Dropped my phone. No visible damage, but audio started to fail. Qualified for replacement at AT&T store. They started me with asurion. Online process simple. Phone arrived next day. Data transfer took longer. Only complaint, deductible cost ($275), but much cheaper than new phone.
I received a total of two telephones and neither one I could be heard when talking. I'm pretty certain that I'll be taken care of properly and accordingly.
I have had phones insured for over ten years with this company. I have only needed a replacement ONCE for my daughter's phone. After two hours on the phone and being told to access her Find My IPhone was on and turn it off. She turned it off. Next they ended her claim to start the process over! Now they want an additional deduction because the phone wasn't broken just malfunctioning to where you couldn't use the touchscreen. If you can't access a touchscreen phone it is broken! This company has the monopoly on all the top cell services. Lack of competition keeps unethical businesses like this in practice.
I saw that there was a charge of a protection plan that was included in the item I had purchased in July 2022. I contacted Amazon, who referred me to Asurion online. I explained my concerns and the representative was very thorough and knowledgeable of the item that I had purchased. The representative responded quickly, assuring a refund and that Amazon had been contacted. It was quite simple and extremely fast. There wasn't a long wait unlike using the phone. Asurion exceeded my expectations!
They could have sincerely tried to help me with my claim and told me the processes and procedures instead of giving me the runaround. Asurion is an irresponsible, difficult company who don't tell the truth. It basically depends on who answers the phone. Also they are rude as hell to a customer who is upset after having been told something different every time about the phone claim. The actual coverage is crappy too, I paid over a thousand over the years in premiums and the deductibles are huge making this insurance stupid to purchase. All in all Asurion is just an incomplete unfriendly unprofessional insurance company who will try to deny your benefits and charge outrageous deductibles and premiums. The replacement phone wasn't even new! This was not the case a few years ago when i had another claim. It was probably a different company straight through verizon. Assurion is the reason I chose to leave Verizon.
Service was awesome. YAE, the employee was very considerate and polite. She done a great job on my screen and she was on her way out the door. Stayed just so I didn't have to leave and come back. I was there lesss than a hour with my phone being broke entering and leaving completely fixed. She really was polite and courteous friendly and considerate. Thank you YAE and Asurion!

This monopoly of a company is a total fraud. Had a cracked screen. Only 29 bucks. Ok. Got their refurbished piece of junk sent mine to the. Couple weeks later 250 bucks charged in addition to the 29.
Latest apisode is flip4 screen coming off after few months. 275 deductable. I could just get a refurbished one for same cost. So point of having insurance is what exactly. You can buy referbished ones all over 250-300.
I hate this company.
Asurian is a Scam, it makes false promises on the website to fix or replace the phone within 1 to 2 days but that's not the case. I lost my iphone and submitted the claim. It's more then 6 days and my claim is still under review. Everytime I call them thrice a day and they say "you are all set" its just last step of interview that you need to go through before approving the claim but I never got a call for interview. Everytime I call them they say interview team is closed call back in one hour or call tomorrow and when I call tomorrow they say interview team is closed today call tomorrow at 11.30 and when I call tomorrow at 11.30 they say interview team is not yet opened call after 12.30 and it's been happening in the loop. Worst company ever.

After having to file the same claim 3 times, the remote technician calling me the day and time of the appointment and saying they weren't coming, setting up a new appointment and that was a no show, I was then told that they can't file my claim because I was using a different device when the accident happened, even though I only have the one phone. I finally gave up and will switch to Apple Care going forward!
It was easy to get a replacement and pass. The only thing I didn't like was I got charged 270 that's not cool and it was a resurface phone. It wasn't a new one like the first time but overall it was great. Thank you.

I hate the system slow it's backwards and something stolen anything from the post office or whatever to get the claimant you should be able to talk to an operator it shouldn't be everything online or they push you online I think that's one-sided especially for people who have a challenge using the website to the web web web page whatever website

My one year old laptop purchased over a year ago with an Assyriology 4 Year Protection Plan developed a black screen and would not boot. I contacted Asurion and with the assistance of a chat specialist my issue was completely resolved in a very short time. I was impressed with the ease of the process and so glad I purchased the protection plan.
I placed a claim at noon and was told my device will arrive by 7pm same day. At 730- I called Asurion and spoke with a representative named Faith- very nice and professional. She informed me my phone would be arriving within 10min. An hour and 30min later I called back and a rude and incompetent representative named Ella told me that my phone will arrive tomorrow. After informing her of the last call- she said, "we didn't lie- it shows at 4pm that we didn't have the inventory". Ella needs to revisit training and get up to speed on her vocabulary to understand what a lie is. Not only that, Ella also was trying to fast talk and charge me for insurance on other devices that I did not ask for. I had to repeatedly tell her to stop! Ella is definitely trash

After I waited a week and a half they said said couldn't fix it and said it was junk when it's only a display problem then my sister went in for a cleaning for her xbox and now there saying her xbox doesn't work when it worked perfectly fine also my xbox doesn't even work and and broke something on it do not go to this place at all to get anything fixed they are liars and try to get more money out of you

I went to my local AT&T store to ask about my phone insurance and they gave me information I needed to make my claim. I made my claim in the website, wrote a simple description with issues I had with my phone. Once I submitted my claim the next day I got my replacement phone.
I have a business acct with Verizon. We sold the Asurion Total Mobile Protection plan for $45 per month for all mobile devices under my business contract. Was specifically told could pay only $29 to have any screen replaced by uBreakiFix repair locations at any time.

Spoke with three different people at Asurion today only to have them try to ship me a replacement phone for $199 completely avoiding the option to replace the screen for $29.
Fraud, Scam and and I smell a class action lawsuit as soon as I contact an attorney.
Got the new Z Flip and made a claim online. They were great. Within a day I was able to settle claim and get phone claim started. Was unable to clear info off of old phone and with the help of Alyssa we cleared all info off of broken phone. Asurion has great customer service and gets things done quickly. My phone screen cracked pretty bad and I had called my phone service to see where I could take it to get fixed quickly. They sent me to Asurion, I was able to finally make it down and they were a life saver. It was a hour or so until they closed and said they would rush it and they did and I was able to have my phone back. Very grateful for their professionalism and speediness!
My juicer went kaput on me a few weeks ago. With the holidays, it's been a nightmare trying to get things done, so today, I decided to define my insurance policy and get a replacement. I spoke to a representative by the name of Rejoice, and honestly, I am rejoicing. They made it very easy for me to get my refund to get my new juicer.
They charged me a significant amount of money for no reason. When I called to see why I was charged they themselves didn't know why and even apologized for the mistake. They said I would be refunded in 3 days. Instead of being refunded they went ahead with the charge and when I called a week later to get my money back they told me no charge was appearing on their end. I juat had to call my bank and dispute the charge to get my money back. All in all extremely shady with all the lies!

In May of 2021 I purchased a Hevillo Dehumidifier through Amazon, as well as an Asurion Protection Plan for this household item. In November 2022 it failed to work. I contacted Asurion for assistance and was connected with Karen, an Asurion rep, who helped me to file a claim and to get said claim approved. All of this took less than 30 minutes. Great service from Asurion & Karen. I will indeed continue to purchase the Asurion Plan for items I purchase. Thank you.
It was so extremely easy. The technician contacted me 20 minutes ahead of arrival. It took about 20 minutes tops to fix. She returned to my door with such a pleasant smile and a kind word to my granddaughter. The two and a half year old who broke it when she threw it down because she couldn't find "Blippi" on the phone.
