Dropped my phone. No visible damage, but audio started to fail. Qualified for replacement at AT&T store. They started me with asurion. Online process simple. Phone arrived next day. Data transfer took longer. Only complaint, deductible cost ($275), but much cheaper than new phone.

Very helpful staff. I bought my laptop from Costco less then two years ago. Suddenly, its USB ports stopped working. Because, Costco gives two year extended warranty on electronics items, they told me to contact Asurion, and that's how I came in contact with them(Asurion). Its staff is very welcoming. They spoke with me with full respect and fixed my laptop in a week. Hats off to their service. Thanks

They called me to notify that they were not going to make the appointment I scheduled after the window. And the soonest appointment they had available was next week during the same window. Notify me before when you can't fulfill your agreement to show up. I blocked off time to make this appointment. They show no remorse and intentionally have a poor and unprofessional customer service department. Mostly so the billions of dollars a year they generate will save them a few thousand dollars every quarter. This establishment is a perfect example of why we should all turn on big corporations.

$#*! this company. Horrible service, the website is practically inoperable. All I wanted was my screen fixed, took 3 hours to file my claim only for them to try to charge me $200 for a new phone. Had to call and explain that I only wanted my screen fixed. Still wanted to charge me $200 for a new phone. Called the next day and got an appointment for a screen replacement. Nobody showed. $#*! them company they can burn in hell

They are difficult, slow & expensive. The requirements are worse than filing homeowners insurance claims. Their process takes up to 24 hours, just to review your claim. If you don't have your phone or your computer you are unable to comply with their process. I have yet to determine my deductible. I should have taken the $10 per month and put it in the change jar. The value would have been better

They suck at providing claim. They make the process so hard that you will not be able to file claim.

They verify the plan information and my identification.

First they said talk to seller / manufacturer as it might have warranty. Upon checking with seller there is no warranty.

Then they asked me asurion plan receipt, item order receipt, and pic of item itself from front and back with serial number. I provided everything but back of the light picture. This is for solar lights And there is no danm serial number on these $35 solar lights. Paid $6 for plan to cover $35 purchase.

TV was not working properly. They sent a "new" tv out. New TV had no legs, remote, power cord, etc. Of course, you cannot get a hold of anyone at the company. We keep sending pictures of the items and they claim they need more. EVERY inch has a picture taken and submitted. They always need more information to process the claim. Complete run around and scam. Avoid using them. Not worth the money.

I am so grateful that I have asurion for my phone insurance. They make the process of repairing your phone super duper easy! I filled out a survey report to provide them with information on my phone's damage, and they let me book my appointment with whichever date and time seemed convenient for me.
The guy who was in charge of repairing my phone screen called hours before the appointment time to tell me his previous appointment was cancelled and if I wanted to, I could have him come fix mine earlier; which was absolutely fantastic! When he got to my house to pick up my phone, he showed me his van he would be working on it in, and assured me he could be done within 20 minutes. He took no longer than that and my phone screen looks beautifully new! I love that asurion provides us with warranty after the repair as well. I am extremely satisfied and I will continue to keep this insurance company for my phone. Thank you so much for the service :)

Asurion went above & beyond my expectation in fixing my laptop computer. I was thinking of a few keys that were broken to be replaced. Asurion replaced my whole keyboard, shell surrounding the keyboard & outside with a new top & screen. Having purchased the extended warranty was a great benefit.
