Dropped my phone. No visible damage, but audio started to fail. Qualified for replacement at AT&T store. They started me with asurion. Online process simple. Phone arrived next day. Data transfer took longer. Only complaint, deductible cost ($275), but much cheaper than new phone.
Lost a phone, stop by the closest store so I could call or have them help me get the process started. Nope, manager could not dial 1-800 outgoing call, and then the online, asks to send a link to the phone. Someone has disconnect there, and totally forgot people can loose phones and what happens if the screen is so damaged you can't see it. Totally stupid! Drive home and call, now the representative 1st tells me it will be there that evening. Sweet, I wait, I wait, then check email that the delivery will not happen and they canceled my claim. Called back, filled another claim. Remember cannot do this online. They explained it had to come from a warehouse and would come next day, nope. Wrong again, came the day after.

Ordered a new phone from AT&T on Monday 8/28/23 and it was scheduled for delivery today 8/30/2023 between 10 - 12 PM. No delivery. Called *******569 and waited for over 20 minutes though kept being told the avg wait time was 4 minutes. It turned out the delivery was not assigned to any "expert". The delivery was reschedule for Friday, 9/1/2023, more than 2 days later than the original delivery. Terrible service. Wish AT&T wouldn't use this company for delivery.
This company had me pay in excess of $250 to get a replacement phone with the promise that it would arrive the very next day. I use my phone for work daily without it I can't get paid. I had a back up phone and was instructed by them to NOT activate it because they assured me it would be here next day. Well here it is next day and now my phone is going to be lost in shipping with it already stating delayed. They said it was delayed for hurricane, I live in Odessa Texas. I'm 700+ miles away from any coast. I just want my phone as promised like a paid for and they aren't doing anything right to make it right and said it may take a few more days. I don't know if they think I $#*! money but missing days of work means I can't eat. Overall experience with them through all encounters over the years, I recommend you find literally anyone else but them.

Friends, I was skeptical about Asurion, but I didnot think twice, I paid $59 to purchase Asurion. At first, I convinced myself, this got to be my mistake, my ear Bud pro 2 was purchased@ the Source, Square one mall, staff are very helpful, I would never thought that ear Bud will broke down after 13 months! The Source staff encouraged me to file a claim with straight reason: the right ear Bud suddenly became silent. I filed a claim on Feb 19 2024, guess what, I received a REFUND of the FULL purchase price $ 239 on March 5th 2024. Today, I would like to be a positive supporter for Asurion. They are here to protect consumers, electronics do FAILS, just that which consumer bought that unlucky item. NO HASSLE from Asurion.

Asurion is our PROTECTOR. This is a true claim made@ Mississauga, Ontario, Canada. I couldn't believe the fact that there is finally an true insurance in place to protect purchaser. Electronics are not ALL perfect, mine was Samsung ear Bud pro 2.

I bought a new refrigerator and the protection plan, thank God. About 2 1/2 years later a crucial part stopped working, which had no replacement. Fortunately, was still under warranty. The protection plan reimbursed me the full amount I paid for the fridge back, plus the damaged food I had inside.
I initially had trouble getting in to the site to file a claim. Eventually the site was updated and I was able to login using the site I purchased the product through. Had some issues during claims filing and processing and had to make quite a few calls but their call back system reduced the amount of time actually on the phone. Service fees do apply but claims are good for 30 days so you'll have a bit of time to pay your deductible. The closest store to take the product is also a bit of a drive. Their tech support is also amazingly fast and knowledgeable!

I feel like they helped with the experience of professionals and it didn't take long for them to solve my phone problem either. I myself is an retired person who needs my phone just in case of any reason for my family. Just give it a try and see for yourself
Super easy and fast process. Paid $275 fee for a new prone (same model) and it's saying that will be shipped in 2 days. Kept thinking that it would be cheaper just to fix the screen as my phone is like new condition (other than the cracked window)... However I didn't have to leave home to deal with that. Good experience. Hope that they send me a new model, not the same model I have for the fee I paid, as I already pay a monthly fee.
My experience with Asurion they was very helpful, they were very professional, I was very much satisfied, and kept their word on how long my phone was going to be fixed. Will come back if anything goes wrong with my phone, it was very much worth the wait.
RATING 4.8 (there is always room for improvement) so my 4.8- star is a 5-star (per se). The claim process was very fast and efficient.
Not a complaint...only a suggestion:
Some people keep their phones a very long time and pay into the insurance from the very beginning. It would be a nice gesture and a "thank you" from the insurance company if the company would offer more than one choice for a replacement phone. I do not think you would lose any money and you might gain more respect and more customers if only by word of mouth about your generosity.
The customer service here is spot on. Patricia was friendly, personably and went well out of her way to make sure that I was satisfied with my phone repairs. In a time where it's so hard to find good employees, this establishment found a great employee. They did a fantastic job on my phone repair and I was able to get my phone back just a few hours after dropping it off. I highly recommend this phone repair establishment. 10/10
Asurion is worser then att. Asurion and the company "you break it we fix it" is a $#*!ing joke. Where the $#*! do they get these technicians from. Respect to the legitimate techs. But $#*! the rest. If you hate your job that much, go else where. Your killing the company.

Our technician was fabulous, very personal and we felt that he truly cared. We lost our home in the Gray Fire. Our technician had a heart for helping us! You can't buy his compassionate heart! Give him a raise!
I bought insurance with Asurion for all electronics devices in my family and my daughter's Apple Mac book pro broken the screen. I called file the claim online very easy and all went through.

I got my replacement phone from asurion, but was a little confused by Verizon's instructions about setting it up with my same number. Logged on with Asurion had a chat with Josh, all works perfectly now.
I'm switching from carrier to another and had no idea how to do it. I'm not a technical person at all. Jorge was very knowledgable and patient. I'm sure I'll be using the services of Asurion many times in the future.
Contacted them threw my phone, having trouble with it. Was told it would take 20 mins to fix. Carrie took 45 mins confirming who I was. Had to keep asking if anyone was there? At one point she Carrie said that she had to reboot her computer after that as I waited and waited I was disconnected. I will go into Verizon tomorrow and see if they can fix the phone and file another complaint on Carrie I believable she didn't know how to fix it and was hoping I would disconnect. Slow and sorry service. I wish I could give no stars.
I have a Home+ Asurion plan separate from my home carrier.
I talked to at least 5 reps to file a claim For my iPad.
At least 2 said you don't exist in our system (I do get a bill though…) 1 said all good, You have a claim filed (didn't happen) 1 said go back to phone carrier (not related; separate) The last one said you're calling the wrong # (I called the one on my bill…)
Trying to file online and that too is one nightmare. The one is for nice customer service, even though none were helpful.

The process from start to finish with the claim on my damaged phone was very efficient. I was very impressed with the service of having a tech come out to my home and replaced my phone and help me with set up. This saved me a trip in going to the ATT store. The tech was also friendly and knowledgeable. I even purchased the Home Tech Protection plan that he informed me about. Great Job Asurion. I am a customer for Life!
Had an appointment for Tuesday morning. Called to tell me tech had an emergency that they would have to reschedule for following day between 3-5. Five rolls around, no tech no calls nothing. Had to call them to find out device could not be repaired after I waited two days for them! Also they said they called twice to try to reach me which is a complete lie. Now instead of paying 29 to get repaired I have to shell out 200 for cracked screen after taking off work twice for these appointments. Canceling service with them and will never deal with this company again.

I usually always like to have a live agent talk me thru these kind of situations but I have to say this was as easy and as smooth as it could be. My sons phone was stolen. I had spoken to an agent about a few things like disconnecting the service on the phone that was stolen. He then sent me the link for the insurance claim. He said I can talk to someone or do it online. He assured me the online claim was very easy and he was right. Took 10 min and it was a simple procedure. I was told my phone will be here in a day or 2. I was not happy my son had his phone stolen but it at least they made filing the claim as quick and easy as it could be! So thank you for that!
They knew who I was, did t ask too many questions beyond verifying I wasn't an identity thief and did so in a non-intrusive manner. Their communication with me while the phone was being repaired was amazing…except I had no means to view their updates because my phone was in their repair room receiving a new screen. They did a perfect job with the screen replacement and were polite and doing business in a convenient and clean location. Everyone I dealt with was very nice. A+++
