Dropped my phone. No visible damage, but audio started to fail. Qualified for replacement at AT&T store. They started me with asurion. Online process simple. Phone arrived next day. Data transfer took longer. Only complaint, deductible cost ($275), but much cheaper than new phone.
Lost a phone, stop by the closest store so I could call or have them help me get the process started. Nope, manager could not dial 1-800 outgoing call, and then the online, asks to send a link to the phone. Someone has disconnect there, and totally forgot people can loose phones and what happens if the screen is so damaged you can't see it. Totally stupid! Drive home and call, now the representative 1st tells me it will be there that evening. Sweet, I wait, I wait, then check email that the delivery will not happen and they canceled my claim. Called back, filled another claim. Remember cannot do this online. They explained it had to come from a warehouse and would come next day, nope. Wrong again, came the day after.
Cynthia was able to assist me with the activation so quickly and had a back up for everything I threw at her. Excellent service from start to finish! Highly recommend Asurion!
Each representative has been pleasant, knowledgeable, willing to help and guide in any way possible. I'm a new customer and so far I am very impressed.
Having both asurion connected to our mobile phone equipment and home tech peripherals... That was an issue i created myself... All went smoothly in the end... I just wasted my own time...
So thankful & grateful to have Asurion Insurance to cover my phone stolen in Paris...11/2022...fortunately I always carry 2 phones on me@ all times...

Claim took normal than longer time. It went well but talking to customer support was not very helpful because the information they were sharing was same as online.
If I could give no stars I would. Called me 5 mins before scheduled repair and said don't have part... an Iphone 11 Screen? Stayed home from work after booking a week ago
Noe was awesome at helping us so fast and making sure we got our new phone activated right away! Its usually a waiting game with online help, but not with Asurion! THey are great!
We had issues transferring data. Contacted Verizon and Michelle no only helped us resolve the issue but was so nice and pleasant to talk too! She is a legend in customer service!
Simple claim process, constant communication, repaired like new as promised. Amazing service and repair! Apple store quoted $800 to repair, Asurion did it for $100, WOW!
