Dropped my phone. No visible damage, but audio started to fail. Qualified for replacement at AT&T store. They started me with asurion. Online process simple. Phone arrived next day. Data transfer took longer. Only complaint, deductible cost ($275), but much cheaper than new phone.
Lost a phone, stop by the closest store so I could call or have them help me get the process started. Nope, manager could not dial 1-800 outgoing call, and then the online, asks to send a link to the phone. Someone has disconnect there, and totally forgot people can loose phones and what happens if the screen is so damaged you can't see it. Totally stupid! Drive home and call, now the representative 1st tells me it will be there that evening. Sweet, I wait, I wait, then check email that the delivery will not happen and they canceled my claim. Called back, filled another claim. Remember cannot do this online. They explained it had to come from a warehouse and would come next day, nope. Wrong again, came the day after.
I purchased this insurance bc I was told it would cover every electronic in my home. I paid 26$ a month. My iPad screen broke. I contacted them and they assured me they would send me labels so I can mail the ipad in for repairs. Two weeks went by still no shipping labels. I called again. He told me he didn't know what happened but he would mail the shipping labels again plus send the through email. Again 2 weeks passed no email nor shipping labels by mail. At this point I am furious. Stay away they only want your money.
I have been trying to get my phone fixed/replaced for over a month now. I went to the asurion store and they wanted me to leave my phone for 3 days. Then I tried to get them to order me a replacement. In order to do that you have to call and hope it works instead of talking to the person face to face at the store because for some reason they don't do that there. So now it's been over a month of calling asurion many times and many emails back and forth and now I have to just go buy a new phone anyway. Seems kinda worthless to me and makes it more stressful than just taking the loss to begin with and buying a new phone. After trying to use the company for what it is for, I just want to cancel for the time and money wasted.
I dropped and broke my Samsung Galaxy S 22 Ultra plus on Saturday night. I called A T & T and they transfer me to the insurance company Asurion. Once I filed my claim with them they sent me to the closes A T& T location Sunday Morning where I met with a phone technician. He took my phone and within a couple of hours it was fixed and done. I was very happy with my experience. I didn't even have to come out of pocket and was billed on $29 for the service.
Mel, the service tech was great; quickly diagnosis the problem, ordered parts and installed.
Got it working the 1st time...Very pleasant guy and very neat in working and clean up.

Had an issue with my phone called Samsung to do a warranty deal over 2 weeks ago still haven't heard anything from them so did it through Samsung care with these guys problem solved in 5 minutes no complaints here next time I know who to call first!
I dropped my phone a million times, but number one million and one was unlucky. I never thought I would need to use the insurance. I always expected to submit a claim for my kids devices, but here we are.
I expected a frustrating online or phone ordeal, but it was nothing like that! I think it took no more than five or ten minutes. My phone arrived in two days, with all of the mailing material to drop off at a UPS store. If you have a lot of devices or do not have the funds to easily replace a damaged device, the insurance is worth it!

I have always had a great experience with Asurion. I started by having my cell phone protected now I have the home+ coverage and am going to enroll in the appliance protection. I do wish there was a package deal for all 3. However, I am still happy having the piece of mind that if anything happens I am covered! I feel more protected with Asurion than I do with my current car insurance. Question is when will Asurion offer car and home insurance?
They canceled four times on me, once without even the curtesy of telling me, none told me the day before, always during the time they were supposed to be here.
So as of now, I've lost four half days of work costing me twice as much as the phone was in the first place.
Now the appointment is set for tomorrow. I can't believe the way this company runs things.

I began the online process to set up my new iPhone and ran into a wall when the process didn't recognize my AT&T credentials. I was offloaded to an online technician named Christian. I was highly skeptical and prepped myself for a frustrating experience. Christian professionally guided me through the process by asking pertinent questions needed for the activation. He gave me a few short steps to take and before I knew it my new phone was fully activated, everything imported from iCloud backup and full synchronization with my iPad. Outstanding support

I was able to get online quickly & begin the claim process for my printer. When I encountered a problem, I was quickly directed to the chat line. The person who communicated with me was incredibly helpful, asked me for additional info, verified the coverage & quickly provided the claim approval. Information regarding additional next steps & payment was made within minutes. Very impressed thus far with Asurion.
I've been buying the insurance now for as many years as I've had this particular phone. I've almost felt like I was wasting my money because I was taking extra special care of the phone because it was so pricey, but accidents do sometimes happen this time it dead, and the insurance I kept buying paid off. I'm very very happy that I paid for and Kelsey insurance.
I went to the website and filled out the required information. Within a couple of days, my son's replacement phone arrived. We returned the damaged phone in the box with UPS sticker that was provided to us. My son and his dad then dropped off the return at UPS, and they were given a receipt. We also had the tracking information provided to us by Ascurion on a piece of paper that came with the phone. Overall, this process was smooth and stress-free. Thank-you very much!

I will be the first one to admit that in the past few years I was convinced that customer service had all but disappeared. Today I have learned that it is alive and well and is thriving at Asurion. Like everyone else, I live and breath by my cell phone so when it smacked the ground and the screen shattered my heart sank. Then I remembered that I had purchased the "protection plan" from Asurion with my Amazon purchase. Let me tell you, that was the best money I have ever spent! I have 17 of these plans and I will always buy one when I purchase an item that needs protection. The claim process is super easy because of the Customer Service provided by an amazing staff. This will be the only company I buy protection plans from. This is the company that will take care of you when you need it. I'm a fan for life!
I had some security concerns and it was recommended I contact a security expert. There was a bit of a wait but the expert fixed the problem in just a few minutes. Very happy now.
They said they would send a check for reimbursement on my replacement phone, but they sent a gift card. Ask for the check because I could not be without a phone so obviously I paid for the phone and now have a gift card when I need the money for rent. They have yet to resolve this
