Dropped my phone. No visible damage, but audio started to fail. Qualified for replacement at AT&T store. They started me with asurion. Online process simple. Phone arrived next day. Data transfer took longer. Only complaint, deductible cost ($275), but much cheaper than new phone.
I received a total of two telephones and neither one I could be heard when talking. I'm pretty certain that I'll be taken care of properly and accordingly.
Don't get me wrong, my rep was nice enough, but why am I paying for useless coverage? I don't need anything until the mfr expires. Paying for extra coverage for a year, while the mfr coverage is in place doesn't make sense.

I received 2 new Sim Cards 5G for my phones and I didn't know how to activate them after putting them on. I thought it was easy but as I was trying, it didn't go well. So I ended up on my computer online texting with a representative called Isaiah who was extremely helpful and provided everything I needed to get the phones back on track. It meant a lot to me because if it weren't for this type of service my phones wouldn't be activated today. Thank you so much for this type of service.
The service was excellent! Just arrive during the time period accorded and hands the phone to the Assurion representative he received in a very professional and friendly manner. Less than hour later the phone was ready!

I contacted for my blender just wanting the base replaced. Now yes they are sending the money for it but im upset i am going to lose it for a week when i use it everyday. Plus it is $20.00 more then when i bought it so now i will have to spend more money and i didnt want to do that, thats why i was trying to get my base replaced.

I was told that if I paid for this insurance that I could get all of the electronics that get broken in my house fixed just by taking it in to this little business in my city, but that is a lie. First you have to file a claim online, but the process is unclear and when you think you have done it, you really haven't. So, I went to my appointment, and they said that I still couldn't get it fixed. Then when I asked the company to help me, they got me on the phone to update my info and file a claim, but then they denied my claim because my information did not match. They will not do anything but take your money!
Tip for consumers:
Don't pay for the insurance. Save the money and buy a new one. It will cost less in time and frustration!

Filing the claim was like digging a needle from a haystack. Initial personal were abrupt and rude till a lady was absolutely patient with me, taking me through the claim process entirely.
Then came the weekly emails saying repairs were ongoing. I appreciated the process. Due to the rocky filing the claim process I honestly wasn't expecting anything good or positive.
I get an emailing asking me to choose a replacement for my claim from an email and website I couldn't associate with Asurion. Ignore. Too many scammers.
Another email saying you have till tomorrow to choose. I called a number and was told I have to choose as my laptop couldn't be repaired. I hang up and call Asurion and go the assurance it was a legit but someone failed to communicate the conclusion.
I received a brand new replacement laptop that beat me expectations.
I've been trying to increase my internet speed with AT&T, so I went to the store; and they tried to sell me a new phone. Asurion resent signal, and they advised me to get another SIM card before doing anything extremely expensive.
I just recently switched from Straight Talk back to Verizon. Yes,, Verizon does cost more And it should. I was still having issues a few days later and I used the Tech app for support. It was PERFECT! I was very impressed.
Though I would like to see lower deductibles, overall I would say that Asurion kept their end of the bargain, and they had a replacement phone in my hands the following day.
Though I'm sure the replacement is a refurbished phone, one would be hard pressed to find a flaw.

The solution was simple to begin with, but the source of the problem not easy to find, which is what Tech Support accomplished for me. Tech Support Personnel was very patient, helpful and supportive. Using Chat is a good way to use Verizon Tech Support.
I sent in my phone and service fee on december 26th and it is now april 1st. I still have not received my check and have spoke with customer service several times. They actually told me they didn't know why I haven't received my check. Outrageous!
I was bought a phone from warehouse that had a bad charger the person that brought the phone couldn't get it to charge and she never sent a way to connect the phone and the Sims card was bad I was a little disappointed and then 30 min she left me with a dead phone and no ste up at all

They gave me a shipping label I went to ups to return they said item was too big and heavy, I called customer service they said it was fine no need to return. Now they are saying nobody ever said that sooo frustrating. Do not purchase this insurance. They are horrible

This is a bogus company. They do not tell you what they cover and if you submit a claim with one wrong word, they will deny your claim.
I submitted a claim for device A which they denied. Then submitted a claim for device B which they denied as well saying it was device A even though all the pictures and info I uploaded was related to device B. Customer service is the worst, they just keep on wasting your time. When they deny the claim, they don't even tell you why. Don't waste your money on this

I signed up for multi Device protection for my 8 phones through verizon. Used the claims a couple times in the 4+ years and now I need to file another claim and I am denied! I pay the monthly premium to cover my devices(up to 10 they claim) only to have 3 lines that can actually file claims without paying more $$. They have stolen my money and not delivered. NOT HAPPY. We care care for phones and one screen just stopped working. NO COVERAGE! Customer service just told me if I pay more then FUTURE Claims may be covered. Um Nope. Gave you plenty of money to cover a complete new paid in full phone and you wouldn't do it. Not falling for it again. Canceling the insurance immediatedly! Good luck to others who were duped into the family device coverage.
So my phone had some issues and I called and was sent out a refurbished replacement (It's almost 3 years old now). Setting up was relatively painless until I got to the cellular setup. I used the chat customer support window and was connected to Jasmine who was EXTREMELY patient with me even though I am a chatty little monster sometimes.
She resolved my issue with no problems, minus my being blind apparently xD

Everything about this experience was perfect. Super quick to respond to my ticket, very communicative every step of the way, and the tech that came out was very knowledgable and explained everything thoroughly. The parts were ordered and sent to my home very quickly. Amazing experience over all.
The guy came to fix my mildly broken screen and broke the entire $#*!ing screen then I got sent a piece of $#*! refurbished phone that randomly shut off and won't even turn on. The fact that I paid hundreds of dollars to get a $#*!ing refurbished piece of $#*! is ABSURD. This company is a scam and im so disappointed Verizon works with them.
I have had phones insured for over ten years with this company. I have only needed a replacement ONCE for my daughter's phone. After two hours on the phone and being told to access her Find My IPhone was on and turn it off. She turned it off. Next they ended her claim to start the process over! Now they want an additional deduction because the phone wasn't broken just malfunctioning to where you couldn't use the touchscreen. If you can't access a touchscreen phone it is broken! This company has the monopoly on all the top cell services. Lack of competition keeps unethical businesses like this in practice.
