Dropped my phone. No visible damage, but audio started to fail. Qualified for replacement at AT&T store. They started me with asurion. Online process simple. Phone arrived next day. Data transfer took longer. Only complaint, deductible cost ($275), but much cheaper than new phone.
Lost a phone, stop by the closest store so I could call or have them help me get the process started. Nope, manager could not dial 1-800 outgoing call, and then the online, asks to send a link to the phone. Someone has disconnect there, and totally forgot people can loose phones and what happens if the screen is so damaged you can't see it. Totally stupid! Drive home and call, now the representative 1st tells me it will be there that evening. Sweet, I wait, I wait, then check email that the delivery will not happen and they canceled my claim. Called back, filled another claim. Remember cannot do this online. They explained it had to come from a warehouse and would come next day, nope. Wrong again, came the day after.
Purchased warranty with product on Amazon. When the item failed and could not be repaired or replaced my claim was quickly processed and received full compensation in the form of an E-Gift card.

I had trouble with scanning from my Epson ET-4760 to my MacBook. Jayson, the Asurion tech who helped me, was outstanding. He helped me download the necessary software from Epson, then opened the scan screen for me. We had a lot of trouble with my printer's automatic doc feeder, but he was really, and I mean really, patient with that glitch. We sorted it out; I think there were creases in the papers I was trying to scan, so that caused the jam. After he opened my scanner, he closed it and helped me learn how to open it myself. I lucked out getting Jayson in the queue today. Thanks, Jayson!
I filed a claim for my TV that most likely was struck by lightning, during work, 7pm-7am. Paid the co pay and could not believe that a brand new TV was delivered at 11am the next day. If you do not have your coverage, what are you doing with your life?! Buy it! Just buy it, you certainly will not regret it.

Place claim due to phone being stolen. No problem getting claim processed but had to buy cheap temp phone while waiting for new phone to ship. Would give 5 stars if phone had been available at store.
Getting service on my covered product was quick and painless, although I did have to opt for online chat for assistance as the site had some difficulty with recognizing the manufacturer.

I purchased the extra protection on a computer from Asurion this is there main headquarters I sent it out November 24th to get fixed received back 3 weeks later more broken then it was sent to them not only it doesn't work they also broke the side glass and front of the computer had to send it back out to them to get fixed now January 7 and still they sent me the computer back in the same condition called again now I have to send it back 3rd time this is unacceptable
Update the company reached out to me one particular agent Vivi she was able to help me out when no one else was able to. She was kind and determined to help with my issues I was having Vivi rectified and put my faith back In there company. She has great customer service skills I believe the company benefits for having a agent like her on there team. Thank you for all your help
Asurion provides CHEAP 3rd-party device-replacement insurance to the wireless carriers EXPENSIVELY to you by instituting ONEROUS and LIMITING terms that DON'T cover all of your carrier family plan devices but charge you a claim DEDUCTIBLE for the headache of them replacing your device with an incompletely REFURBISHED device still exhibiting problems its original owner experienced with it.
