Dropped my phone. No visible damage, but audio started to fail. Qualified for replacement at AT&T store. They started me with asurion. Online process simple. Phone arrived next day. Data transfer took longer. Only complaint, deductible cost ($275), but much cheaper than new phone.
Lost a phone, stop by the closest store so I could call or have them help me get the process started. Nope, manager could not dial 1-800 outgoing call, and then the online, asks to send a link to the phone. Someone has disconnect there, and totally forgot people can loose phones and what happens if the screen is so damaged you can't see it. Totally stupid! Drive home and call, now the representative 1st tells me it will be there that evening. Sweet, I wait, I wait, then check email that the delivery will not happen and they canceled my claim. Called back, filled another claim. Remember cannot do this online. They explained it had to come from a warehouse and would come next day, nope. Wrong again, came the day after.
If you are deciding on buying a phone from Verizon versus Apple Store- go to Apple Store and buy Apple Care. Asurion is horrible with zero customer service. I tried to replace my son's phone, when I called to see the problem, Asurion had the wrong email address attached to the phone. Instead og getting on the line with Verizon, they simply transferred me. Verizon had my correct email address for one time pass code, but they in turn could not get on line with Asurion. 2 hours later, the problem is still not fixed. GO TO APPLE CARE, stay away from buying your phone through Verizon with Asurion.
The technician was courteous and knowledgeable. It did take 2 appointments to repair my dryer due to the fact that additional parts were needed. The technician ordered the parts after the first appointment and installed them with the 2nd visit.
I have just assumed that the uBreak I fix was an independent service, and was pleasantly surprised with my experience and the expedience with which they took care of my problem! The fact that it's covered by asurion was just icing on top of the cake.
I have to highly recommend getting insurance on any item that you buy if something does go wrong you have extra insurance to help replace whatever it is you spent good money on in this company is there is the best companies I've ever dealt with and their employees like Jason who was a tech that helped walk me through my problem was a great tech and told me that any company certainly like to hire and have on their team he was very professional and since he had and could not be repaired he issued a replacement for it so we were quite happy and I can't say enough about how great this company has thank you Asurion

Sent out another one had it for about 2 months and the head phone jack fell out. Was told it had a one year warranty only to find out the only thing it covers is a cracked screen they wanted another $200.
Was told to go to a repair shop maybe get it done cheaper. SCAME!

I couldn't believe how easily this processed worked. My cracked screen needed repair, and the entire process was quick and easy to follow. I live in a different town, assuming that I would have to drop off the phone and get it back weeks later. Not so! Our friendly repair person was able to make the repair in less than an hour! And it was solid work, too -- you wouldn't imagine that it wasn't a brand new phone!
Once you are approve with repair and if the product isn't fixable and you approved to get a refund for the product the wallet system they use never get sent to the spam folder or your email and once you call the department for the information you are placed on hold. On 10/10/2022 I've been on hold already for 1 hour just to verify my address and refund. Needs a better system.

From the beginning with a visit to UBreakiFix it was a very professional experience. The diagnostic check told the local folks that it would need another opinion. It was send and the problem was solved. I want to include that the update communication was greatly appreciated.

I am a doctor and took the day off of work. Technician was supposed to come 1-5pm. I called at 4pm and was told they were running a little late. At 5:30 I received a text that they are cancelling/postponing. I lost a day off work for nothing.
I'm 34 years old ive had alot of phones with At&t. I was 13 when I got my first phone with CINGULAR. Then when I was about 19 when they turned into At&t. I filed a claim in the middle of December, I called to explain our situation and let customer service know we were waiting to see if Disney found any pieces of the sunglasses that was lost on the ride and the person I spoke with was extremely rude and not helpful or understanding. I asked for our claim to be canceled and I would just fill it out again once we found out if Disney found the sunglasses. I went to speak with someone at customer service today via chat and file a claim cause we got the pieces of sunglasses Disney found and sent to us and the gentleman that I spoke with through chat was absolutely amazing and so helpful. I gave this a 3 star as it is right in the middle, the first person would have maybe gotten a 1 star but Hoover would have gotten a 5 star! Asurion needs more people like Hoover that is so kind and helpful and understanding not judgy!

I have had to deal with the same problem twice and Asurion has been wonderful as to back up our warranty. The problem is not with Asurion but with the manufactors' equipment itself. Their customer service department is by far the best I have ever had to deal with as far as a warranty company. You can't go wrong with this company!

I lost my iPhone and got a replacement from Asurion. The process was really simple and the phone arrived timely (actually had same day and next day delivery option but I went with 1-2 business days). I then went to their website and used the txt help option to activate and set up my new phone. The process was very smooth and easy. The representative I dealt with was very knowledgeable and communicated at my level so that the entire process was smooth. I was very impressed with everything related to the process. Thought it was great!

They send me a refurbished phone that I am still tied to a contract afterwards. I can buy a refurb phone online for 650$, not tied to a contract.
The purpose of insurance is to have low monthly premiums from a pool of customers that decreases the actual cost of loss. This insurance does not decrease cost.

LJ was prompt, friendly, and kind. She quickly diagnosed my problem with my daughter's phone and went about repair it quickly. My daughter's was at school. LJ needed her Apple password and passcode to complete repair. Since my daughter didn't have her phone I had to wait for her to come home from school. LJ left my home to do a nearby repair and came back to my home when my daughter was home to complete the repair. LJ went above and beyond customer service and is an asset to your company. She should be recognized and rewarded for her outstanding work!

Broke my screen on my pro 14 iPhone went to AT&T for help with filling out the insurance forms, then went immediately to the store in Grand Junction. Lauren L was pleasant, professional and stayed late so that I could get my phone back the same day she was fantastic.
