“Easy walk-through w/ AT&T store help”

Dropped my phone. No visible damage, but audio started to fail. Qualified for replacement at AT&T store. They started me with asurion. Online process simple. Phone arrived next day. Data transfer took longer. Only complaint, deductible cost ($275), but much cheaper than new phone.

Lost a phone, stop by the closest store so I could call or have them help me get the process started. Nope, manager could not dial 1-800 outgoing call, and then the online, asks to send a link to the phone. Someone has disconnect there, and totally forgot people can loose phones and what happens if the screen is so damaged you can't see it. Totally stupid! Drive home and call, now the representative 1st tells me it will be there that evening. Sweet, I wait, I wait, then check email that the delivery will not happen and they canceled my claim. Called back, filled another claim. Remember cannot do this online. They explained it had to come from a warehouse and would come next day, nope. Wrong again, came the day after.

Fourteen days of haggling back-and-forth, eleven different associates and department managers, hopefully this plight is over. Not sure however, haven't received the phone I was promised, waiting on delivery. ADVICE to customers, DO NOT settle for a refurbished phone. Read the BBB complaints.
The refurbished phone have "glitches" and once you activate there's NO going back. No returning!
File a complaint with your State Corporation Commission, easy, they will have to answer to them!

Hot water tank malfunctioned. Service guys comes says can't replace that part and will be a buy out. I call multiple time and they tell me yes it's a buy out expect it to be covered. Then 2 weeks later I get a phone call and they tell me here is phone for manufacture, good luck! Very poor customer service. Just our right lied to us multiple times. Do not use this company!

Had an issue with a product I purchased on Amazon. I am so happy I chose to also purchase the extra warranty from Asurion. The process to make a claim was so easy and stress free and my claim was processed and credit given in less than 1/2 hr. I would recommend when purchasing a pricey item on Amazon do your self a favor and purchase the additional protection plan from Asurion.

I am not the best technology person, but the way a Asurion has everything set up made it extremely extremely easy for me to get a claim in. I would say the only thing you have to do is have the phone number ready for your device especially for tablets. But at this point I am extremely thankful that I got the insurance and how the insurance made it so much easier.

When I started my chat with Asurion, I was already frustrated. My product was not listed! But Rhealyn was courteous, swift and competent. She quickly corrected the error with just a few copy/pastes from me from my Amazon orders details page and she updated my account!
Then she swiftly processed my claim and I was printing my shipping label before we were done chatting.
Even though the price has gone down on Amazon for the replacement part, they are refunding me the original purchase price. WOW! Service with integrity.
Thanks again Asurion, and thank you Rhealyn for making my days just a bit easier.

I have buying a lot of 2 years protection plan for and sometimes my kids broke staff when is only 10 months old. I made claims and I get reimbursement for the cost. But if someone bought a protection plan for 2 years should be cover for 2 years. I know for fact sometimes the items we bought the can broken more than one time in 2 years period. The should replaced the item with the same thing. They send me money for one tablet because the screen got crack and I bought an other and a have to bought again the protection plan the one the should be cover with the 2 years protection plan. If you think have much money they do. If you got kids you will understand because I get protection plans for everything I bought for my kids. I think they should be responsible for the item for 2 years you are buying for.

So phone was suppose to arrive 10/5/20 between 1-3 i wanted to 4 no phone. They emailed no knows why it did show then had to again the agent convinced me to ship home i said no there to sing she i put a no sign on package ok. Next ups left a sticker because it was not singed for wtf. Call ups have hold wait another day I have no car so i have to get a ride pay for gas and there time go 35 minutes out my way to find this package. Wait in line for about 40 minutes with the ladies there doing as best they could to customers. Then dive home in rush hour traffic. I was not happy at all it wasted my time I had thing to be school that night. It really up set me

Problem was able to be diagnosed via phone and instead of delaying the process of coming to inspect, then making a diagnosis and having to wait for parts to arrive, repairman just went ahead and ordered so that the next step was the visit to get the repair done. With a family of 8 to service, this machine was very important and time was of the essence. Super helpful and satisfactory experience!

Other than some technical difficulties with verification of ID, I think Asurion has saved me money. Quick shipping and good customer service. The phone process though is bad and it is hard and takes a while to actually reach a person to talk to. Once you reach someone though there nice. I think there are some technical and phone processes that you could make easier than they are.

Deductible was $40, everything else (so far) was super easy and well done. I just filed, so still waiting on my replacement phone. If i do not receive that tomorrow, i will edit this review. Otherwise, know everything worked out well. I had completely cracked the screen of my phone and getting a new phone for $40, so not bad.

Asurion by Bell
1. I paid them over $400 in charges and when I needed to use the service they charged an additional $100 for a phone that was worth less than $150.
2. They took almost 4 months to replace the phone and not even the correct phone but a lesser phone. After talking to the manager I accepted the phone to move forward and sent back the old phone.
3. I then almost two months later received a letter informing me that they had not received the phone. I called and was assured that this was a mistake and the phone was indeed received.
4. Three months later I received an additional $300 fee for not returning the device from my carrier (BELL).
In addition I have spent hours on hold and speaking to their staff to try to resolve the issue.
5. So in summery if you would like to avoid many months of frustration, terrible customer support, `lost products`, surprise additional cost and billings do your self a favor and avoid this company.

Someone stepped on my iPhone 13 Pro Max that I only had for around 7 months. The phone still worked fine, but the back was cracked like spider webs. I submitted the claim online. Very simple process. Apparently, cracking the back of the phone is a much more extensive repair than cracking the screen, so the phone was not repairable. Therefore, they replaced the phone with an "AT&T Certified Restored" phone, exact same model and color. Perfect condition. Not "used". Looks and works like a brand new phone that's never been activated or used at all (maybe it hasn't)!
I paid the insurance copay, and my new phone was delivered to me the vert next day. They included a return USPS label, bubble wrap for the old phone, and tape to secure the box. I just dropped it off at the post office, and that was that!

Customer service was good.They help you fast...The only bad part was the person who they send to fix my Washing machine he left a big mess.It was so bad even my dryer was dirty and he didn't need to touch my dryer... it was very hard for me to clean the washing machine in side and out side I'm not sure if was glue or grease?

Because new phone thought I was paired to old phone which was erased and returned, my new iPhone 14 woukd not pair to existing Apple Watch. Verizon customer rep Nicole was the only one who could guide me to clear old data and start anew after many videos and tech conversations. Please if you buy a new phone, have your sakes rep do this to save you a day of grief. The Verizon customer service saved me a trip to the store and all is working great.

Appointments you set up online with a designated time the first time will probably not happen, you may have to make many more appointments and calls to customer service to complain until a technician will arrive

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

I have never had such a horrible experience with a company before. They have horrible customer service and will not return your calls. I had a technician come out and "fix" my ice machine only for him to make my whole refrigerator stop working, after I was charged almost $400! I have been going back and forth for over a week with them with my refrigerator still not being fixed. I had to throw away over $400 worth of food because of a mistake one of their technicians made. When I call everybody says I'm sorry but nobody is really there to help! It's been over a week and I still can't get ahold of a manager. Again do NOT use this company. Completely unprofessional! Expensive and they do not know what they're doing! Go somewhere else or proceed at your own risk!
