Dropped my phone. No visible damage, but audio started to fail. Qualified for replacement at AT&T store. They started me with asurion. Online process simple. Phone arrived next day. Data transfer took longer. Only complaint, deductible cost ($275), but much cheaper than new phone.
I received a total of two telephones and neither one I could be heard when talking. I'm pretty certain that I'll be taken care of properly and accordingly.
I use Asurion whenever it is offered for a prodcut that I buy on Amazon. I have made several claims over the years, and they are always friendly, efficient and provide a satisfactory resolution to the problem. I highly recommend!
1st time to ever make a claim or repair a cell phone. The staff was very helpful, told me what to do regarding a claim. I filed claim with the insurance, within minutes Asurion staff contacted me. I dropped off the iphone, it was repaired within an hour.

I am super happy with how easy it is to collect on your insurance and get a new phone should the unforeseen happen. I am NOT super happy with the battery in the new-to-me phone that I got. It doesn't hold a charge.

I got the number from my local asurion shop where I had my iPad screen fixed a while back. I called then they got back to me and I did what they asked then they wanted more info and now I have to send the watch to someplace else via ups but it's free.
The agent, Miracris, was the best. Filed the claim for me and sent me a shipping label so I could send the Igloo Portable Ice Maker in for repairs at no cost to me and hopefully getting my unit fixed. I could not have asked for this process to have been any easier. Thank you for your competent and professional agents.
My family and I have been with asurian phone replacement insurance for 20 years thru Verizon. Every time one of our phones was lost, broke or damaged they replaced it every time! This latest claim was the easiest ever. Just 5 minutes online and my new Motorola 5Gu phone was in the mail.
Multiple issues with an Acer laptop... we have had to send it in 3 times for the same issue. The last time it came back the repair lasted for 3 days. When it stopped working again I called to send it in for yet another repair, I was suddenly told it was a software issue, conveniently something Asurion doesn't cover. When I questioned what repairs were made and which parts were replaced just the week before (as had been indicated in the texts I had received from Asurion) I was told that actually NO repairs had been made. When I questioned the rude, interrupting service tech she was unable to explain the lies that had been text to me. I asked for another rep who might be able to better explain the situation she rerouted my call to a Home Depot warranty line. This extended warranty has been a complete joke. I love Amazon but I would never again buy another electronic from them if Asurion were the extended warranty option.
Broke the screen on my phone, and the entire experience replacing it was excellent. The authorized repair shop was professional, quick, and informative, my insurance covered the total cost of repair. That was an excellent bonus and a refreshing event that isn't too common in this day and age.

I've had the service for some time now. Today was first time using it. The customer service team was GREAT! They handled me and my issue quickly. Gave me the answers and info I needed very quickly, and treated me very well. I am happy to pay for good customer service. It is nice to see there are still companies out there that understand that. Happy to know these people are there when I need them.

I was recently in New York City and had my phone stolen. I discovered it soon after and within a few minutes my phone was disabled and my claim was being taken. A new phone was shipped in a day and I was up and running again. So sad of the incident but so happy with the result to make me whole!
It is my fault for taking it out of the case, but it was locking up and you had to wait for someone to call or text to have use of the phone. Oh well the last update took care of that problem or the drop did.
I bought a hairdryer that started malfunctioning. I contacted Asurion and their representative filed a claim for me and I am getting a full reimbursement for the product as well as a shipping label to send the product back. It was very easy and straightforward. Thank you!
We have tracked my phone to 4 different locations this evening. Filed a police claim and are not happy to have it gone - that is the worst, we are safe! That's important. More important is the fact that I will have a phone and be up and running in a couple of days.
Viola was my tech support person. She did all she can do in trying to help resolve my phone issues. But my phone needs higher tech support and she gave me that info and instructions on how to contact that support as well. Im happy with my tech coach i had.
I have been in contact with Asurion since August 7th. I have completed all hiring process even passed the training course upon the date they told me a recruiter will be contacting me to start my training. I received email the very next morning saying they was no longer hiring for that position. I have contacted this company once or twice a week and I just completed another interview and now they saying that I'm not a perfect candidate the thing is, I have prior work history even as a supervisor got excellent reviews from all my employers. To my discovery I found others have the exact same problem... do not waste your time with Asurion because they going to play games with you and not offer you an opportunity and then she tried to convince you with another department it's been 2 months. Please do yourself a favor and do not waste your time with this company
We signed up for Asurion protection. Our main reason was to have extensive photo storage and customer service assistance with our computer products. Those services have been excellent. But in addition to this, we had a couple of accidents with iPads. It was such a relief to have Asurion fix these problems and get us up and running again. I highly recommend this service. We are fortunate to have this coverage.
Jesus was a great help. He guided me with easy instructions on how to backup my phone on iCloud. Even when I ran into some issues, he was patient and guided me back on track. I really appreciated how clear and direct his instructions were and how he provided me with multiple options and extra information.
I purchased a laptop in 2018 along with a 4 year protection plan. The laptop is no longer working. I contacted Asurion and chatted with Raymond. He was professional, kind and extremely helpful. He made the claim process a positive experience. I will definitely purchase Asurion protection plans in the future.
I called my service provider and got the number to Asurion. That was quick and pleasant as they always are. Then, I called Asurion and listened to the directions. I then followed the directions and in less than 10 minutes, my claim is processed and my device is on its way. Amazing and super fast. I highly recommend them for warranty purposes and a great service site.
After dropping and shattering the back of an i-phone we called Asurion at 11am Saturday morning filed the claim on the phone with a very efficient customer service rep and at 5pm had a tech rep at our door not only delivering the replacement phone but politely entering out home to set it up and ensure it was working properly. Exceeded expectations!
Taylor stayed in contact with me all through out the day being that I needed to connect to my computer to further resolve my issue. I was ultimately unable to get to my computer before Taylor left for the day but I do appreciate the fact I was never forgotten about and received great customer service.
I was so pleased and surprised upon calling for service of my LG washing machine. I received parts within 48 hours and a service tech was at my house within 5 days. The repair was done and I'm very satisfied..
I cracked the screen on my phone and took it to the store for replacement. The customer service rep let me know that I needed to go to a website and do this myself. The website was very user friendly and directions easy to understand, but the person in the store was doing absolutely nothing so not sure why he couldn't help me.
