Dropped my phone. No visible damage, but audio started to fail. Qualified for replacement at AT&T store. They started me with asurion. Online process simple. Phone arrived next day. Data transfer took longer. Only complaint, deductible cost ($275), but much cheaper than new phone.

Lost a phone, stop by the closest store so I could call or have them help me get the process started. Nope, manager could not dial 1-800 outgoing call, and then the online, asks to send a link to the phone. Someone has disconnect there, and totally forgot people can loose phones and what happens if the screen is so damaged you can't see it. Totally stupid! Drive home and call, now the representative 1st tells me it will be there that evening. Sweet, I wait, I wait, then check email that the delivery will not happen and they canceled my claim. Called back, filled another claim. Remember cannot do this online. They explained it had to come from a warehouse and would come next day, nope. Wrong again, came the day after.

As we add extra coverage warranty for majority of the instruments we purchased. This is the first time we filed a claim on a cymbal. I ended up not being able to make my original time frame so I rescheduled & set it up for someone to come to me (very busy schedule) he showed up within the 2 hour time frame, was extremely friendly & got my screen replaced very quickly! Also put a screen protector on for me as well.

We paid $15 per month on our AT&T bill for insurance. They promised a new phone the next day. My son broke his phone so I filed a claim. Deductable was $125 for a phone that AT&T was selling new for $150. So Asurion tells me they're on back order. Wait a week. Call to complain and they say they'll send one out tomorrow. So I guess they wait till you complain. O. k. What we receive is a refurbished model. $15 per month plus $125 and we get a used phone.

Whoever took over at Asurion has messed things up. What once was a simple and efficient system is now a hassle. Now one must download and then upload an affidavit to say one is telling the truth. It says it should be faxed to Asurion, but thankfully someone made it possible to upload once completed. Plus, I had to go to www.google.com/dashboard to get the REID number. Instructions were to go to the Android section, which means one has to guess where that number is. That and my picture id has me waiting for 3 plus hours now to find out what the result will be. Hope it's a good outcome.

I recently had the pleasure of experiencing exceptional customer service from a representative when I contacted via phone and reported a problem with phone. From the moment I called, I was greeted with a friendly attitude, which instantly made me feel great and at ease.
The representative was extremely knowledgeable, instructed me how to handle the issue and told me that another phone would be mailed to me in the next couple of days. The representative was able to answer all of my questions with ease.
Throughout the entire process, the representative was patient, attentive, and genuinely interested in making sure that I had a positive experience. They made me feel like a valued customer, and their dedication to providing exceptional service was evident in every interaction.
Its hard to find good customer service these days.

I am attempting to make a first claim since I've started this service in 2021. It is now March of 2023 and I am getting the run around to fix my laptop. I called about 5 times to cancel the service, so instead of canceling they talk me into staying just to give me more trouble with a bunch of different people I have to keep talking to. If my laptop doesn't get approved to get fixed within the next business day, I will be seeking legal counsel to get all my money back that I have given this company over the last two years. I will never recommend this company to anyone else either.

Tip for consumers:
I do not recommend this company.

I placed a claim on two phones that were glitching. One phone with no longer take calls, or make calls or take pictures. The other phone would not allow Wi-Fi to turn on. We could hardly function with it. I placed a claim for both phones in the same week. Within a few days both phones showed up. One box had instructions the other did not but luckily we were able to just make a phone call and have it straightened out. It was very easy and I would recommend this highly to anyone it's so worth it.

Straightforward repair of a simple screen issue. The staff worked to minimize the inconvenience and stress in a very professional and expedited manor. Points on both. What struck me was not the care they gave to my issue, but to a non native English speaking customer ahead of me. They made sure to take whatever time was necessary to bridge the communication barrier to ensure proper information and repair of the phones. I will be a customer (hopefully not that often) for as long as UBreakIFix is around. And kudos to Asurion for having the forward thinking to partner with these folks..

Asurion sent me a broken phone then said I would have to pay another deductible to have that broken phone replaced. Then, to to it off, they charged my bank account $300 saying they never received the original phone I sent back. I have called sooooo many times to either be told there is nothing they can do, or straight up lied to saying that I would be refunded my money but that doesn't happen. I cannot believe they take advantage of paying customers in a bad situation.

Call back when you say you will, make sure customer is satisfied, resolve the issue. I had a leaking dishwasher that ruined my floors and cabinets. Had to file an insurance claim. Each time I speak to Asurion about replacement or reimbursement per THEIR POLICY, I get a different story and a runaround. Do not even consider using this company unless you have a desire to get driven to the edge of insanity

Excellent service, very satisfied with my purchase for a protection plan on my 65" Smart TV which I did end up having a problem with. Asurion was there exactly as advertised to cover the problems that arrose after the manufacturer warranty expired. I'm very grateful to have Asurion as my extended protection plan service. Had the multi phone protection plan. One claim I filed they did send a refurbished phone. The other phone, nothing to do with screen being cracked and they said no worries. Claim denied and charged full-price. Had an issue with the refurbished phone being stuck in safe mode. Spent hours on the phone and online with Tech support multiple times and took to verizon store two times, nothing could be done. Finally get through to Asurion - had to talk to verizon first and get transferred. Telling me the phone is covered only to be on phone for 2 hours to say they won't cover it - as a crack in the screen - their out on doing anything. Took the phone to a repair store & the volume button was jammed in. Cancelled service immediately. Not worth your aggravation.

Was able to have one phone replaced - only for it to cause issues later.

Takes multiple days of constantly following up with no communication from asurion to get a proper claim. Was on the phone for over an hour with customer service had to send multiple documents, which I was told was approved and had a 3 hour wait to hear a response and did not get one until I called them myself I was then told I had to wait 24 hours for a response and they could not give me a reason why. Very frustrating because my phone is sitting at the repair already repaired and now they have to unrepair until they can get a proper claim from asurion and then I have to wait for them to repair it again.

The repair part was great very expeditious. The whole process took about four days from the moment I shipped it out till it was returned to me but the issue was verification. The process was atrocious I was asked to verify my information more than five times after my initial registration when I purchased the device there should be no need to continuously upload your receipt or proof of purchase after an extended period of time as most people lose or miss placed their receipts this should not be a thing. Other than that I am extremely pleased with the service and how my device repair
