Dropped my phone. No visible damage, but audio started to fail. Qualified for replacement at AT&T store. They started me with asurion. Online process simple. Phone arrived next day. Data transfer took longer. Only complaint, deductible cost ($275), but much cheaper than new phone.
I received a total of two telephones and neither one I could be heard when talking. I'm pretty certain that I'll be taken care of properly and accordingly.
My phone screen shattered. I was on a chat with AT&T and they gave me the Asurion link. I went into the link and answered the questions it only took a few minutes. My new phone was on the way. Could not have been easier. Received my new phone in a few days!
Technician was curtious, showed up at our house within the 2 hour time frame, he made contact when he was on his way, showed up on time, did the repair really fast in his van, which was great for us because our dogs bark like crazy when someone they don't know comes in our house! The fact they come to you is super convenient!
My grandson's phone was damaged and I attempted to complete the claim online but it would not complete the process unless the "Find my phone" function was deleted from the phone but it wasn't functional and the instructions for deleting it when damaged did not work. After 4 hours of calling Verizon, Asurion and Apple—finally we got it figured out ourselves as no one knew what to do. Asurion needs to have an override of that "Find My Phone" as this can be done after new phone received. This mess took up time when the phone could have been on its way. Very frustrating and was close to giving up. So hard to talk to a real person who knows something—yikes!
I filed my claim online, and it only took a couple of minutes. I knew exactly what to expect, immediately following filing the claim.
The tech showed up, was professional, and my phone was fixed extremely quickly.
The fact that I had the repair made at my home (the tech fixed my phone in his car) made the whole process efficient for me.

The tech doesn't enter your home. You give them your phone at the door and they fix it in their vehicle.

I filed a claim for a lost phone and the instructions sent with the new phone told me to call a number to activate. With what phone?
I had to call a friend and speak through them. We were on hold for 15 minutes, and the call lasted over an hour before it just dropped. My phone still isn't activated and I've lost over an hour of my life with no resolution. There has to be a better solution than this company. Going to AppleCare.
I cracked the screen on my phone and took it to the store for replacement. The customer service rep let me know that I needed to go to a website and do this myself. The website was very user friendly and directions easy to understand, but the person in the store was doing absolutely nothing so not sure why he couldn't help me.
Everything went so smoothly and quickly. And special thanks to the young lady at the AT &T store in Stuttgart. She made it so easy for me.
I bought the extended warranty from bjs when I purchased my tv. Started having issues with it and asurion sent a technician to my house to try to repair the unit. After finding out that some parts were not available, I was contacted to register to receive a full refund in the amount of the original purchase price minus tax and warranty coverage price.
Make sure you keep your original receipt because I had a plan with another electronic purchase through asurion and even though they had all the information they wouldn't warranty the product.
Filed a claim for my refrigerator almost 10 days ago. They endorse to LG to find a service provider, then LG endorse to Service power and they haven't found a service provider. Now going back to LG to find provider. Basically they passing the ball around and expect me to wait patiently while my grandchildren can't understand why I have no milk to give them.

Not to shop in a place with Asurion selling the warranty.

I made a claim for my phone back in March. They brought me a new phone, but come to find out it was not going to work because it was not sane as my samsung note which has a pen to write and sign contracts. I called back and we agreed I was going to buy the right phone and send the receipt in. They also sent me the envelopes in which ti send both phones back and I was supposed to receive my refund for $1140. I complied with all of the above. Its been 3month still no money and after several frustrating conversations still no solution. Today they gave me a tracking number that was to a FedEx back in April 1st. They are playing games with me. Changing their story every time.
I smashed my phone in the door of my car while trying to hold onto my little wiggly dog. My replacement phone was in my hand the next day! I was so so happy (plus I didn't feel like such an idiot). They did a great job all around. I am very pleased with the service.

Cleesha was very patient and kind! Tonight she was the only tech I needed to talk to who has Thursday when I first called about this issue I talked to four or five different techs! That's unacceptable! Cleesha deserves recognition and a raise!
At first getting my computer registered to be fixed was a bit tricky. The staff was very helpful with helping me find the proper serial and model number. Once that was completed and the lap top was dropped off for repairs. Asurion did the rest. My lap top was not fixable so the replaced it with a much better model. And kept in touch with me with every step along the way. Thank you.
Beware! Be sure you keep your receipt for any returned items to asurion. I'm pretty sure they bank on people not keeping tracking receipts so they can send you a letter saying they're going to charge you since they have not received the damaged item. I received a letter a week after they received the damaged phone (checked USPS) saying they're going to charge me $150 if they don't receive the phone by February 4th. I checked the tracking from the receipt I kept and they received it on January 14th. I called customer service and after being on the phone for quite a while he said "oh yes, we did actually receive the phone you, can ignore the letter." Complete scam!
This was my first phone repair and I had been wondering why I was paying for the maintenance plan. Well the day came that I am so glad that I did. I dropped my phone with a screen protector and still managed to crack the screen. I submitted a repair claim online and was surprised to see they will come to you and the service was great. I hope I don't have to use this service again but feel great knowing it is there.
Submitted my claim but the automatic process misunderstood that my claim was concerning a product I bought in June of 2021 and the system thought it was the same product that I had bought in August of 2022 which would still be under the manufacturer's warranty. So I struggled a bit trying how to contact Asurion then finally found their online chat assistant who was terrific, quick, and efficient. HOWEVER, the online initial process to file your claim is flawed. One of the fields asks to put in the name of the product but it forced you to put in "I don't know or can't find it". Then it didn't allow you anywhere to put in the order number nor the date you bought it so it rejected my claim. It mistakenly assumed I was filing a claim for the same product that I just recently bought. So, Asurion needs to get a new claim program.

The guy called and said he was on his way, was here when he said, got the phone took it to his car fixed it in the amount of time he said. Answered all my question and was very nice and polite. I would recommend this to anyone.
Send in my suny lens for repair took them over 1 month to get back to me when i got it it had dust inside the lens send it back and its been 3 weeks and no one knows where is the lens or the status of it this is by far the worse customer service i have ever deal with, now no lens this is my main lens to work with had to rent 2 lenses while waiting for mines. Please do not buy this service...
Impossible to get information or make a claim. They would not take a claim for warranty on a screen they replaced. Soon after the screen had burn in which they didn't even know what that is. After numerous phone calls they told me I'd have ti oay 150$ to get a refurb galaxy 8, which is basically what they go for anyway. This after I'd paid them well over 300$ over 2 years.
Summary: Crappy service, and you're getting ripped off.
Paperwork needed to fill out to correct the issue was good. However, if a mistake is made you don't advise the customer of the issue you just reject the claim. I had to call to check up on my claim and then I found out I had a issue the date was entered wrong? A simple phone call and a over the phone call could have fix this issue quickly. It took a few extra days to get this claim rolling once it was corrected and moving everything went along very well, thank you it was well worth the money spent.
I accidentally cracked the screen on my son's phone and felt awful. I filed the claim with ATT and within 30 minutes got a call from an Asurion business in my area. I was able to take the phone in within hours and the screen was fixed the same day! It looked good as new, and I was off the hook!
It is not clear how to print a certificate for your coverage. The process of printing out a certificate when you purchase something from Amazon is not made clear. I had to spend over 45 minutes with an agent who resolve the issue. It should be made clear when you receive the email that you have to register the product before you can go to certificate. On the Amazon side and only tells you that you're going to get an email. I was assuming that you would get an email with the link to the certificate. Anyone who buys this coverage from Amazon needs to know that this is the process.
The help I received to transfer all info from old phone to new phone was excellent. The wait time was under 5 minutes to start the chat. She was very professional and stayed on the line with me until it was completed.
