Dropped my phone. No visible damage, but audio started to fail. Qualified for replacement at AT&T store. They started me with asurion. Online process simple. Phone arrived next day. Data transfer took longer. Only complaint, deductible cost ($275), but much cheaper than new phone.
I received a total of two telephones and neither one I could be heard when talking. I'm pretty certain that I'll be taken care of properly and accordingly.

I have a 65 Samsung TV that was giving me problems. It would turn off by itself at random times. At first I filled out a service ticket online to have it brought in for repairs bur decided to call the company to be on the safe side. I am glad I did because instead of repairing the old TV, they actually replaced it with a new 70 inch upgrade. It was delivered in a few days of the approval.
Have used Asurion for several outdoor lighting projects around my home. Anytime I have had a product fail after installation, Asurion has returned the original replacement cost quick and efficiently.

I've invested in Asurion warranties for over five years. On two occasions I had to access the warranties. Both situations were promptly addressed and resolved. Asurion is professional and customer friendly.
I have had two experiences with Asurion. The first was about 14 years ago, it took three weeks to finally get a working phone, two phones were sent back. This time I spent about 35 calls and 20 hours trying to get a phone replaced. The service is horrible, you can't get someone to talk to, sometimes you get put in a loop that just keeps butting you back to where you started. I will never spend another dollar with Asurion.

If you're lucky when you call you'll get the Tennessee call center. So nice, friendly, kind and extremely knowledgeable. Made my claim so easy. After I received my phone I had issues with erasing my old phone. I called back and same incredible service. Five stars to the ladies who helped me.
They want me to mail my device for a cracked screen 400 bucks deductible but I can go to a cell repair shop and get my screen replaced in less time for less cost save your money it is only worth the cost if you get your cell phone stolen

I only gave a one star cause there is not a negative star choice. I've bought, registered, and used this warranty two years ago and now I needed to file another claim and there is no record of warranty. Best thing I've done was keep the original receipt. Now you should honor it, but not without Asurion making sure I jump through as many hoops as they make me. Then when I get to the final step (which is two days later by the way) and the email says choose a store in your zip code, surprise there is no location in your zip code to choose from. Lie I bought the bike for a store in my zip and that is were it is just waiting on Asurion to approve my claim so they can start working on it! I hope the resolution I was told tonight actually works but I have a feeling it will not.
I walked in and met with the Asurion tech who was very experienced and respected my time. Not only did he do the repair on one phone, he cut the corners and help me connect with the right person to replace our unrepairable device. No phone tree for us! He made sure that ALL of my issues were taken care of before I walked out of the store! Very good service!

Buying electronics online can be a gamble but Asurion effectively mitigated that risk for me. I have had nightmare issues in the past with bad product customer support or in getting support from resellers for a few of my Amazon purchases. If you have had occasional nightmarish issue like I have, you know what I am talking about. I will continue to use Asurion protection for my electronic purchases.
I've had Asurion coverage through my phone carrier for years and always had a Great Experience. Asurion does what they say they'll do, no arguing, no looking for ways not to cover your claim, no unnecessary waiting for responses. If only all Insurance companies did business like Asurion! Or... even better... if only Asurion would branch out and do Health, Auto, Homeowner's... WOW what a world this would be!
Initially it was difficult to figure out how to contact Asurion. Once I spoke to an operator, she was very polite and thorough and set me up with an appointment within a few days. On that day I was texted a message which said my appointment was not available. There were 80 to 100 other calls to be attended to. So I had to wait until another was available. Seems to me that more service workers need to be hired. After several months we finally were able to have a service man come. He was polite and thorough in fixing our problem. We did not lose any of our frozen food which I had been fearing for several months. Not too assuring for Asurion.

It has become necessary to buy insurance for all the electronic junk that's available now. A refrigerator used to last 40 years. Now it needs repair within 2 years and may not even be repairable. Asurion is good. All electronics and appliances are absolute junk. Protect yourself.
Sorry, but I can't trust the rating on this company. Both my husband and I had terrible experiences with these people. I lost my phone. I was on the phone for over 2 hours (so was my husband when he dealt with them). No one I talked to seemed to know anything. First, they denied that we had coverage. Then, they kept telling me my security code was wrong (it wasn't). Finally, they realized how angry I was getting so they got me to a girl who was just so charming she just oozed. She ended up promising me a new phone that would be delivered to my home that evening accompanied by someone who would set it up for me. Not even an hour had passed when I got a text from them that my phone would NOT be delivered that day and would be shipped arriving in 1 to 2 days. It took 2 days. What I got was a used phone with no information enclosed and a single charging cord that would not fit any of my plugs. I paid these people $50 monthly for many years - probably enough to just buy a new phone - and I paid $125 for a used phone. I don't like being misled and I feel like they make it so hard to make a claim that you'll just go buy a new phone. I'm cancelling my insurance and just putting that $50 in savings.

Called in, agent was very helpful. Everything done less than 30 mins. Got the label for free shipping to send back the broken product. Next day a few hours after dropped off the package, got an e-gift card for the same amount of the product.

Tried to file a claim for damaged phone. They wanted EXACT date/time of last use. Got this info from AT&T and provided them. Claim denied since this date/time did not match their record. They would not tell me which record they were looking at. Cancelling my policy!
Returned my damage Iphone 14 Pro and the very next day received a replacement by Asurion it was very fast and efficient service.
Took it to ATT representative Joshua to set up my replaced I phone, he did a great job too.

Terrible service. They try to get up sell you every time you call. Was told $100.00 deductible yet iPAD was $229. For a cracked screen. Same cost to take it to a repair shop and have a new screen installed. Assyrian will not have it repaired and wants you send in the iPad for a replace, ent which mean putting all email accounts and other stuff back on the replacement manually.
My experience with Asurion is normally the easiest. But I also always take care of my insurance claims online. This time I had to call in to get a defected watch I received returned for another one. Let me tell you Kristine made my experience so seamless. She was the sweetest and took care of the claim in less than 10 minutes. I normally get anxiety when I have to call in to get something resolve but when I told her what was going on with my watch she made sure to let me know it can be taken care of! Exceptional service for sure.
This is the worst company to deal with. The representative are not trained and have no idea what they are talking about. One person tells you one thing and another tells you another. The lady that I spoke to was no help and kept putting me on hold every 15 minutes and when I asked are you there she would give me different information each time. She verified my address with me 10 times and asked what the problem was another 10 times. Horrible service. When you try to call them they will hang up on you. Very rude as well. A nightmare dealing with this company.
