Dropped my phone. No visible damage, but audio started to fail. Qualified for replacement at AT&T store. They started me with asurion. Online process simple. Phone arrived next day. Data transfer took longer. Only complaint, deductible cost ($275), but much cheaper than new phone.

I started a new claim 7/12/2023. I was told 86.95 and received an email saying this amount 7/12/2023. Also the invoice when I bought the replacement around 7pm said The refunded amount was 86.95.

When I woke the amount was 64.96 on the invoice 7/13/2023. In 5 or 6 hours they changed the refund amount. Fast forward 7/15/2023 it finally came out of my bank so I see the price I paid.

I go to Asurion's web site. I cant email support, my only option is to call. I'm disabled I have trouble speaking most company's just hang up because they can't understand me. Its not available, I googled "Asurion's customer support email".

The worst customer service ever. I spoke with 5 representatives and was on the phone > 5 hours trying to a get assistance with my phone. I had basically given up but decided to try one more time and was connected to Tina in Louisiana. Tina definitely knows her job. She completed the replacement process and did not transfer me to another department. She was committed to resolving the issue and she did. Ask for Tina if you want to get your issue resolved. Thanks Tina your actions showed you value the customers.

We decided to cover our phones with Verizon. Our son lost his phone. We've spent well over 25 hours trying to get a replacement. We get hung up on, get the runaround, every time we give them what they want they want some thing else. Save your money! This is totally fraudulent.

Tip for consumers:
Do not buy this insurance to the Verizon! Save your money. You can end up buying another phone before they give you anything. You’ll spend hours and get very frustrated. Don’t do it!

I don't usually purchase product warranty insurance but on a few occasions I have - and not used it. Just today, I filed a claim on the Asurion.com/Amazon website for some icicle lights that I had bought 2 years ago. After a bit of verification, my claim was approved and I will be receiving a gift card to cover the cost of my product!

Worth the price - no need to think this is a hoax. It's the real thing!

Recruiter play mind games sending email for interview invites. As soon as I click interview invites, no dates available. They gave me a number to call. Number have holds. They worst at calling back. I deleted all future email from them. Its a waste of time. Recruiters don't even communicate or correspond.

Kim was an absolutely phenomenal technician. She was extremely knowledgeable, patient, kind, encouraging and positive. I wish I could interact with a "Kim" every single time I needed technical support. She should be commended for her expertise, customer care and support. We did not resolve the issue due to a phone issue outside of her control - but I would rather spend hours on a support chat with a technician like Kim than 20 minutes resolving the issue with anyone else!

The people over the phone were nice, but the order was a mess. It took forever and they kept wanting me to go back to the online site, which is not the easiest to navigate. Once my device is fixed, I am going to remove all iPhones from plan and just use an otter box for protection. Less money, less stress. The insurance is not worth what you pay for it.

I've bought a few fit bit watches and they ALWAYS break, this time I am done with them, but Thanks to Asurion I haven't been out of luck. They have helped every step of the way. I buy Asurion with any high priced items because most things are made cheap these days.
Asurion has great customer service and can save you a lot of money and frustration when your expensive item decides to die and the original company is of no help! Asurion to the rescue!

I filed a claim over 2 weeks ago to get my stolen iPhone replaced, when I called to check on the status they flat out said they forgot about me and had me do a phone interview. After the phone interview, I was promised to get an email within 24-48 hours confirming my claim. 5 days later, no response. I have now been phone-less for almost 3 weeks as I was given the false promise that I would receive a replacement within 1-2 days. I would have been better off just buying a new phone rather than paying $300 through this scam of a company just to not get any phone.

This is an amazing team of young men, who do their best to help you, especially when your warranty has expired! They are knowledgeable and they do go above and beyond. I am grateful and will be a repeat customer because of their professional and personal service and care! I contacted tech support and was connected with Robert. I was just trying to scan a file, and have it appear on my desktop. But it went to some weird file that I could not easily access. He had me down load LogMeIn rescue, he took control of my laptop (which was a huge weight off of me), found the issue quickly and fixed it. I've been paying the monthly fee for whole home protection for about a year. 3 months ago, I filed a claim on my daughter's tablet. They had me take it in to the store, who in turn shipped it off to be repaired or replaced. Now, apparently, the tablet is lost and they're calling the claim "complete" and I never received a call, email, or text to say what the resolution was. The case has been "escalated" now for the second time, so we'll see what happens. Even if it is resolved tomorrow, the fact still remains that it has taken 3 months to get to this point. With all the time I've spent dealing with this, had I spent that time at work getting paid, I could have bought probably 5 tablets. So, my opinion is that this service, while it probably isn't a scam, is certainly NOT worth the money.

- Phone support hangs up on people
- Phone support tries to upsell people who are having a bad experience while not resolving the issue
- Phone support will not tell you directly if they can resolve your issue over several phone calls
- You have to make it a big enough issue with the company you're getting insurance with Asurion through for them to give a $#*! about your replacement

Asurion is legitimately the worst insurance company out there. I had to spend time over 5 days on many phone calls just to get an equivalent device replacement. They wanted to try and force me into accepting a clear downgrade device, as hard as they could.

Tip for consumers:
DO NOT USE ASURION FOR INSURANCE. IT IS A COMPLETE RIPOFF
