Dropped my phone. No visible damage, but audio started to fail. Qualified for replacement at AT&T store. They started me with asurion. Online process simple. Phone arrived next day. Data transfer took longer. Only complaint, deductible cost ($275), but much cheaper than new phone.
Lost a phone, stop by the closest store so I could call or have them help me get the process started. Nope, manager could not dial 1-800 outgoing call, and then the online, asks to send a link to the phone. Someone has disconnect there, and totally forgot people can loose phones and what happens if the screen is so damaged you can't see it. Totally stupid! Drive home and call, now the representative 1st tells me it will be there that evening. Sweet, I wait, I wait, then check email that the delivery will not happen and they canceled my claim. Called back, filled another claim. Remember cannot do this online. They explained it had to come from a warehouse and would come next day, nope. Wrong again, came the day after.
After having lost several phones or damaging them and then having to not have a phone whilst going to a store and purchasing a new phone. I finally purchased insurance. Asurion makes it very easy to file a claim, track the phone, and send your old phone back. The ease is well worth the cost

I dropped my phone face down and shattered the screen. Well as the story goes, my mom is in a living center in AR and we had an emergency. I had to go. The local Att store in Arlington, found the earliest appointment possible and every one was friendly, helpful and the tech was wonderful. My phone is good as new and I was on the road. Thank you, and thank goodness for insurance plans.
My laptop had a spill, and could not function. Luckily I had the Asurion Home Plus and booked for appointment and took it for repair. Unfortunately I think it was beyond economic repair in a blink of an eye ups was at my door with a package that required signature. Without having an idea of where the package was coming from I opened it and there was a brand new Hp spectre! I Thankyou and I appreciate for the best service! It was fast resolution! Everyone needs Asurion home plus in their life.
I have been waiting 2 weeks for my washer to be fixed. No response to when it will be fixed. Home Depot protection plan with Asurion is a waste of your money. I have been hung up on, not called back, and lied to. I will never buy from Home Depot because of my experience.

They do not honor there warranty. You get a complete run around to get your appliance fixed. I have been waiting 2 weeks and my washer machine is still broke with no resolve.
Broke my phone in the morning on the way to my son's baseball game and had it fixed in an hour and a half that afternoon. The only thing that made me not comfortable is that I was told that I had to provide the password to my phone "for calibration" at drop off. Just allowing a stranger access into everything in my phone for an hour and a half is not comfortable at all on top of the fact that no one pre-warned me about this.
We had a problem with our phone and had Asurion as our insurer through Verizon. Asurion "repaired" the phone. But it wasn't. It was broken. So Asurion then shipped a replacement. Asurion requested a credit card number to guarantee my return of the phone. We returned the phone. A month later, Asurion fraudulently charged my credit card $175. Then I called. The Asurion rep said that the system showed that the phone should have been returned "12/31/1969". She said she knew that was a problem. She also said their system did not show any tracking number let alone a return. I opined that Asurion does this to rip off customers. Spent hours trying to correct this ridiculous scam.
I have their insurance for an Acer Laptop the charger went bad they assured me they would send one out within 5 business days. They never sent it. Back on the phone many promise to call me back not one call back. Continued to call them and was told they would send another one within 5 business days, do you think they did? Nope, the resolution I was given was to buy it myself. What a waste of a company.

Customer service reps were nice but the level of service and their ability to help was very limited by $#*!ty upper management rules and policies. This company is awful, even supervisors in the resolution center couldn't help me. The refurbished phones they send you are awful I had two separate issues on two SEPERATE phones within days. Go elsewhere, this company is awful.
The Asurion technician was awesome. She fixed my phone very fast. She also suggested some applications on my phone that will help my son use it safely. She went above and beyond this type of experience I love she is the best of the best of the best she is the G.O.A.T of my customer experience!
I have used Asurion for several years and protect most of my electronic products with them. I have had several claims and they have always been repaired or paid quickly, without any questions. These have ranged from $20 earbuds to laptop computers.
The staff at you break it, we fix it was very competent. I would use there service again. Asurion was quick to ok my claim. They kept in touch via email to make sure my phone had been fixed to my satisfaction. Overall they fixed the crack in my screen but the main board inside of the phone had played out. I ended up having to exchange my phone. Great company!

I give them five stars which I don't do lightly and there have been times when I haven't gotten the help that I needed, and there have been times when they have tried to help but something on my end was obstructing it, usually my problems get resolved, but it can take a while depending on the communication. But I'll say this, they always come through in an emergency and when it's most important I get somebody with patience, understanding and communication skills, and when it comes down to it those are the times that I remember. I absolutely recommend them!
When AT&T redirected me to Asurion I was highly skeptical and I really didn't want to proceed trying to get my replacement phone because I thought it was going to be a hassle but never the less I was on lunch break and decided to proceed with it. I started the process with 3 minutes remaining until I had to clock back in from lunch break and I was left with a minute to spare after completing the whole process. It was that quick. I had my new device in less than 48 hours. Thank you Asurion.
Jesus was my tech support coach and easily helped me get my new iPhone started! I'm pretty sure he also helped me figure out my AirPods issue a few months back as well; very easy to talk too and was extremely friendly!
My iPhone was lost Oct 22,2023. I reported it 10-23-23 & representative Sophia had a replacement on my door step October 26th. Original iPhone was recovered 10-25-23. I called Representative Tony who gave me helpful instructions on how to return unnecessary replacement iPhone. IPhone returned immediately without a problem. Thanks you

Best technical support EVER! As I tried setting up my "new" iPhone SE from my old iPhone 6S, it seemed to be caught in a limbo of data transfer. Arlington was fantastic! Starting from an unknown point in the setup process, Arlington figured out how to get the new phone setup and data transferred. I went in with a broken screen on my iPhone and they fixed it in under 2 hours. They were very professional and the process was quick and easy. I will bring my other devices to them and highly recommend them to others.
I bought a quartz sink on Amazon today, and was offered a warranty by these people. It said the warranty would cover accidental breakage, so I bought it. But when I looked into the details, I discovered that accidental breakage applies only to electronics like smartphones. The accidental breakage warranty does not include appliances.
It was dishonest of Asurion to specifically tell me breakage was included with my warranty, when it wasn't. For this reason, I will never do business with these people. Obviously they cannot be trusted.
As for reviews on sitejabber, they cannot be trusted either. Do your own research, and you'll discover the truth. Sitejabber exists to make companies look good, not to provide accurate reviews.

Buying extended warranties is typically a waste of money. You are counting on the goodwill of some unknown company, not the manufacturer. You are hoping that unknown company doesn’t go out of business while you need their service. Your credit card won’t refund your purchase later if your warranty doesn’t work.

Sent an item for repair and Asurion, without checking in with me, declared the item unrepairable. I have contacted the manufacturer and they are saying to just send it for repair. This one of my kids favorite toy and they just don't care.
I spoke with several different agents. All of them were very patient and professional. They told me that I made them laugh and made their day better. I told them that I know how it is working with people. Some people are so sensitive even if someone yawns which one agent did.
My son lost his phone. I filed a claim online. It was so fast and easy. Within minutes I was done and now he will have a new phone for a very reasonable price. Best decision I made was to get this insurance.
I'm in tears as I write this. Asurion took all my money out of my account on New Year's Day and left me in the negative. When I called, NO ANSWER. I received a message saying they are enjoying the holiday today which is New Year's. While they are at home enjoying their family dinners, I have nothing to give my kids today for a New Year Dinner. I went through the proper procedures of filing a claim properly and returning the old device back to them after paying the $199 deductible and was still charged. I have to ask family for food today to feed my kids for the New Year because this scamming unethical company took all my money out my bank AND without warning. If something was wrong, at least they could have sent an email or call me but they didn't and took my money y'all on a holiday. I am beyond hurt and broken. God help us all.
