Dropped my phone. No visible damage, but audio started to fail. Qualified for replacement at AT&T store. They started me with asurion. Online process simple. Phone arrived next day. Data transfer took longer. Only complaint, deductible cost ($275), but much cheaper than new phone.
Lost a phone, stop by the closest store so I could call or have them help me get the process started. Nope, manager could not dial 1-800 outgoing call, and then the online, asks to send a link to the phone. Someone has disconnect there, and totally forgot people can loose phones and what happens if the screen is so damaged you can't see it. Totally stupid! Drive home and call, now the representative 1st tells me it will be there that evening. Sweet, I wait, I wait, then check email that the delivery will not happen and they canceled my claim. Called back, filled another claim. Remember cannot do this online. They explained it had to come from a warehouse and would come next day, nope. Wrong again, came the day after.
Paolo responded to my online request and within 10 minutes he was able to create a claim and get the ball rolling. Great job!
Phone companies should drop them imediately, they dont honor claims, charge an outragious prices for a refurbished phone replacement. Your best bet is to use ur own home or rental insurance to get coverage for your replacement device. They are very rude. And claim to cover things then do the exact opposite happens.
Regrettably a product I purchased at Amazaon failed.

I purchased a dryer from whirlpool warranty ran out but I took out an extended warranty from Home Depot. It took me 3 days to get a technician to come out. I thought I was talking to someone from Home Depot but it was Asurion. The dryer was purchased in 2/19 and Asurion insisted that I provide a sales receipt. I had the paperwork for the dryer and informed this person. She never told me she was representing Asurion and would not approve the claim. I went to Home Depot showed them my paperwork. They got on the phone and set up an appointment for someone to come out. In the meantime Asurion sent another email telling me my claim was denied. I hope I never have to deal with these folks again. Horrible customer service and not helpful at all!
Submitting a claim was quick and easy. I was kept well informed and my issue was solved in 24 hours by an in-home tech. Best part was my protection plan covered the repair a fraction of my previous plan. The tech was on time and worked quickly to resolve the issue.
My laptop stopped working months ago. We completed the claim form and mailed it in. That was August 19th. We are still waiting. We have emailed and called numerous times just to be told they are waiting on a part, or the part they ordered doesn't work so they have to order another one. I was just told 3 days ago that they would contact the other department and email me within 24 - 48 hours... Still waiting!
The technician that came to our home was extremely knowledgeable about our refrigerator and solved a minor problem in minutes. We are very happy with the service technician and his ability to quickly resolve the issue.
I tried several times to get help by calling to speak to representative only to transfered to warranty and being hung up on. Finally I Just completed the online option, which was extremely easy to navigate.

I have had non stop issues trying to replace an Xbox controller! An Xbox Controller! Not some 70 inch expensive TV. I have had claims denied left and right and I'm tired of it. Save your money and do not pay for this service!
It took forever to make a claim, once I finally did they never showed up for the appointment. All I needed was to get my screen fixed, and now they are trying to get me to pay 200 dollars for new phone. Just pay for AppleCare, this company is terrible.
I damaged my iPad that I have only had about a year. I am completely dependent on my iPad for better or worse. But just like my damaged iPhone before, getting a replacement was so so easy! I will never be without this assurance
The new phone was accidentally dropped and cracked the corner of the display. I contacted Asurion in the evening and was easily able to make an appointment for the following day. Brought the phone to the store in the morning, and by mid-afternoon it was fully repaired. Great job, thank you.
I used the chat feature to help with filling out claim form. The help was great and my remedy to my problem was taken care of.

I am 78, with issues and she helped me immensely to set up my refurbished phone
I went into a Verizon store because my phone screen is cracked and I have a green screen. They had me call Asurion from the store. The Asurion rep told me that they would send me another phone for $29. I agreed and put in my credit card info. The next day I noticed that I was charged $229. I called customer service and explained the issue. Asurion would not refund the $200.
While still under warranty our washer started having issues. The techs came and did all they could to fix the issue. It took several attempts due to parts not being in stock but overall our washer was fixed and we couldn't be more pleased with the communication and the techs willingness to assist.
Our washer works as good as new.
ATT was to set up my new iphone! What a joke! Called Asurion and Perry took care of everything! Couldn't be happier! How frustrating to buy a new phone and now have it work! I was told at the ATT store that he wasn't 'tech help'. What the hell are they there for then, just sales?
The reviews on their website is total BS. Apparently there are no locations near me for 40 minutes, and it took 35 minutes for a little nerd to get to me. Once he got here apparently they had all of my information wrong and couldn't fix my screen. Literally had to take off work and I have to take off work AGAIN to get my phone fixed. Don't waist your time with this insurance, just go to iWorx or some other phone restoration place. These people (both the repairperson and the insurance rep) have no idea what they're doing.
Fast service and easy to follow instructions. Had to have my 14ProMax replaced. Got a refurbished 14ProMax as a replacement.

The control box of the heat press I purchased wouldn't work. Thank goodness I got the Asurion extended warranty or I would be very upset at the waste of money. They took done my information from the purchase and purchase number. They handled it all. Very satisfied and the representative was polite and did not keep me on hold forever.
