Dropped my phone. No visible damage, but audio started to fail. Qualified for replacement at AT&T store. They started me with asurion. Online process simple. Phone arrived next day. Data transfer took longer. Only complaint, deductible cost ($275), but much cheaper than new phone.

My screen on my IPhone 13 Pro Max had failed to turn on and left me in my bind. I recalled I had ausurion for my my family plan so I figured let's see how it works? Man was I surprised the ease of this process simply went online and filed a claim and just like that got my new phone two days later with the option to have live help to activate new one or instructions to diy! Love this company!

Phone was not working. They charged 165.00 sent out a phone that sends doubles... not sure who is saying what. In the meantime husband broke back of his phone. They sent a different phone out another 165.00 a g10 not a g9 so now new case another 50 bucks. 380.00 later my phone still suck! Why do I have insurance?

I had a great experience filling a claim through chat on the website. That worked so smoothly. The first time I tried was over the phone and things didn't work out. However, the people were very helpful in both situations even when we ran into issues filling with my receipt I had kept.

I got a claim fulfilled and I got another plan for my furniture piece.

Not sure how my phone got damaged but filing a claim was very easy. Less than a 24 hour waiting period turn around for my claim to be approved and received a new replacement phone in 24 hours after the approval. Deductible didn't have to be paid up front. It was added to my bill which was nice because I didn't have the funds available at the time. Overall it was quick, easy and took a total of 3 days to file, be approved and receive a new replacement. Thank you!

Really good and easy service to use when needing to do a claim. The entire process is pretty quick and efficient. I took one star off because of the wait time to turn everything in for a claim. Each step is submitted separately and one usually has to wait a business day before hearing back from support for each step. Some of the steps could be combined to make it less of a hassle to submit a claim. But overall this is an excellent service if you have a houseful of electronics that may go out or may be broken in some shape or form.

My technician was very friendly and knowledgeable. I thought I would have to pay a lot out of pocket and have to travel out of my small town to have my screen replaced but the tech came to me and on time. He also called about an hour before arriving to let me know to expect him. He had my screen replaced in under 20 min and handled my device with care. I am so glad I had Asurion has my insurance because it was only $29 whereas it would have been $100-200 without Asurion. I highly recommend this company. You won't be dissatisfied.

Spent an hour talking to a woman about turning my iPhone off, when Find my iPhone was off on my phone. Both people I spoke to were unaware of claim filed online, under the number presented to them, gave me a window of time 7-9 then emailed me and made me wait on hold to find out they didnt' know about my claim then said wrong address was given, even though the woman said it back to me 3 times correctly, not in a patronizing way but stuff like this happens often. Second woman thought the address was 01 My Street Name, and as I said what was spoken back to me was my correct address and such an address does not exist in my city or in general. When I filed today offered me delivery today & tomorrow. Second Woman said now it will take till Tuesday, work in mental health and cannot be without my phone. No options were given.

just get apple care for one month

Our washing machine began making a loud noise during the drain cycle and we sought repair. A repairman was available within a day and he came to our house with advance notice. He was pleasant, businesslike and quickly knew the cause (broken drain pump). He fixed it rapidly and was done. He had to remove and replace a folding door to get full access to the washing machine. He knew just what to do. Very grateful for his help and would recommend him.

The claim process seemed really easy in the beginning but then took longer than the time that was claimed that it would take. Sent product back with label provided, and according to customer service, the tracking number says that the product was received in asurion depot but depot has not acknowledged for a whole week that the product was received, so now I'm currently waiting on someone to get back with me concerning this issue.

Bought a mini split air conditioner on Amazon and purchased 24 month protection plan from Asurion. When I received the unit and had it installed, it did not work and was low on coolant. I filed a claim. They then decided that Asurion does not cover mini split air conditioners. They have offered a refund of the protection plan, but no refund for my $665 broken unit! How van they sell a protection plan and then decide they don't cover the item they sold the plan for?
Sounds like a scam to me!

Asurion has the worst customer service and shady process that fools customers into believing that they are protected. Don't waste your money here - go to other reputed business. Asurion supports claims under VeriZon protect that are misleading and aimed to cheat consumers. They are looking for ways to weasel out of paying consumers what they rightfully deserve.

Stay away from Verizon add on insurance

Bought the Home Tech plan through ATT. Cracked my tablet screen, which would have cost me $400 through Samsung. Cost me the monthly cost and $99 service fee. Followed all directions including creating a user profile for Asurion techs to test tablet, however, they didn't test everything because they said I didn't provide username/password, which I did. Then the factory reset my tablet, which cost me hours of a backup restore and getting everything back to the "way it was" before.

Their claim process is not intended to approve your claim. Employees are unconcerned about customer service. Explore the company: Asurion has just completed the relocation of 2,050 employees to its new $285 million downtown headquarters. I am extremely dissatisfied with the company.

The worst experience ever received. And a complete waste of time. I think they are in it for the $75.00 diagnostic fee. After speaking to the representative to set the appointment I advised her that all I needed What is a timer switch to on a gas dryer. The service technician showed up with no parts and told us we have to order the parts after telling them what we needed. Needless to say I complete waste of time and I hope you choke on the $75 fee that you charge to come out for five minutes. No wonder you got a one rating. A complete rip off. I ordered the part and replaced it my self for 100.00 he said it would of been close to 400.00 pound sand.
