Dropped my phone. No visible damage, but audio started to fail. Qualified for replacement at AT&T store. They started me with asurion. Online process simple. Phone arrived next day. Data transfer took longer. Only complaint, deductible cost ($275), but much cheaper than new phone.
I received a total of two telephones and neither one I could be heard when talking. I'm pretty certain that I'll be taken care of properly and accordingly.
Extremely disappointed. Spent an hour and a half on the phone with them to file a claim for an iPhone 10 that wouldn't turn on, received an email with a claim number and a receipt, and was waiting for a phone to be delivered the next day by 8 pm. The "certified like new" phone never arrived and when I called to track the status, they informed me they didn't have any current claims open for me. I spent an hour and a half on the phone with a customer service rep who I could barely hear and when I called back today, they disconnected me when transferring and hung up on me 3 times. I've paid $50 a month for 17 years and when you need insurance for your phone, they do not help you. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone, it is not worth the money, headache, or hassle.
Once I figured out where to go to file my claim. It was fairly easy to get to chat with a representative. She was very informative and quickly answered all my question and was able to get me what I needed.
Filed a service claim via Chat. Cameron assisted with the claim. He was clear, responsive and stayed in contact with me throughout the process. He was able to submit a claim within a timely manner. Cameron is a 5 star customer service representative!
They won't everything down so I can get my phone protected and that help me a lot also telling me about home protect we can get they well care it good to no people out ther won't to help people saft
What a great experience! I was greeted by a friendly employee who was witty, helpful, and intuitive. He told me 40 minutes, and he was right! My phone's screen was replaced and all is right in my world again.

I know it doesn't always work out this way, but my replacement was a bit of an upgrade for a $75 deductable. I was surprised about that and sincerely appreciate it. I did not even want to know "why" the Xs max was going to be my replacement for my 7 plus. So happy to be able to purchase a cordless charger soon!

I purchased a treadmill from Amazon and with the extra Asurion coverage. Unfortunately, the treadmill did not last however, the Asurion coverage reimbursed the cost of the failed treadmill. Customer service at Asurion was user friendly and efficient! I highly recommend using their services.
So i had Asurion come to my work and replace mildly damaged screen on my Note 8. Which was not that bad but i figured for 29. Why not. The tech cracked the whole back of my phone wile putting it in the vise. Wouldn't replace the screen after he cracked the back! So now they are sending me a reconditioned note 8 and charged me 29!
So i started out with a new note 8 with a mild crack in the corner (5% of the screen) and a perfect phone that I spent 800 on and new the history of. Now i am getting who knows what. A second hand note 8 when they ruined my phone! I will never use there service again and would not recommend them at all. Truly a sad situation and my hands are tied. You are left with no other choice from there incompetent techs but to replace your new phone with someone's used refurbishing junk!
Asurion made everything easy from the first call. I called the number gave a pleasant employee the information - a prompt call from Dion as promised -he arived on time - knew exactly what was wrong & fixed it. Dion also went above & beyond with prenentative measures that we could have taken. It was a great experience
Years paying insurance for my phone and when I needed they did not help. I lost my phone, they charged for a new one immediately, saying my new phone will come the same day. What a liar. Im calling to ask for my phone and they said "The expert" who was bringing the phone had an emergency. I wanted to reschedule to get my phone and the lady said that is too soon to reschedule, that I must call the next day. I dont have a phone now :(
First -- The format for filing the claim was effortless. Second - I could work at the same time my claim was being processed. Third -- After describing what the failure to my device was -- what I had done to try and repair the device using manufacturer instructions and making a statement that I did not missuse the product -- the claim was approved. I am now waiting for an email to confirm the process. I wanted Asurion to know -- repairing the item would be satisfactory -- but they opted to refund my purchase. I have bought another one -- and I insured it with Asurion. This is a five star service.
The technician was very polite, explained everything and tried to determine what was causing the microwave noise. He was exceptionally professional and demonstrated great mannerisms. He seemed to be a great asset to your company. He seemed very interested in helping his peers also.
Definitely recommend using this service. The screen repair representative comes to your home and fixes the screen in your driveway. Very confident. The representative was extremely professional and friendly. I will definitely be using this service again.
I was so prepared for it to be a huge run around. It was a run around when I kept trying to get a human on the phone to help me. When I finally gave it up and filled out the stuff on line, it was super easy and I got it all done in 10 min or less.
Called because my phone was malfunctioning! I was offered a replacement for a very small deductible! I was sent a replacement the next day, it was a refurbished phone not a brand new phone...
I thought I was going to get a new phone but that's ok!
I have paid for insurance on my phone via AT&T with Asurion for several years. My phone was stolen, and Asurion's service was terrible. It would be better to just go directly to the phone company and buy a new phone. Asurion charges a $200 deductible, in all cases, once I got my phone they seemed perplexed that I couldn't receive a PIN to activate the phone to my phone. Have they not contemplated a use case where the user doesn't have a working phone since they are providing insurance and users like have lost, stolen, or broken phones?
Massive waste. I will cancel as soon as I figure out how to activate the garbage replacement phone they sent me.

So glad I paid $20 for a 3 year insurance plan for my son's gaming chair. He uses it every day, so 2 years later when the main spring broke, causing a giant hump on the seat, it was quite uncomfortable to sit on. Called Asurion, uploaded a few pics along with the receipt, and had my check the next week for the full amount. Will definitaly take insurance on the next chair with them:-)
The agreement with the phone to be fixed n to get it back n 3 days was amazing. They did a great job fixing the glass screen. I would recommend to all my friends to AT&T
I had a very pleasant chat experience with Gina to fix an issue with my newly activated phone. On my own I had spent several hours researching and trying to fix it, but couldn't. So I start the support chat and within 10 minutes it's fixed! Amazing!
I called assurion and they scheduled a tech to come to my house within the next day. The tech Brayden sent a text message with greetings and made everything so smoothly and accommodating. He came even sooner than expected and did the repair very fast. I will be using them for any repairs
ASURION stayed right with me, giving me directions to try and get my internet connection back. They were patient, and kept giving me different options to try and get my internet connection working properly again. I'm very grateful for the help extended to resolve this issue.
Our oven went out on Christmas Day. We made an inquiry by internet and were sent a phone number to call. Once we called the number, the man came to repair the oven the next day. We were very pleased with the service and the repair.
I bought 2 new phones sent both back and they are charging me for 1 phone that supposedly didn't get returned I mailed both phones back at the same time how can they get 1 phone and not the other when mailed on the same day
