Dropped my phone. No visible damage, but audio started to fail. Qualified for replacement at AT&T store. They started me with asurion. Online process simple. Phone arrived next day. Data transfer took longer. Only complaint, deductible cost ($275), but much cheaper than new phone.
Lost a phone, stop by the closest store so I could call or have them help me get the process started. Nope, manager could not dial 1-800 outgoing call, and then the online, asks to send a link to the phone. Someone has disconnect there, and totally forgot people can loose phones and what happens if the screen is so damaged you can't see it. Totally stupid! Drive home and call, now the representative 1st tells me it will be there that evening. Sweet, I wait, I wait, then check email that the delivery will not happen and they canceled my claim. Called back, filled another claim. Remember cannot do this online. They explained it had to come from a warehouse and would come next day, nope. Wrong again, came the day after.
The repair part was great very expeditious. The whole process took about four days from the moment I shipped it out till it was returned to me but the issue was verification. The process was atrocious I was asked to verify my information more than five times after my initial registration when I purchased the device there should be no need to continuously upload your receipt or proof of purchase after an extended period of time as most people lose or miss placed their receipts this should not be a thing. Tech Coach Derrick very professionally answered my question of how to best clear emails as my box was 90 percent full. So I am going to click on the circle icons next to my emails and make sure I empty the trash. Thank You Derrick!
The Verizon instructions did not work transferring my Note 8 "Everything" content to my new S22 Ultra.
Alisha, was great! And was very patient, understanding, and listened to my issue. I was not comfortable proceeding with the transfer process and could not risk loosing anything from my old phone. She went through and guided me through every prompt and apps to start and complete the transfer. Everything went perfectly, and now I have my new phone ready to go. All data, yes Everything is transferred over and she did a perfect job helping every step of the way.
Thank you Alisha! You deserve a raise, this took what seemed like a long time, but she was extremely patient and understanding.

This was the very first time I made a claim, and boy let me tell you... It's an easy, super simple process to make a claim. Can't get any better. Submitted a couple of pictures of my concern and boom. The next day, I got an email that their sending me a new TV...Couldn't be more happier...Thanks

They changed my deductible to $229 for a series 5 iwatch. This is April 2023; that watch can be purchased for less. What's the point of insurance if the deductible is more than retail? Very dishonest.

I was in and out of there so quick, they met me, greeted me with a smile, Justin was the guy that fixed my phone, and he was so sweet and polite. He explained everything they were going to do to repair my phone. I would suggest everyone go through them… I am a very happy lady.
Took off work to be home for my scheduled screen repair fix. No one showed. No one called. Two calls to customer service. Hours on the phone. No answer. Total rip off. I'm not paying for their "protection" anymore.
Difficulty setting up a new android phone, Could not get anything to transfer to the new device. Lisa was wonderful and worked for 2 hours or more trying to get the phone set up. We finally got it. She was great. This was not my first phone set up, however this proved to be very difficult. I was so glad to have the help and patience as we worked through it.
The experience with Asurion, was great from start to finish. I reported my phone not working ( black screen) with water damage, and I had a new device the very next day. They helped me with the activation with ease.
I was able to pay less to replace my old tv by having this insurance. They deemed it irreparable and replaced it with a new one. Making the claim and all was easy. The communication was great as well.
I've been signed up for the Asurion home+ insurance for about 4 months now. Within that time, I had some controllers of mine that broke, so I filed a claim. I assumed that since I had already paid $100 towards this, I would be entitled to a new controller. (yes I made sure that everything was within the requirements for this to be covered) I was told by multiple workers at Asurion that I would be able to get coverage as long as I fill out the claim. After filling in all of the information, I awaited an email as promised. This email never came, so I tried again, and again. All with the same outcome. So now here I am, angry that I wasted money to support a company that does nothing but provide false promises. Don't buy this, you're better off throwing your money on the street, at least then it wouldn't encourage companies like asurion.

Issue was resolved efficiently (under 30 minutes). I wish they wouldn't try to upsell an insurance plan while waiting for my issue to be resolved. If it wasn't for that I would've given 5 stars.

Having the the Peace of Mind that you are protected for whatever life throws at you getting my phone screen repaired you can possibly beat it for $29 it's way better than having to pay a couple of $100 out of pockets
After a total failure with the "service" on an extended warranty purchased from a local company we called Samsung and they connected us to you.
You contacted us prior to the scheduled repair, your technician showed up and on time. He was professional and was able to diagnose the problem quickly!
Extremely pleased with Asurion!
I did, but just as easily as the wrong angle drop broke it, I was able to get it replaced! No hassle or need to complain. I filled out the claim information, chose which local store I wanted to fix it and took I there. About 2 hours of work but it's good as new!
I dropped my IPhone 14 just so perfectly that my screen cracked, not working. I got online and scheduled a claim.
The next morning I went to my local ATT store and had my screen replaced with 20-30 minutes. Awesome job Asurion!
From start to finish, my experience with Asurion was not only painless but it was a pleasure. My service tech, James, was friendly and professional. Not only did he repair my cracked screen (1st one ever!) but he offered a product that would provide protection from it happening again! Thank you for the quick service.
My phone was lost/stolen and I immediately filed a claim and police report. Asurion acted like they were handling things, and things appeared to be going along smoothly... until they needed more documentation... and then more... and then more. After multiple claims filed and denied to to lack of documentation and multiple phone calls, i was informed I needed to black list my phone with AT&T, so I did, and I waited... again. When I called back again 48 hours later, they informed me that I waited too long to black list my phone, so it was no longer eligible for replacement. Long story short, i had to pay for a new phone out of pocket after over a week without my phone and Asurion kept my money.

Our fridge went out. Forgot we had a warranty paid a repair guy to come tell us compressor died. Remembered we had warranty, called in got it all set up. The repair company called to come everything and I asked if they could make sure they had the part before coming. The young lady helping me put me on hold and checked and they did not. She said 4 days to get and pushed our appt one day which worked out so they only had to come once!
Absolutely the biggest liers. All money, service, and communication. They are both a nightmare. Their customer service thats non American are the kindest people, without them. And them owing me 800, amd 280 I would have walked the first day. Their terrible.
