Dropped my phone. No visible damage, but audio started to fail. Qualified for replacement at AT&T store. They started me with asurion. Online process simple. Phone arrived next day. Data transfer took longer. Only complaint, deductible cost ($275), but much cheaper than new phone.

The personal that helps is great. But the service is a scam, I've pay monthly for over 2 years, on top I have to pay a high deductible. When I receive the phone is a used, restored phone. Do not recommend the service at all!

When my printer died after 1.5 years, I figured it would be a hassle to file a claim. To my surprise, I went to the Asurion website and within five minutes I filed the claim, received a pre-paid shipping label and was told I would be reimbursed for the entire cost of my printer. When I went to Staples to get a new printer, they told me I could bring my old one with the shipping label and they would pack it and send it back for me (plus they gave me a $10 coupon.) I highly recommend and got the protection plan again for my new printer.

I used them for a cricket phone claim and they sent me a phone that kept being reported as lost and stolen. Cricket said it was reported stolen in January and I had the phone replaced in October! What the F***. They are passing off stolen phones do not trust them!

I had an issue with our tv. I called asurion and I was met with a receptive and helpful individual. The tv had to be checked by a service technician and parts ordered which took a little time but that's understandable. The tv is now working properly and Asurion is the reason.

This company is a horrible insurance company. I've been put through so much with them as to being transferred back and forth to AT&T and asurion. I've been hung up on and treated like and idiot. They say that they have no contact with AT&T and yet they have contact with AT&T for there affidavit that they need me to sign. This company is so unprofessional and unorganized. They don't listen 2 costumes and hang up on them. This ain't no insurance company. This is a unprofessional company.

Many times over the years I've bought the protection program but never needed to use it, but boy am I thankful I did this time. The first time I used the HP OJ Pro 9025 it broke. The protection plan person was wonderful in handling the situation and getting me the label for returning the product. I hope the rest of the process is as easy and stress free.

I experience a major setback with my notary business after my all-in-one printer stopped work 4 days after my manufactures' warranty expired. After going back and forth with them and spending more money on warranty extension to still not get the issue resolved. I decided to go to my receipt and call my Warranty that I purchased through Staples. (It is very important to purchase the store warranty and to get registered.) Within 5 minutes my issue was resolved. This is what customer service looks like and what it feels like when done with the customer in mind. I will continue to shop with Staples…. I can't say the same about the product brand I purchased.

Great personnel to deal with / I get and extended warranty for almost all products I purchase and Asurion has always been an excellent organization when it comes to claims - they have always been professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. I will not deal with any other organization when it comes to extended warranties.

Asurion is a total rip-off. My iPhone was malfunctioning and Asurion had me reset everything on my phone to see if that would fix the problem. It didn't - I called again. They didn't have record of the conversation so I had to reset again. Didn't fix the problem. They said they would send a refurbished phone. Then I was to send them mine. If they determined mine had been dropped or exposed to water, I would be charged $300-$500. No way was I sending my phone to them. They could claim anything and I would have no recourse. Do not use these people. Verizon needs to drop them.

Asurionhome plus filed 1 claim denied because they said it was used commercial. Then filed another claim denied did not say why but sent form to fill out so they could review in person. I told them that they must deny all claims. So canceled asurionhome plus. Should have known better

This was the first time I ever had to use a protection plan on one of my appliances. I am so glad I invested in the protection plan on my dishwasher. Asurion took my information on the problem and handled it from there. Fast, knowledgeable and respectable service. I will make sure I get Home Depot's protection plan on all my appliances going forward. And I will recommend to all my family and friends to invest in the protection plan.

I am on a family plan through Verizon. I cracked my phone over a montj ago and filed a claim with Asurion. They scheduled a repair time. They cancelled due to forgetting my appointment and then scheduled again. They then cancelled again and said it was due to the Delta variant. Asurion told me they would send a replaceable phone. They sent me the wrong phone. I called and they refused to accept they sent me the wrong phone. They took $29.00 out of my account and told me to send it back. I sent it back over two weeks ago. They have hung up on me multiple times, kept me on the phone for 2 hours and still did not rectify their mistakes. I suggest not getting insurance and paying for a phone repair with a private business.

I really was stressing after I had purchased pro coverage in a guitar center the day I went to use it they gave me a paper and a number to call. And that's when the stress of is this going to get replaced kicked in.
I got the blessing of being served by Juan Carlos and he guided me step by step and in less then 6 minutes my claim was done.
Keep in mind I had to drive to guitar center and they couldn't help at all so to be taken cared off in a instrument claim was a blessing.

Terrible customer service. Phone was broken on 23rd. I filed a claim and promised next day delivery of my phone. Today is the 27th and was told I should get it tomorrow. I'm Not going to hold my breathe.

Asurion tries to give you the run-around long enough you'll go buy a new phone.

If I could give asurion, a minus 100 stars I would. Placed my claim Jan 27. Checked tracking on Jan 28, package delivered. Delivered to Kansas City, MO! I'm In NC. Called them on the 28th let them know. Today is Feb. 19 and I still have a broken phone. Funny how it can get to the wrong address in one day and it takes 21+ days to get to the right address. I was treated so poorly by people there, I refused to talk to them any more. Had to get Sprint involved. At this exact time, I STILL HAVE NO ANYTHING from asurion.
