Dropped my phone. No visible damage, but audio started to fail. Qualified for replacement at AT&T store. They started me with asurion. Online process simple. Phone arrived next day. Data transfer took longer. Only complaint, deductible cost ($275), but much cheaper than new phone.
Lost a phone, stop by the closest store so I could call or have them help me get the process started. Nope, manager could not dial 1-800 outgoing call, and then the online, asks to send a link to the phone. Someone has disconnect there, and totally forgot people can loose phones and what happens if the screen is so damaged you can't see it. Totally stupid! Drive home and call, now the representative 1st tells me it will be there that evening. Sweet, I wait, I wait, then check email that the delivery will not happen and they canceled my claim. Called back, filled another claim. Remember cannot do this online. They explained it had to come from a warehouse and would come next day, nope. Wrong again, came the day after.
Protection plan in 2020 with Home Depot, was beneficial, as in 2023 my dishwasher stopped working, however, the warranty saved the day. Asurion fixed the problem and both their service Reps who came over were professional and knew the problem and fixed it with a New Part.

My desktop computer crashed and I was worried that I would have to purchase a new one. Thankfully I remembered that I had home electronics coverage with Asuarion. I called and they were very helpful in processing my claim, send shipping material within days. I was able get my computer back within 2 weeks which surprised me. I was also able to get some tech support even after to help setup my internet. This is a very useful service, and I would recommend it to anyone with Verizon. Thanks!
Your company is a joke!. It took me 3 months trying to get a replacement phone. You waited until the increase on my deductible hit for you finally decided to do something. Now, you've given me a refund on my phone minus my higher deductible, promising I would receive my check in 3 to 5 business days, I'm going on 2 weeks now. Then,
you want me to take insurance out on my home devices, well that won't be happening. I pay a ridiculous amount each month for my phone protection and this is how you treat your customers. I'll be dropping you as soon as I get this check I'm STILL waiting for. You just another scamming company that only cares about your inflow of money people are stupid enough to pay into for your rip off of a phone insurance. Well, I'm done playing stupid. You won't see another dime from me!

I purchased a New iPhone 14pro max that had to be mailed to me. I received it on Christmas eve, and after transferring all of my data over to the new phone, I could not get the cell service working. Since it was Christmas eve, I didn't believe I would have any luck getting help from tech support, so I tried resolving it myself. So much for that, and 4 hours later, watching youtube videos and reading the blog posts on how to resolve the issue I was unsuccessful at, I gave in and texted customer support.
It was now Christmas, and the tech coach who responded was delightful and resolved my issue in 4 minutes. WOW. What a great experience I always dread using tech support because it always seems so long, and I don't necessarily feel like my issue may have been resolved. This was not the case, and I can not recommend the service enough.

Help I received from Home Depot was fantastic...I moved from the city where I bought my washing machine.I could not find my warranty paper work...Home Depot located my insurance info and gave me a phone number to contact Asurion, r...I phoned Asurion, they gave me the name of PRO ALLIANCE in Portal, GA. My experience was too easy, everyone was sooo accommodating...my washing machine is repaired...thanks to everyone who helped me...Richard was a fantastic repair man, sooo helpful.
Very useless! How am i supposed to print out the form without a printer? And then they ask me to go to a library? Don't they know everything is closed due to covid-19? Stupid $#*! people! I think we should get way better service after having to pay per month and then the $250 deductible! Worst customer service ever!
I purchased a golf glove and added something I never do, and that was a protection plan. This turned out to be a wise move. The golf glove I purchased was the same type I always buy. Normally I have no problem we a golf glove lasting several rounds however this time after about 15 rounds a tear in the knuckle of the gloved appeared and now because I purchased the protection plan I'm able to file a claim for a replacement glove. I just today 10/21/22 filed the claim and it was very easy to do. (Make sure to either take a picture of your receipt or save it). I will give an updated review as soon as my claim is processed. For now a very happy customer
From the moment I contacted asurion about my issue, they were with me all the way keeping me updated and they even came to my job to fix my screen, who does that without charging you a arm and a leg. I highly recommend Asurion and I look forward to working with them in the future if need be!
Asurion made sure that getting my screen replaced was a quick and easy as possible. When they say 3 days they mean it. I was nervous about shipping my phone off but they had great communication and kept me up to date on the whole process. I couldn't be any more happier about the whole process!
No not use this company the refurbished phones they give you are not water resistant and they fail to mention that, I had a new replacement water damaged after being in the water for only about 2 mins I tried complaining they admitted that the reconditioned phones are not water resistant but would not replace the phone without me paying full price, you are better off with no insurance
I spoke to Brittany first, and we were accidentally disconnected when I did a network reset. I re-contacted Assurion and then spoke with Alexander who was also super helpful and very knowledgeable. I give them both 1 million stars. It means a lot for people in the customer service profession to be friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, and compassionate these days.
I have purchased over a dozen Asurion plans with several different products ranging from a $20 value up to a $750 value. Unfortunately I have had to make 2 claims over the last 5 years. Thankfully Asurion makes it fast and easy. The online support was extremely friendly and prompt. The value of the plan combined with customer service provided makes it well worth it.
I broke my screen in March and sent my broken one back. Come January I get a charge for $175 saying I never returned my broken phone! Which, I did. I called and they said their software went haywire and charged a bunch of people accounts. Then they said it would take 7-10 business days to get the money back into my account. 15 days later I called and went through the same process. 15 days later STILL NO REFUND. I called again and this time the lady spent most of her time trying to sell me some other BS service instead of taking care of the issue. I demanded a check this time around so we will soon see if I ever actually get that in the mail!
I purchased coverage for a knitting machine. After having problems with the machine, I tried Amazon and the seller and they were polite, but unable to help me. Opened a claim with Asurion, thought I'd be tied up for days with explanations, proofs, etc. Not the case at all. A very nice gentlemen (Ricky) chatted with me online and within 45 minutes my entire issue was resolved to my complete satisfaction. I couldn't be happier! I will buy Asurion coverage with confidence again. High marks for Ricky and Asurion.
We purchased all new appliances for our new home back in 2018. We chose to purchase the 5 year protection plan. It's so great that as we needed services we we're still covered. Setting up services was easy breezy! We will absolutely continue to renew our coverage as needed… as well as always purchase accompanying coverage for all major purchases. It was almost impossible to get any one on the phone, not sure what the issue was but the phone repeatedly kept hanging up. So i decided to use the chat services instead. I was appointed to someone almost immediately. When i tell you she was amazing she handled business very professionally and it took no time at all.
Spent 4 hours on the phone with them trying to resolve a claim. They insist that my phone is not the color that is specified. However, we have the original box from AT & T, proving other wise. Absolutely, the worst company. We also had to pay out of pocket to have the phone fixed, as they keep denying the claim.

This is the 5th time that the icemaker on this Samsung fridge has failed since purchase. Asurion is now working with me to replace this appliance. I'm really happy I bought the extended coverage as it's been frustrating to try to get it finally repaired or replaced.
I broke the glass on my Pixel 6 pro. Filed my claim with asurion through AT&t. Dropped off my phone at you break I fix montage mountain. By the time I went to two stores, stop by the store. Ask the kid if he wanted donuts. He said no thank you and my phone was done.

My claim was incorrect and I tried to correct it on multiple occasions and there was technical issues with the phones. I was charged $160 for a water damaged phone when my phone was actually lost and retrieved. I have no way of speaking to someone to remove the charge as I have been given the run around from Asurion to AT&T 1-800#.
I had a claim on my son's phone. I tried to resolve the issue via the internet and I experienced a glitch, I called the customer service and the rep was so helpful and so friendly and in no time the phone was on it's way to us. Am one satisfied customer. Thank you to the rep, I can't recall his name, he told me was located in the Philippines
My wife cracked her phone screen on her Samsung 23 ultra and I was sent tonthis asurion store to get it fixed the representative where very helpful and quick to fix the phone and everything works great andi would definitely recommend those with issues to go there
Scheduled a week ago. No show. Call Asurion and they say they don't have a contact for the technician, and only options are to reschedule 1 week later or drive 45 miles to a 3rd party fix-it shop. I think Verizon needs to stop promoting this insurance.
They have no intention of helping. Getting a replacement phone was a difficult task but even more difficult to get Asurion to give my phone to UPS. I was promised 2nd day shipping. UPS was finally given my phone a week after this promise and a lot of hot words every other day or so. Confirmed address was not put in correctly (even tho Maria literally just read it back to me), promises not being kept time after time, and ultimately my phone getting "lost" all less me to switch from Verizon & Asurion. I currently have the household electronics insurance and can't even make a claim for a tablet or a game controller. I've given them money for more than a decade and I can't even make 1 claim..

This is the biggest scam I have ever seen in my life. My phone was lost and US Cellular uses this horrible company for their "insurance". They sent me a "new" phone for $250, Mind you I'm still paying for the stolen phone through US Cellular and the phone didn't work from day one, it was refurbished. Dropped every single call. I called them and they assured me they would send me a BRAND NEW phone. 2 days later, I received ANOTHER refurbished phone. I contacted them only to hear, well we can't guarantee you a "new" phone. We send refurbished ones. I said what kind of business are you running?! She said, if the née phone doesn't work, send it back. I don't have time to keep returning their junk! DO NOT use them for insurance. You're better off without insurance.
