Dropped my phone. No visible damage, but audio started to fail. Qualified for replacement at AT&T store. They started me with asurion. Online process simple. Phone arrived next day. Data transfer took longer. Only complaint, deductible cost ($275), but much cheaper than new phone.
I received a total of two telephones and neither one I could be heard when talking. I'm pretty certain that I'll be taken care of properly and accordingly.
So I love how fast this happened. This is my second device I had to have replaced. What a joke half if it is they want me to pick a device to fix. I have one device they have down I have 2 and both were the wrong imei numbers from what I have. I'm actually angry tha I pay 15 bucks a month for a service that can't keep records of my account good. But whatever. There gonna be here at my house in about 10 hours the first phone the sensors on the screen was not working correctly and I just blew ot off so I hope this replacement is not a piece of junk like the last one.
We bought a new dryer for our salon and thank goodness we purchased the insurance. As in just over 6 months the dryer just stopped working. Our policy made it easy to start a claim I had to speak with a representative but quickly received a return label and a check for the full purchase price. No hassle at all.
Have had issues connecting to normal every day sites/apps. They were great in analysis of my phone and patient with my low "tech knowledge" in a very quick time frame they were able to find an internal hardware issue that could've been causing my problems. I waited for months to contact them as I didn't want to be on for a really long time. I wasn't! I'll never wait if I need help again
Broke my phone screen 2 weeks ago it is my life line everything the only contact I have with the world bills everything and I told them this they wanted to send a text to my phone the make sure it was me... are you serious they then waived that process then put my claim on a 48 HR hold an then asked for I'd and to down load a form on line... ive missed 6 hrs of work becauseof this nonsense and spent hard working money for shirty service an horrible customer service when this issue is taken care of I will no longer be continuing service with them
JoJo helped me diagnose, and RESOLVE my repair immediately. She got ahold of her team to contact me so we could repair or replace our device. I will update once we get out TV fixed :)
Asurion is refusing a claim on cell phone that recently stopped working. They keep refusing my claim without a specific and clear reason, only referring me to their terms of service. I have contacted their office of the OCEO and am still can get clarification and/or resolution

This was the worst customer service experience. You pay for coverage they won't honor. Won't honor the screen repair as advertised. They will only do the phone replacement at a much higher cost. Total Scam! Shame on Sprint/T-Mobile for offering and misrepresenting the product.

Filing a claim was simple and the next steps to get my phone fixed were also very easy. The technician was really nice and explained everything thoroughly which I really appreciated and let me know what was going on every step of the way!
The contract you sign up for claims you will pay $30 to repair a cracked screen; however, it is actually $300. MY STORY - Phone damaged on both front and back. Two separate appointments were made to have someone come to our house, and both were missed by the provider - they just did not show up. Service rep said that if third appointment was missed then they would send a new phone. After a total of more than three weeks the service person actually did call when 'on their way' and asked if the back of the phone was also damaged, then refused to provide the $30 service. Many weeks lost, tenfold cost increase, zero actual service. After more than 15 years with Verizon we will be checking with AT&T and T-Mobile, couldn't be worse or more expensive with lower integrity.
Very quick, got a message letting me know they where on there way. I was told the Face ID might not work with where the crack was, but still decided to do it anyways only took about 15minutes or less and everything looked brand new. I also got to keep the Face ID as well just had to reset it and scan my face again.

With the current state of appliances I can't imagine purchasing a new one without an extended warranty. Our Asurion warranty claim through Home Depot was extremely easy to work through. Easy to schedule. Quick resolution by a very knowledgeable technician. 100% recommend. (Saving our receipt from the purchase helped immensely, just FYI)

I recently broke my phone and had to receive a replacement phone from my Asurion insurance coverage. The deductible was decent, only $250.00. Now I know why. The phone they replaced my broken phone with is glitchy as all hell. The screen doesn't respond to my touch well and it can't even process one app's worth of data without struggling to keep up. When I make a call, the person on the other line doesn't hear me for a solid 3 seconds after connecting. I pay the insurance so that when something happens to my perfectly functioning phone, I can get a perfectly functioning phone back. A new phone, not some used or refurbished manufacturers reject phone. I expected better.
It seems that as soon as I activated the claim, even though the claim started 4 days prior, it fulfilled within two days. Which is quite quick, in my experience. Thanks for your commitment to customer service.

Daughter cracked lens. Assurion said will only repair cracked screens - anything else, must replace phone with (formerly defective and perhaps not well cared for) refurbished for $250, which is more than I paid for it in the first place.
Paid $28 to insure 4 phones for years. Roughly $720 in insurance $ since bought the phone. If you add $250 deductible, would be paying $970. Just want lens fixed! I don't want to exchange for for overpriced refurbished/used device.
Update - the repair shop they own said $89 to repair lens. So cheaper to just pay for the repair myself. Assurion refused to cover cost and insist all they can do send me a refurbished phone for $250 instead.
Makes absolutely no sense to pay for Asurion cell phone insurance. It's basically a scam.

My son lost his iphone in a pit at work. We filed claim and had new phone within 24 hours. We then had to set up new phone and had a wonderful tech who helped us! A very stressful situation was handled with ease! Thank you again!

Asurion is a waste of money. Since the town Im in does not have s repair shop asurion associates with. They expect me to drive 2 hours to get my phones screen fixed. I've never made a claim. Will not send loaner phone and the only other option is pay 400$ for a refurbished phone. Absolutely garbage. Not worth it. Waste of money

Pio tried to assist in problem solving my printer problem. When the problem could not be solved, she filled out the necessary forms so that filing a claim would be simple and suggested I call the claims department since she was tech support.

So I had some dead pixels on my phone screen that started to get worse. Filing a claim online was simple, and fast. I took it to the AT&T store in San Marcos, and my screen replacement was done in less than an hour. Cameron was awesome!
