Dropped my phone. No visible damage, but audio started to fail. Qualified for replacement at AT&T store. They started me with asurion. Online process simple. Phone arrived next day. Data transfer took longer. Only complaint, deductible cost ($275), but much cheaper than new phone.
I received a total of two telephones and neither one I could be heard when talking. I'm pretty certain that I'll be taken care of properly and accordingly.

I have been trying to get my laptop repaired since the beginning of March and it is now the second week of May. It took them several weeks to repair a hinge on my laptop. When I picked it up, I was not told that the camera may need replaced. I had been trying to turn the camera on since I picked it up. I had to go to staples for them to tell me it may have not been plugged back in on repair. When I kept getting hung up on at the store I had it repaired I called another store and they told me that there was a note in my account to tell me that the camera (that was working fine when I took it in) may need replaced, I was told nothing. Do they not check their own work? Contant run around and road block every time and everyone I contact.

Called to file a claim on my phone, it's Friday 9:30pm, got the recording, they are closed till Monday. But they'll send me a text to go online to get it done. Bummer I hate doing things on line, I'm just not good at it. But, oh well, it's better than waiting till Monday, so I'll give it a go, not really expecting to get thru the process. Well, I was very pleasantly surprised, it really was a breeze & I'm getting a replacement phone Monday or Tuesday
I think I'm still in a bit of shock that I got it done & got it done without any frustration & such ease. Very pleased.

The representative, Henry, checked the laptop, confirmed my insurance cover and completed the paperwork required by Asurion and
Invited me to file the paperwork, by e-mail, and to expect a response within 1-2 days.
I subsequently started an online conversation after approx 1 day and received confirmation that the file was being dealt with and

Found tear in area close to shoulder strap.I examined the tear I believe tear is in area that compromises backpack and will continue to weaken the more I use pack.this pack was purchased in Sept 2022 it is January 2023 I have used this pack less than 4 months.I have bought another pack to replace this one.even upon receiving this pack I did not feel that the size 85l was accurate and have owned 65l packs that have held more. I didn't expect it to fast and easy. Please try to open the box carefully because that's the one that you are going to be using to return your phone. Read the instructions carefully and you shouldn't have any problems.
My overall experience was phenomenal. I had a scheduled appointment between 1-3pm. But Henry came a little early. I didn't mind though. He made sure I understood what he was about to do. He was very polite and professional. And overall my battery was replaced with damage done to my iPhone.
When making a claim with Asurion, I was only given the option to have a technician come to home so that is what I selected. The technician called 4 hours before his arrival time to let me know the screen for the repair wasn't in, he was very professional and told me he would be in communication about the part. I asked about switching the claim to taking it into a repair center and he advised me as to how to do that. I called Asurion, customer service was great and helped me set it up to take it to my local ubreakifix store. The staff at the store were very helpful and had the phone repaired in about an hour.
After dropping my phone i filed a claim with ASSurion. It began by them denying my claim, to get it re-reviewed they then wanted me to wait 30 days. Next they ask for pictures, which i sent, next they want proof of purchase, next they want more pictures. It just keeps on and on. Finally they agree its a covered event and want me to pay the deductible ($99) which i do. The next step is they will send me a shipping label. So far i have received 3 separate e-mail links to a supposed shipping label that does not exist. I have asked for the mailing address so i can mail the phone myself. They refuse to do this. Its a scam guys.
I have an Ipad cracked screen and I had to file a claim twice. Now filing my 3rd one. The first 2 were denied because of "The information on your claim does not match the contact information on your account"
However they just send you an email (which you cannot respond to) without the exact information not matching or without them trying to contact you and correct the information. So it's been now 11 days and still my Ipad isn't fixed and I have to waste more time calling them, explaining the whole situation and them telling me to file yet another claim... and them guessing if maybe a name was misspelled.
Really annoying. As soon as I fix this I am cancelling this stupid service. They eagerly charge me every month for more than a year but as soon as I file my 1sdt claim, this happens.

I had an issue with a projection bulb and did an insurance claim on the bulb. Asurion sent me a printing label to my text message but the printing label link wouldn't work, so I contacted them again online and they generated a new printing label and it was sent to my email address. It was a simple process and didn't once have to get on the phone and go through that nerve wrenching process.
You just call asurion or use the app to start your claim. Then like a day and ¹/² went by and I received my new phone. All I had to do was put sim card in and go. Everything you need to send your old phone back is right there with the new phone.
Phone screen...fixed it. But it went to some kind of maintenance mode that they couldn't resolve right away. It took 40 mins after they closed to finish. They never said will finish tomorrow. Got it done that night. Thank you
Not easy to file a claim. Bad customer service. They do not cover what they offer. I purchased a longboard from Amazon that broke, they say the insurance does not cover accidents, but it supposes the longboard is designed to resist a teenager, and it was not an accident.
I paid $15 a month for insurance on my husband's iPhone 6s because he is in construction and is hard on his phone. Sure enough his phone died and we had to use the insurance. The deductible was $168.00 for a 6s 128GB. The same exact phone was $164.00 at Walmart. When I first called their customer service the girl was really rude and hung up on me. I called back and told the second girl I spoke to that there must be a mistake on the deductible. At least she was willing to look into it but came back and said there was no mistake and there was nothing they could do. Don't waste your money on this insurance, you'll only wind up paying the price of the replacement phone in addition to your monthly premium.
The back glass on my phone had shattered and i had looked into a phone repair store to replace it. They all said a crazy amount and time frame. With Asurin i was able to file a claim for a replacement easy and will get it in the same time frame.
My technician did an awesome job. He was very professional and kept me informed throughout my claim. He explained everything to me in a way I could understand. When my phone couldn't be repaired he helped me file the claim to replace my phone.
Have a defective charge controller, ruined a pair of MK Gel Cell 12volt batteries, and they go to my power wheelchair... NOT GOOD. After some bouncing around over mfg warranty(expired 6 mos ago)(one asurion worker said it was still active)I found it wasn't and initiated process a second time. They finally came through, getting a refund by gift card to get another when I ship the old one back to them. The employee I dealt with today was Very professional and had things sorted out quickly.
Company doesn't give any directions when filing claim that you need to return the damaged device. I found this out on my own when I noticed two tracking numbers... one for the replacement device and one for the device that needs to be returned. I had to call to find out that they send you directions with the replacement device on how to return the old device. I used both online services, and called on phone and was never made aware that the old device would have to be returned. I'm glad I noticed that and called to find out it had to be returned before disposing of the damaged device. I'm sure they minimize that part so that they are able to charge you for the full amount of the device, in my case, $745.00. Unreal! SMH.
