Dropped my phone. No visible damage, but audio started to fail. Qualified for replacement at AT&T store. They started me with asurion. Online process simple. Phone arrived next day. Data transfer took longer. Only complaint, deductible cost ($275), but much cheaper than new phone.
Lost a phone, stop by the closest store so I could call or have them help me get the process started. Nope, manager could not dial 1-800 outgoing call, and then the online, asks to send a link to the phone. Someone has disconnect there, and totally forgot people can loose phones and what happens if the screen is so damaged you can't see it. Totally stupid! Drive home and call, now the representative 1st tells me it will be there that evening. Sweet, I wait, I wait, then check email that the delivery will not happen and they canceled my claim. Called back, filled another claim. Remember cannot do this online. They explained it had to come from a warehouse and would come next day, nope. Wrong again, came the day after.
I had a pair of ear buds which I insured with Asurion. I returned the buds and very easily filed a claim. It was simple and I needed little to no assistance. My refund was processed quickly for my use immediately. I have insured many items over the years and have always received the best service and quickly responses.
You never think it is going to happen to you, but it can. Having your phone compromised is a frightening and disturbing event. I am not computer savvy, but Lawrence with Asurion helped me navigate through this disturbing event.
They made it easy for me to process a claim for a replacement phone. Super easy. With the high cost of phones, having their insurance was great. They shipped my replacement phone within 24 hours. No hassle, no excuses.
From my call to the 800# for service throughout the repair completion, everything was handled perfectly. Communication was excellent and from parts ordered, delivered and service technician completing, we were very satisfied. Recommend.
Easiest and and fastest insurance claim I've ever filed was quick and convenient. Definitely the best experience I've ever had with a company dealing with mobile phones and electronics (usually there hoops to jump through but not with asurion)
I with good faith bought the Asurion home plus plan at the UbreakIfix store after a tech sold me on the wonderful benefits that were a lie. I was promised that if any technology device is broken and I purchase the plan, they will repair or replace the device if they can not fix it. My Ipad Pro 12.9 inch cellular device suffered a screen crack and apparently the frame had been bent thereby making the device unrepairable. As instructed by the manager at the store, I filed a claim and 24 days later I'm told that there will be no replacement afterall but they will only offer me a "Fair Market Buyout/ Reimbursement" of $344!
This is after the $100 deductible and the monthly fee. A complete waste of time, money and good faith!

I bought a product in January of 2022. The product died sad to say. I did a chat with Asurion & everything was handled in a quick conversation. I'm happy that I went with this company for warranty coverage.
I have never dealt with any customer service that is better than Asurion. I had a problem with an iPad, it took a while and I spoke to many people but the problem was solved and every person I talked to did their best to get my problem solved. In the end Lisa solved the problem and even called me back to tell me that the solution was found. I could not be happier with service. Thank you

The Verizon Security Advisor (VSA) was friendly and professional. I like to engage in a friend-like manner. She understood but kept it moving. I made sure she'd have at least one fun story after her shift. I didn't raise a fuss directed at her. I just grimaced and then my head exploded at her first solution. Her second solution made my head hurt less so I was able to find my mind after I lost my mind.
She was pleasant, professional and empowering. She was doing fine. I was the one losing my mind and cringing, crying and crumbling at the amount of work required to deal with a dark web breach.
Promote her and double her salary.
Spent 1 1/2 hours trying to file claim for computer. Online would only take info for phones. Robots would not chat because thier systms were down. Finally found contact number through ask.com. Was told even though i had insurance, they couldnt help me because i didnt know how much i paid for the acer computer. I cancelled remaining 3 years on my policy and will buy another computer, but they would not give me confirmation number that i even called them.
Don't buy. They can change the policy coverages whenever they want and you get stuck paying the premium. They advertise screen replacement, but at their discretion they can say no to the replacement and make you pay the deductible for a phone replacement. They take your money and provide very little coverage.
Take your premium buy a good case and protector.

Our cordless vacuum is 4 years old and not holding a charge any longer. The manufacturer's warranty was for 2 years, so I bought an extended warranty for 3 more years. The rep quickly sent me a shipping label paying for the shipping. Sending the vacuum off today. Simple and quick.

We contacted home depot web sight and was contacted within 24 hours. The repair company called my husband told them what going on they ordered the part came and installed it. Extremely pleased with the company that was sent out. I told everyone how happy I was with Home Depot warranty
Had a scheduled appointment window between 1-5pm and they canceled at 3pm the day of. Apparently, they had technicians that called in. They could have told me when they knew they did not have the man power to fulfill their appointments. I hope you can find someone else who will value your time because Asurion could careless.
Actually the process was excellent. The representative was very informative polite and gave us explanations as the questions we ask perfectly. I would definitely purchase the extra plans through Costco in future. And will definitely recommend to friends and family. This was the first time ever purchasing through this company and will definitely not be the last.
From past experiences with other product insurance in the past, I didn't have high expectations. But, the process was very easy, the responses were very quick and professional. I was absolutely shocked by how easy and professional the process was. I had the gift card to replace my chair that afternoon after sending in one more picture that was requested that morning. (The needed picture was my fault as I forgot to include it the day before. They were very clear in what they needed from me.) I was expecting a hard time, for it to be dragged out, or denied. (I had a bad experience with another product insurance company years ago.) But, instead I was given very prompt responses and professionalism. I purchased the insurance with my replacement chair. I hope I don't need it this time though.
I forgot i signed up for this plan. My Apple laptop got wet and ruined. I let it sit around until i remembered this plan. I called and took it to IBREAK U FIx place as they said. It was toast. After a few weeks i got a brand new apple lap top. It was an ugly bronze color but i was fine. I tried setting it up and it did not work. Took it to apple and they said it was two years old and after sitting in a box for that long it was broken. They said asurion rebuilds computers and they are often crap. Anyway, noone answers the calls, i chat endlessly with call center folks who cant do anything, get promised a follow up and nothing. It is now 3 months plus later and nothing!
Bought a pool pump from Amazon. Got the insurance. Pump failed. Past manufacturer warranty. No phone number to call, manufacturer not listed as a covered company. Had to go to chat. Person typed in broken English. Found my account and said claim was filed. Two days later, nothing. Went online again. Tried to go to chat. No one came on. Went on Facebook. Wrote and got a response on Messenger. Also in broken English. Was told no claim existed. Filed a new one said I would hear within 24 hours. Nothing. Went back on Messenger several times. No response. Called Amazon. They said I would hear within 24 hours. Been two weeks and nothing. Waste of money and time. Rip off. Don't get taken. Amazon is complicent in this.
I had an appointment at my house to get my screen fixed from 11 to 1. The technician called at exactly 11 to verify my appointment and confirm and told me exactly how long until he would be there. He arrived at 11:15 and fixed my screen for me and something inside my phone was being stubborn but he took the time to make sure it was done correctly. He went through all the steps to make sure my phone was working perfectly still. Getting my screen fixed has never been so easier before!
This company is a total fraud, sent me wrong phone, when I sent mine in to them. After months of complaining finally sent me correct phone. NOW, they fraudulently charged me for the original phone falsely claiming they never received it. I sent them a warning letter but, they still charged my card, I am prosecuting them.

Verizon wants you to upload what's on your iPhone over to your iPad was used with this iPhone just 2 months ago I wanted to double check that there wasn't going be a bunch of duplicates that has happened in the past by doing so.
