I use asurion through AT&t it really does come in handy when you need it. I appreciate that you can get the issue corrected and then the payment is put on to your bill rather than paying up front. I'm insured on all my electronics with asurion!

Lost a phone, stop by the closest store so I could call or have them help me get the process started.
Nope, manager could not dial 1-800 outgoing call, and then the online, asks to send a link to the phone. Someone has disconnect there, and totally forgot people can loose phones and what happens if the screen is so damaged you can't see it. Totally stupid! Drive home and call, now the representative 1st tells me it will be there that evening. Sweet, I wait, I wait, then check email that the delivery will not happen and they canceled my claim. Called back, filled another claim. Remember cannot do this online. They explained it had to come from a warehouse and would come next day, nope. Wrong again, came the day after.

Service was exemplary. Easy to put a claim in online. Got a new phone much faster than I expected. Somebody forgot to pack the new Sim card but I still had my old one. Other than that, awesome service.
It seems the primary goal of this company is to collect premiums and then make it next to impossible to make a claim and get the promised protection. My policy covers battery health and by the company's own description, my phone was eligible for a replacement battery. In trying to file a claim online, I was only offered a replacement phone for a cost of $225. So I had to call customer service and it took over 30 minutes to complete the claim. When I got confirmation of repair, I was also notified that the repair may include non-original manufacturer parts. I've cancelled my insurance and will simply bank the savings to handle any future repairs. Do not waste your money on a policy with this company.

Each team member who emerged to assist was courteous, patient and helpful. They walked me through the steps I needed to take to get the phone ready for repair. They also reviewed with me what I needed to do to ensure the phone features were reset to their original state.
Never done this before. Called store in my area. Was given information to go on line for claim. Placed order on line with time and date that was good for me...guy showed up, fixed phone, and in was so easy.however I did get an email later saying " thanks for signing up for a 25 dollar a month something that I didn't sign up for. So ill have to check into that and have it removed.but over all very satisfied.
Went to get my sister's S23 Ultra to get her screen replaced (after my dog bit it) and the timing it took to get it done was fast, too! Stephanie was a great help and made us feel comfortable and very satisfied with the service!
My experience was amazing! I had to reschedule my appointment, and they were able to fit me in their schedule. The tech that assisted me was Eloy, can't describe how helpful and patient he is! He explained to me the process and would follow up with me when he was almost done. I noticed he went out of his way for his customers, he did it for me and I noticed him doing it for someone else too. Thank you Eloy you're the best!
My experience with Customer service was outstanding. The gentleman who helped me was very knowledgeable about how to resolve the issue and took care of the problem in a timely manner and was very friendly. He walked me through the steps that needed to be taken and advised me how the issue would be resolved. He was GREAT.

Asurion business motto must be to lie and deceive client. And they are doing a outstanding job. I have been put through the run around for three day. Each day sitting and waiting all day to receive a claim I paid for, only to receive nothing. I call the customer service and they supply me with false information to conceal their Incompetence. Their lack of respect for customers is un acceptable. Or maybe the phone companies are to blame.

I was able to secure an appointment the next day online very easily.
I was given an arrival time window, the tech was running behind, window was 9am-11am, they arrived at 240 pm but they texted twice that morning to update me.
Within 15 minutes the tech was able to repair the phone that had been accidently dropped on concrete steps. I really was not expecting this to be an easy fix especially since the lower half of the screen was grey and I was unable to unlock the phone.
I recommend Asurion, while its costly-I think it is worth it.

My phone was damaged when it slipped out of my pocket and someone placed a chair on top of it crushing the front and back. I went online the next morning to confirm I had purchased insurance and immediately began to work on replacement. I booked appointment and very next day, they came to my home with his van and within 30 mins inspected and replaced the screen for my s23 ultra. Technician came 30 min before infact before scheduled appointment and called me to check, if I am fine with his early showup. Very professional and in 45 mins, he replaced and hand over the device.
