Dropped my phone. No visible damage, but audio started to fail. Qualified for replacement at AT&T store. They started me with asurion. Online process simple. Phone arrived next day. Data transfer took longer. Only complaint, deductible cost ($275), but much cheaper than new phone.

Lost a phone, stop by the closest store so I could call or have them help me get the process started. Nope, manager could not dial 1-800 outgoing call, and then the online, asks to send a link to the phone. Someone has disconnect there, and totally forgot people can loose phones and what happens if the screen is so damaged you can't see it. Totally stupid! Drive home and call, now the representative 1st tells me it will be there that evening. Sweet, I wait, I wait, then check email that the delivery will not happen and they canceled my claim. Called back, filled another claim. Remember cannot do this online. They explained it had to come from a warehouse and would come next day, nope. Wrong again, came the day after.

When screen of my laptop was cracked, I did not expect that 3 months later and after multitude of repeated phone calls to Asurion customer service I will still be waiting for shipping label so I can send my laptop for repair. I cannot count how many times I asked for shipping label- each time I was assured " it will arrive it 24-48 hours via ups" and then nothing did. I spent 200 $ on coverage for laptop in exchange for non-service- which is basically fraud. Will never ever again purchase coverage with Asurion.

If I could give Phillip 6/5 stars I would! After falling while running and shattering my phone screen I was able to file a claim and make a repair appointment within 2 days after normal work hours. Phillip came straight to my door, kindly explained the screen repair process, and then had my phone perfectly fixed and back in 20 minutes! He also was able to provide details on filing a claim for poor battery life and went above and beyond to answer all my questions. Thank you so much Phillip and Asurion for this phenomenal experience! I would highly recommend the service to everyone!

The communication between myself and the customer service representative, during the process of finding me a professional to fix my issue, was exactly what you would hope for when needing an expensive appliance repaired. I give 0 stars however the system required I at least give 1. Absolutely the worst! I have had nothing but the run around for almost a MONTH (mailed on 10/1) for a check reimbursement. All I hear is we will email the accounts payable and you have to wait 24-48 hours for a response because they do not have a way to contact them by phone which I find so hard to believe. Yet no one calls back and I have to continously follow up. I have spoken to numerous people who want the "opportunity to fix it" but don't. So at this point everyone I talk to is just blowing hot air. The "I'm sorry" or "I apologize" only works for so long before they become empty. Never have I been so frustrated with a company. If you expect anything done in a timely matter by them that's just wishful thinking. I am not one to write reviews but they definitely earned this one!

My customer service experience with Asurion was outstanding, quick, easy, and an excellent compliment to Amazon's customer service. I bought a protection plan for a rather expensive electronic device and it was easier than expected to set up with my device. The rep was quick friendly and responsive and the total process was a breeze. I'm very happy with my first experience using Asurion. I hope I never have to make a claim but if I do, I feel great about having this in the background! I will definitely continue to use this service!

One iphone 13 lens cracked and they want $250 to replace it (after paying $45/month for the 4 phone coverage). No option to repair. Total rip off. Plus to get a quote you have to file a claim which then might raise your deductible next time. While frustrated on a call with them (which took forever to get to and speak to someone) they actually tried to sell me more coverage - unreal.

Filed my claim/ paid for around 3:30-4 p.m. EST. On Thursday before Memorial Day 2021. Still on Saturday at 1:15 p.m. EST have not received a tracking number. Called two times asking about my replacement device and being told due to the holidays, UPS is running behind and there's no way to tell why my phone has not yet been shipped. Was told if I have mail delivery on Saturday (TODAY) that I would receive my device. Still not receiving my device today! Are you telling me that now, I have to wait until Tuesday this is RIDICULOUS!

I had to call them to make sure the box was on its way to me then we send our phone factory reset and it's been over a week when the site says 5-7 days so, I call tonight. Stayed on hold for 30 min then they tell me the phone will be returned unfixed tomorrow. No one called us or no Tracking information was sent or given. No communication from them at all and I'm not sure I would have ever received my phone back if I didn't call.

2 years ago I got the plan and was specifically told that drones were covered as part of the plan. Now after trying to file a claim with them I've been told we don't cover drones. The fact that they didn't even send an email or anything to inform their customers of changes or anything is truly disappointing and I don't think I will recommend people to getting Asurion considering that I've been lied to who knows what else they'll change to not cover you without your knowledge.

Was told in your contract you're paying for overnight service so you will be getting the next day or sometimes people get it the same day. Plus you have to send us your identification (drivers license) before we can send off your phone. Just gave them all the information they needed to start a claim what more do they need?! That night I wasn't getting off until late which I told them they didn't care at all. So I didn't get my phone until Tuesday morning at 9:30 am. FedEx was slow and so was Asurion!

Having a fridge break is pretty stressful, however the repair and claim process through Asurion was amazing. Speedy service and reimbursement that exceeded my expectations. I've never purchased an extended warranty before - and will now make sure to always have one if Asurion is the warranty partner.

I was promised $23, same day screen replacement and instead they forced me to purchase a $300 refurbished phone instead because noone in Indiana apparently does screen repair?! I literally tried ALL the zip codes, and nope. Only option was to send them my brand new $1800 phone and I get a BS refurbished that I am willing to bet is going to need replaced too! Don't do it! They will rip you off.

My son bought an extended warranty for his Razor bike through Asurion. When the bike stopped working well, we reached out to Asurion and they asked us to mail the bike (it's huge!) but at their cost. We finally found a box large enough and mailed it off. That was over two months ago and despite calling multiple times each week and being assured that someone would call us back with an explanation about where the bike is, we have no idea what is going on. Each time they tell us the bike is somewhere else and we call that place and nobody knows about the bike. There are conflicting stories every other day and we have no idea if we will ever see the bike again. Sitting on hold only to be told that nobody knows anything but someone will call me back, which they never do, has been incredibly frustrating. Meanwhile, we have no bike.

Never received my phone. Deliver lied about contacting us. No phone messages etc. we were waiting outside and none showed up. I had to wait till the next day to reschedule and then there was magically no phone to be delivered. The following the corporate ATT store said that the order had been cancelled and ordered another phone in store. This took place on Friday. The following Tuesday I got a call from Asurion that a phone was ready and I could schedule for it to be delivered. No thanks, I never returned the call. However they went ahead and scheduled for delivery and set up on there on even though the order I had been told was canceled. I responded to the text on Thursday morning that I am not available. No response I'm assuming it must be automated. Now been on hold for 38 minutes waiting on someone to help me. I have been dealing with this issue since last week. Took off work, been in store 3x, spend too much time on the phone and still dealing with this mess. Over 5 hours and lose wages over this phone because of Asurion home delivery service. Do not use this service. I'm still on hold. I better not be charged and I know I will not be compensated for time, the energy, and stress this has caused me but I sure hope I can save everyone else from choosing this service.

Tip for consumers:
Don't use Asurion mobile home delivery. Customer service isn't helpful.
