Dropped my phone. No visible damage, but audio started to fail. Qualified for replacement at AT&T store. They started me with asurion. Online process simple. Phone arrived next day. Data transfer took longer. Only complaint, deductible cost ($275), but much cheaper than new phone.
I received a total of two telephones and neither one I could be heard when talking. I'm pretty certain that I'll be taken care of properly and accordingly.
Son's phone, who is away at school, was damaged. Thought I was going to be able to get it fixed with the claim. It was not fixable and had to be replaced. Process was super easy, everything was explained well, and new phone received within a day.
I Phoned to enquire about my extended warranty from Costco, on my 65 inch LG television. The lady that took my call was both patient and courteous with me. She made me feel so good about having bought the extended warranty. I was also not as well prepared as I could and should have been, complicating matters further. She even registered my warranty for this and another LG 50 inch TV that was also purchased at Costco, I had purchased for my daughter. I thought I had registered both with Asurian but must have made an error when doing so, as both were not in the data base. This lady had me get the receipts for both and together we got the job done. I had the TV repaired within a week once this was done. Thanks so much. Well worth the additional cost.
Jr was not helpful at all. I was told all I need to do was call you comp and you would help reactivate my tablet.well I guess you need to educate your staff on either how to deal with business accounts..
I drive an 18 wheeler. My screen broke on my cell. I called for a claim. Gave them my next stop location. And in the next morning the tech came and repaired my screen. And then off I was back on the road.
It was fast and easy! Old phone was checked out. Called through the claim process and got a replacement phone the next day! All people talked to were most caring, careful and complete.
I've been having issues with my TV not connecting to wifi for a long time. Recently I stumbled upon the warranty that was purchased when buying the TV and it luckily hadn't expired yet. The representative that assisted me in making a claim was very pleasant and helpful. We quickly setup a claim and connected me with a local service company. I also had a great experience with the service company and my issue was easily and quickly resolved. All of which was covered under the protection plan. I am happy with my experience!

Staples said a data transfer would cost 200 dollars. Went next door to asurion who sold me a membership to asurion home for 25 a month, which included free data transfer. No brainer. Got extra help for far less cost.

I had a problem with my 1 year old Vizio Smart TV. I purchased the Asurion warranty with the original purchase and contacted Asurion. They quickly verified the 1 1/2 year old purchase, verified the information and issued a refund for the claim. The Agent was extremely polite and helpful. It was a very professional and easy experience. I would highly recommend them. It was well worth the purchase price.
It's very hard to describe when you call for help and unable to describe the problem and the person who answers makes you feel they were there just for you. I wish I could thank them personally for making it so easy to understand the instructions and anawers given, thank you so much, that's what I call awesome service.
These guys did a great job, but I had to provide all the records of original product purchase as well as the extended warranty. Having all your records along with the help of Amazon purchase history, they did honor the extended warranty!
From start to finish the repair process was great. The phone representative was able to accommodate my requested repair location in minutes. The order was transferred and at the service location the technician repaired my device in record timing. Overall "great" experience.

Arranging for a repair person to come to our home to repair our GE washer was relatively easy. I was given a date and time period for the repair, and the technician arrived a bit earlier than expected. She was able to diagnose the problem in just a few minutes and fixed it. Fortunately, no parts were required and the repair was completed quickly. I was quite satisfied with the service.
I work on my MacBook at least 8 hours a day if not more, and one day I opened it to find a tiny crack at the top of the screen. That one crack caused my screen to go completely black, and I was lost without it. I took it to Apple the same day, and they quoted me $700 to replace the screen! I tried a computer repair shop next and was quoted $500! Thank God I remembered having a warranty with Verizon that would cover any electronics in my home. It saved me! I filed my claim, paid $99, took it into UPS and they replaced my screen! I had my laptop back within a few days & was so happy with the experience! I wish I would've gone straight to Asurion from the beginning and saved myself some heartache!
It was quite pleasant and the phone rep was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. It took very little time for the installation and she had all the right answers to the questions that I asked. If I call again hopefully I will be able to speak with Raveen to work out any problems that I should have.
They take your money and dont want to provide the service and as a #VERIZON customer this should be top notch! Filed a claim back in feb paid 60$ to have 2 phones repaired, not only did the repairman not show up for one phone but for 2! Covid hit phone gets worse over time... then they want to turn around and charge a deductible! I DONT THINK SO!
When I filed my claim online, I was instructed to use the chat feature with a representative. After a few quick questions, the claim to replace the batting gloves was completed! Quick, easy and efficient!
I could not find the tools I needed to make changes to my account, the chat support team was immediate, professional, knowledgeable, patient and kind. I was able to solve my issue quickly and completely!
I bought a new HP all-in-one in July but just now got around to registering my product for the additional protection and tech support I purchased on October 1st, I found the registration process incredibly easy. I contacted Asurion via chat to make sure my receipt and contact info was properly uploaded. An advisor named Pio replied to me immediately and answered all my questions regarding my successful registration. So far I'm very impressed with the Asurion/Staples protection. I hope I never need it for tech support, but if I do, I am optimistic I will be provided with excellent customer service!
Had to wait 45 mins on the phone for someone to get on the phone. The insurance in a joke! We are moving our insurance to apple care. They did not have the right information! I am disgusted with the second party insurance companies.
I had Raymond(I think my spelling of his name my be incorrect) helping me with my claim, I had several questions and needed extra help with my fee. He answered all my questions with patience and kindness, got me the help I needed. Seriously one of the best customer service experiences I've ever had!

Ronaldo helped me file a claim for my sons phone. I didn't have access to the IMEI number and he helped me through the whole process in contacting Apple to retrieve it. He waited patiently on the line while I got all the info he needed to process the claim! Wonderful customer service! Would highly recommend!
