Dropped my phone. No visible damage, but audio started to fail. Qualified for replacement at AT&T store. They started me with asurion. Online process simple. Phone arrived next day. Data transfer took longer. Only complaint, deductible cost ($275), but much cheaper than new phone.
I received a total of two telephones and neither one I could be heard when talking. I'm pretty certain that I'll be taken care of properly and accordingly.
I had to do an online Chat to get my phone activated because I was clueless.
Brian helped me and he did a great job. He was patient and explained things to me.

Best tech support experience I've ever received. Kelsye was a real person, who spoke real English, and didn't use a script, but responded intelligently and walked me through many steps and solutions. I felt like I was talking to a friend! She was very knowledgeable and although we couldn't solve my issue immediately (not her fault, but my computer hardware), she gave me suggestions of what to buy to help solve my problem. 10 stars!
Ultimate value! It was awesome to have my laptop taken care of with a home plan. I highly recommend it. I believe I'd still get the coverage if it was 50 a month. The value and peace of mind is awesome
I've had a very positive experience with this service. The lady and then gentleman on the phone was very helpful and patient and it was a pretty quick process. Our laptop was fixed and returned in a short period of time.
The service was great as the technician came to my house and fixed my phone while he was sitting in his vehicle. He was friendly, courteous and called to confirm he was on his way. Due to the location the option for at home repair was a nice touch. It is nice that the service fee is able to be charged to phone bill.
Good phone service but worst insurance company for phone service, will take your money asap but cam hardly get back when they say "will give exact same model or better" but when you get a lower model you can't get refund

I purchased the warranty when I purchased the item from $#*!'s Sporting Goods. When I needed to file the claim, my receipt was already stored and the process was so easy! I received a gift card to purchase the same or similar product within one day. Thank you for making this process hassle free!
The Assurion technicians did an excellent job repairing My Samsung 82" QLED TV, which they made it like a brand new TV. I love it. Because they did, unexpectedly, something great for me. The Samsung TV is working perfectly. I really appreciated it. I'll recommend any one, friends, relatives, or even strangers to trust the Assurion with their appliances.It was a great experience for me; so you out there to have the same experiences that I had. You can believe me. Because you won't regret it. This is real!
For 4.5 years i paid 18$ a month and my phone cracked on both sides and bc the back was cracked they wont fix it and told me i had to get a new phone at a 315$ deductible. So the 950$ i paid over the last 4.5 year is pointless. This company is a bigger joke than the 2021 presidency lmao
The battery in my son's phone would not hold a charge. Took it to Att, and they checked the battery said it was within the percent that requied a new battery. I've been paying Asurion $15 a month for over 2 years, and I have free replacement batteries. Took it to their authorized repair place. They check it and say the same thing. They have batteries in stock. File a claim with Asurion. They say I can only get a new phone and pay a deductible of $200 because authorized repair place does not have the part. After 3 hours on the phone going around and around, they refuse to honor my plan put a new battery in. Then they hung up.
I'm not 100% certain Ashley was a real person, but if she was some kind of AI, she was GENIUS AI. It absolutely felt like I was chatting with a live person, and I felt well cared for. She was able to solve my problem and didn't make me feel foolish. (The issue was my own doing.) I would absolutely use this service again!
People in store were great wish I didn't have to go through this BS for replacement. Then I get to return the old one another BS hastle. Experience was not good. To much BS in the world without having to deal with this over the phone. I'm not sure I will stay with cricket at this point. May be changing to another service soon.

I was handing my grandson his tablet and it dropped, so I did a claim online and less than 3 minutes everything was done, shipping label and all. All I have to do is send the table back and they are reimbursing me what I paid for it.
I bought the Asurion policy because the first vacuum I bought quit working after 8 months. My vacuum was refunded immediately once I contacted Asurion. They mailed me a check which I received within 5 days.
I was told when I bought the policy that I just had to call for service but they make it very difficult. I told them my washer wasn't draining properly. I told them the brand and the model but they said I had to have the serial number which I cannot get because i am an older woman living alone and cannot pull the washer out. Their whole system is very complicated. Why can't I just call them to come out? Then I said, Just cancel my policy and I can't seem to navigate that either. I use a computer fairly often but I believe they make it intentionally difficult so you can just keep paying for nothing.

I had purchased a protection plan for my Mothers tablet. With in months I needed to file a claim due to a cracked screen. My claim was easy to file and only took minutes to do so. Hoover was an incredibly awesome representative.
This is the first time I've had someone work with me that didn't make me feel like I was not able to communicate or needed to get someone to help me get through it. The other thing is that I didn't have to pay through the nose for advice. I feel good instead of angry, the bottom line is the tv's
Broke and I didn't do it.
Our tv lost a picture; a Direct TV technician came and could not fix the issue. He helped us in the process of filing a claim, and the repair service promptly notified us. After determining it was not reasonable to fix the tv due to the cost of the parts, Direct TV sent us a choice of replacement tvs. We ordered one, and it was delivered in a week. It immediately hooked up to our Direct TV remote and within 30 minutes the new tv was in action. We are very glad we had insurance coverage with Direct tv.
I've purchased many electronic devices on Amazon. And I've purchased their product plans as well. Asurion has taken care of me very well when my electronic devices have failed. They have always been kind and helpful.

I called 4 times to to just get a battery replacement and each time, they've only sent me a phone but no battery. Each time, they promised that by the next day, I would have a battery. 4 tries and still no luck. Just a bunch of liars. 0/5 stars.
Tip for consumers:
They promise you one thing then lie. 4 times in a row.

This insurance is worth every penny. It is my first point of call when I have damaged electronics, laptops or phones. So far I have saved on some very costly repairs to my family's macbooks. If you have electronics and kids I suggest you invest in this plan.
