asurion refused to fix my phone screen because I failed to begin the claim within 30 days. After nearly two years of monthly payments for two devices and no claims you would think the company would cut a person a break. Why pay for a service you can't use? I suppose they would prefer their customers to lie to abide by the terms and conditions. I promptly cancelled my policy. It is good to know Asurion stands by our country's teachers after this most stressful school year. Thanks Asurion.

Husband's iphone was accidentally destroyed by getting run over. Filed our claim on Monday night and by Wednesday, he had his new replacement phone. We were also able to get it activated easily and retain all his info. Very thankful we had insurance!

My wife used to work for this company from at home. We purchased a home security camera system. It didn't work after 7 months 1 camera then we tried one last time, the same results with warranty. Now we want our money back, and they keep saying gift card, then I correct them and they say oh yes. Don't get this company warranty plan

Broken washer was covered by Home Depot extended warranty managed by Asurion. Asurion dispatched VIA technician. Response was within a couple days of placing call. Technician immediately diagnosed the problem, pulled replacement part from his truck and was all done in one half hour. Technician was very experienced, professional, and considerate. I don't know how this experience could have gone better. Sure glad I had the extended warranty on this!
