Dropped my phone. No visible damage, but audio started to fail. Qualified for replacement at AT&T store. They started me with asurion. Online process simple. Phone arrived next day. Data transfer took longer. Only complaint, deductible cost ($275), but much cheaper than new phone.
I received a total of two telephones and neither one I could be heard when talking. I'm pretty certain that I'll be taken care of properly and accordingly.
I was all set to get comfortable in my chair and go thru the agonizing hour plus of troubleshooting with no end in sight.
Surprisingly it was not like that at all. Monica was super helpful, super easy to work with and best of all fixed my problem! I wouldn't dread contacting someone if I knew it was going to be that easy!
It was great. Very helpful. I ended up switching to AppleCare because I didn't need as many perks as I did before. But it was still nice to have peace of mind with Asurion while I had it.
Awful. You replaced my lost Galaxy S21 Ultra 5g with a reconditioned one. An it is a real POS. I know why the original owner turned it in to place of purchase. There are just too many things wrong with the phone. The touch screen has a mind of its own, the camera is like an old model, just awful pics, cloudy, fuzzy, lens cover is clean. Asurion duped me with a lesser phone that should have never been recertified. I Paid top dollar for the lost phone and paid my bill on time every time. I would recommend another insurance Company.

I had my smartwatch stolen and everyone was very helpful and understanding as well as comforting. I felt very at ease because I was extremely upset because I would be paying on something in someone else's possession. The agents were quick to assist me and put me on the correct path to getting a replacement. As a Disabled Iraqi War Veteran I am thankful for the great service I received from your agents.
Putting in the claims on my sons devices today seemed super easy so kudos to that process. However I don't understand what the monthly multiple line coverage actually offers as a benefit if I'm paying $360 today for replacement devices. Seems like the deductibles on the phones that I'm replacing shouldn't be as expensive as the replacement device I just got for my youngest. Ouch!

I had an appointment with Tech from 2-4, he did not show up or call!
Very unreliable compny!

I called Verizon and they had no idea about the asourian schedule!
They transferred me to the representative for Ashourin, the representative on the phone is so careless, very incompetent, useless!
I am not sure if he is high or doing something while keeping the customers on hold!
Once every 10 minutes he comes back and say, "I'm still here".
Don't waste your time and money with this COMPANY!

I just waited to tell the looser representative that I'm leaving him review but he doesn't even take time to talk.
Trying to get warranty coverage of an older Google Pixel 2XL phone with LCD screen failure, no damage. The only option offered - and only through their AI, since they have no humans accessible in what their message calls 'this critical time' is a replacement for $229. Apparently, their deductible numbers are fluid, and vary depending on the phone, age of the device and type of damage. Nothing of this is detailed in their agreement. A quick scan of online options reveals I can buy the same device, NEW for $199. For $50 per month, I expect premium service, not this crap. I will cancel immediately and insure my devices through AKKO or through the manufacturers. And try as I might, for a week now, I have no access to any human that works for Asurion.
Tip for consumers:
Do not fall for the convenience of insuring through Verizon. When time comes to use insurance, there may be no coverage.

As always verizon has great customrt service. That is the ONly reason, though just about every other company in the entire country is cheaper, that I have stayed with the company for 15+ years. Not happy that I need to find a Starbucks for their wifi to set uo my new phone, though
I'm not sending back my old device and expect a full refund. Yesterday was the worse experience of my life. You Addition not only sent me a phone that was suspended and was able to be fully activated, but also kept me on the phone for 45 min first call that got disconnected by you to a 4 hour call 5 different people to tell me that they couldn't help me in any other way except to send me another phone. However, today I'm flighting out internationally with a broken phone because my dad passed away. You Assurion is the worse experience I have ever had. At this time I have placed in the mail your ridiculous phone that doesn't work and expect my full refund back. You found away to double the timing.

My experience wasn't good communicating with the customer service representative is hard. I keep getting placed on hold and asked the same questions. Asurion needs to work on improving their customer service experience for the customers.

I received my replacement phone and couldn't get it working and was frustrated that I'd have to sit on hold or in a chat waiting room... I started the chat and within minutes my phone was up and running with all of my apps and my contacts! I'm grateful!
I contacted sunbeam Sept 1st about my replacement blanket that's still under their warranty. It's now Oct 12th and they just send emails back and forth with no resolution then says they are going to cancel my claim if they don't hear from me. Excuse me I've been doing this for 6 weeks. Long story short, Ricky from asurion did my claim for me even though it's not their warranty time yet. Definitely a great experience only took me 10 minutescompared to sunbeams unresolved6 weeks. I bought their plan at Walmart, who by the way will bo NOTHING to help deal with them. I bought a TV. It broke after 2 years. Asurion spent 4 weeks trying to frustrate me with no responses and a home visit. Finally after fighting with them, they offered me a 50" $200 piece of crap. They are criminals who do everything to frustrate you then do not pay off. DO NOT BUY THIS SCAM.
The experience was very helpful. Step by step plan helped alot. I still had to chat with tech support. I had to wait quite a while for tech support but was well worth it. I would of never been able to figure out what to do without the help.
WE purchased 2 MSI laptops through Amazon and both crapped out. MSI said they were out of warranty and Asurion tried repairing both but then ended up refunding us the full amount of them. They were easy to deal with and handled the issues quickly.
I reached out due to a LotFancy Toddler tent that I purchased as a birthday gift. The tent seams were not stitched well and separated making the tent unusable. The lights also did not work that came with tent due to broken wires. I filed my claim while also reaching out to seller for resolution. The seller did not offer much resolution to my issues only offering a $5.00 partial refund for my issues. Asurion quickly responded to my claim and solved the issue promptly by sending a E gift card within 24 hours. It was greatly appreciated for the acknowledgement of my issue and the quick resolution offered. I may now purchase another gift in replacement of the faulty tent.
Never had a problem getting help. Very quick and extremely honest. You get more than a great insurance but great customer service. I will always buy this insurance. I reccomend it to everyone. Thank you for your great service.
Done was patient, knowledgeable and an extremely dedicated professional. I was lost and he helped make this knowledge journey be a lot less fearful. Lots of people are intimidated about dealing with computer and printer problems. He worked with me on two different problems (Saturday - a printer issue and Sunday - getting my email and fax to work.) Switching from Windows 10 to Windows 11 created a lot problems.

At 2:30am, I was laying there, trying to sleep, and as I rolled over I accidentally knocked my phone off the bed. My phone fell on the hard tile floor. I picked it up and realized my screen was broken and my phone was acting nuts. I opened my ATT app, found the warranty info and filled out a claim. It took around 7 minutes to complete. I was back in bed and sleeping within 30 minutes! It was super easy and I would recommend this process to anyone!

Had issues putting digital secure on my laptop from Verizon and the representative from Assurion went to extremes to help me get this done before he disconnected from our call. He made sure I was protected on my laptop.
From start to finish the process was super easy. Let them know what happened on the claim site, got offered to bring it into a local uBreakiFix and have it repaired. Couldn't repair it so they replaced it with a much newer model. Macbook Pro 2010 to Macbook Air 2022, wish I would have gotten a Pro but I'm not going to complain about getting a $1,000 Macbook for $100. Really great program if you have a lot of tech like I do.

If I could I would give a - star. This company is a big scam. It's been 4 weeks since my claim for a tv and no resolution by anyone at the company. They contract with 3rd rate repair people who have no professionalism nor manners on how to treat customers. Asurion is the worst experience I've ever had and still fighting on the Matter. Stay away. They will take advantage of you cuz they will have more control and you will be helpless. Stay away not worth it
My i7 Roomba has been malfunctioning for quite some time. Troubleshooting steps nor factory reset helped so I decided to file a claim.
All was done through the chat and Jayson, who helped me, did a great job. I have a shipping label on the way and repairs will be done free of charge as well as the return shipping back to me. All estimated to take 10 days or less. Very satisfied thus far with my experience.
