Dropped my phone. No visible damage, but audio started to fail. Qualified for replacement at AT&T store. They started me with asurion. Online process simple. Phone arrived next day. Data transfer took longer. Only complaint, deductible cost ($275), but much cheaper than new phone.
I received a total of two telephones and neither one I could be heard when talking. I'm pretty certain that I'll be taken care of properly and accordingly.
The tech was awesome. I had my phone screen break and it couldn't be fixed. They replaced it in 24 hours.
The second tech to bring the phone was great, a very genuine person. Just an awesome all around experience this go round.
I had to have my screen replaced and i filed an insurance claim. I set up an appointment with UBreakIFix for Friday morning. The 2 techs that talked to me when I dropped the phone off were very professional and extremely knowledgeable. They explained the process and gave me an estimated time of completion. I was pleased when I recieved my notification an hour early that my phone was ready for pickup.
If any of my family's phones ever need repairs, I will return. It's great to do business with a store that has terrific customer service.
The fon technician was awesome. He had my fon fixed in know time and completed it fast and efficient. He told me 45 min and he was done in half that time. My fon looks brand new. I am so happy and pleased with his performance. He deserves a raise...
My daughters phone was stolen while she was in New York. We live in Florida. I got on the site to report it stolen and the replacement is on its way, and in less than five minutes of filling out the info online. And it took less than 5 minutes to do the whole thing. One of the easiest things I've had ever had to do after having any type of an issue with a cell phone.

I cracked my phone last week and was able to set up an appointment at convenient time. Once I got to my appointment my phone was fixed super quick they even replaced my battery because it was acting slow too. Amazing service
I bought warranty from Assurion for a chair I purchased at Stables. The chair turned out to be very uncomfortable and is giving me a back ache. After spending a hard time submitting my claim, they told me that my chair is under warranty and I should contact the supplier. Why did I buy warranty from them? I expected that they will protect me, but they did not. Terrible company. Do not buy warranty from them, I would not ever do that again. A waste of money. Bad customer support.

I originally paid $29 for a screen replacement through them. Cool. Well that phone stopped working. Couldn't use the touch screen at all. Called them back told me they would send a replacement phone free of charge. Well however when you replace the device you have to send the old one back. In order to do that you have to turn find my iPhone off. I had to do it through iCloud.com considering I couldn't use that phone at all. I've called them multiple times because they are still saying my find my iPhone is on. The fine for that is $300. So again I called and explained that I've turned it off and one tech looked into more and stated they were looking at the wrong iPhone. So before I shipped it out I called to double check and was told it was off. Now that they received the phone they are stating that it's still active. Looks like if they charge me the $300 I'll be disputed and going to court.
I had a keyboard cover on my laptop. Even though that was the case when I accidentally spilled coffee on it; some still got on the keyboard. As a result I lost the keyboard function. Thankfully I have coverage with Asurion. They sent the QR code to ship my laptop. They assessed the situation and ordered the needed parts. My laptop was fixed snd returned to me in a reasonable time. It works fine and i am completely satisfied. I highly recommend Asurion.
I've only had to use your insurance two times and both times Asurion has taken care of me, considering how many policies I have with you guys, only needing to make my second claim in years has built trust between us and I appreciate that, thank you
When I called in my ice maker problem, the woman I talked with went through an amazing number of things to try to resolve the problem. None solved it so a technician was scheduled. I was amazed that it was for just two days later. The technician, Eric, was extremely knowledgeable and was able to fix the problem. He also gave me a number of ideas to try in the future in case I get another problem. I was very impressed and thankful.
I called the customer service many times regarding my TV which was broken and covered by Asurion and after 2 weeks of calling and replying to their emails and completing their complicated forms, they said they would call me back within 2 days but unfortunately no one did and they just ignored me

The agent was very professional and knowledgeable of his job. It was a great experience for me and I was very impressed with it only taken a few minutes to file a claim. I was blown out of the water on how smooth things went. I will tell my friends about this experience.
I just started a new business, my phone was stolen next day I received my new phone. It would have been nice if I could have received my new phone with all my contacts, data, photos & etc pre-installed ready to use.
Now I'm still trying to get my lost information recovered it's been a nightmare trying to reset passwords after using facial recognition.
I went to my ATT store to have the manager help me fill out my claim with Asurion. She let me know when and where I needed to take my device for repair and when I took it, they were exceptional. The claim process was easy and painless.
Replaced cracked phone with refurbished phone. New phone lasted 2 months, stopped working. Took to APPLE they stated water damage and non apple branded parts. Most likely they refurbished a water damaged phone with only new battery. Then Asurion told me sorry out of warranty. So now I have to pay AGAIN for the POS refurbished phone they gave me.

Getting the protection plan is definitely worth it, and I would recommend it highly. I had a golf glove that developed a hole in the palm, and it was 100% covered for replacement, and the process was super easy and fast.

My grandsons phone was unusable. Luckily I had insured it. I put in a repair request and I was able to obtain an appointment that worked perfectly. The technician came to my house, explained everything to me and the repair was done within 15 minutes!
Every encounter I've had with Asurion has been quick, and pleasant, and all my issues resolved with ease on my part. I've never encountered anyone who was not 100% knowledgeable in their business nor have I ever encountered anyone who was not patient and friendly.
The service scheduling wasn't as timely as I would have expected (2+ weeks), but the protection plan was more than worth it - $0 for what would have been a $500 repair/part replacement. Customer service were very friendly on the phone.
1st time to ever make a claim or repair a cell phone. The staff was very helpful, told me what to do regarding a claim. I filed claim with the insurance, within minutes Asurion staff contacted me. I dropped off the iphone, it was repaired within an hour.

I logged into a link provided by Verizon. I got an online agent named Lakeisha. She responded to my inquiry quickly. She was friendly, efficient, and gave me easy-to-understand instructions so that I was able to complete my task easily.
Quick and easy filing claim. I had a iPhone 6 Plus and they replaced with a regular iPhone 11. Would be better if you could get a replacement that is size comparable to what you had, 6 plus had a bigger screen then basic 11. And to be honest, the $125 deductible seems high when I've been paying $8.99 a month for "insurance" on 3-4 phones for 10-12+ years and only having 1 other claim. There just doesn't seem to be any advantage for being a long term client with AT&T. I understand the insurance is from a 2nd party, prob owned by AT&T but don't know for sure, but you'd think being a client since the Alltell days and having AT&T internet you'd get some kind of customer loyalty benefits. Again I understand this is about the insurance experience however I felt the need to express myself!
