Dropped my phone. No visible damage, but audio started to fail. Qualified for replacement at AT&T store. They started me with asurion. Online process simple. Phone arrived next day. Data transfer took longer. Only complaint, deductible cost ($275), but much cheaper than new phone.
I received a total of two telephones and neither one I could be heard when talking. I'm pretty certain that I'll be taken care of properly and accordingly.
My service request was a nightmare. It took one month for the technician to finally come to fix my washer and guess what, the previous technician didn't order the right parts.
After that instead of putting me in a priority line as my washer was no longer working, they imposed to me that the next schedule date was a week and a half later. I cancelled the service request after that and I'm now trying to get reimbursed for the $100 dollars they charge in the first visit as the diagnosis was good for nothing.

Paying for a service for about 4 years added a new phone and my daughter lost it on vacation they don't pay I'm going to cancel this service on all my lines very misleading and not at all responsible for claims didn't even bother to email me and and let me know that the claim was denied.

Att has been nothing but good to me. From the no extra hidden charges to filing a claim. They make everything user friendly and I'm so glad I switched from Verizon. This is the best phone company I've ever been with and I've used them all. I won't be switching anymore. I'm with them forever. And I got my entire family with them and they love it too.

Soooo disappointed w this company. I was told 40$ at the time of purchase for the deductible and now that I need it fixed they are wanting damn near near I paid for the phone. Why would anyone pay for insurance of they still have to pay the price of a new phone. I even had my local phone provider pull up what their site and it said 40$ too. And I provided them a screen shot
Of thus price and my phone deductible cost at 40$. All they would do is basically say we pulled it up wrong... This company is nothing but con artist. Promising to make life easier when all they are doing is robbing ppl. Shame on this company for doing loyal customers this way.
Chris led me through the procedure to identify and resolve the problem that prevented me from using cellular data. We had to do "reset network settings" in my iPhone. He was very patient. He listened to my concerns and he had the expertise to respond to every concern I raised. He led me efficiently through a procedure that required some hands-on (so either Asurion needed to lead me, or else I would have had to go to the Genius Bar - which would have taken much longer with: an appointment, a drive, waiting in line, etc.)
I expect to have to jump through hoops and provide a ton of information and have to fight to get my watch fixed or replaced but Asurion made it so simple and hassle free! The form is so easy to do and only takes a few minutes without any hassle at all! Thank you for making the process so easy! I'm happy to have gone with your service!
Do not use this company. There technicians don't have a clue. They came out to my house 3 times and where not able to fix my Samsung refrigerator.! I called Home Shield Pro-Connect and they were Great. Came on Wednesday fixed the problem on Friday!
My phone had been stolen. (Really sticks the past right?) Well with Asurion and their way of sure prices and due process, not only was it easy, inexpensive, it was fast and painless. These guys got it down right the best customer serviced providers ever.

This warranty company has been an absolute 0 in resolving our refrigerator repair that has not been working for one month and counting. The only resolution came when we finally notified the business we bought the product from.
Every part of the process was quick, from filling out the claim, to turning in my device, to receiving a reply about next steps, to receiving a replacement. I am thoroughly happy with this service and will continue using it to cover all my devices.
