Dropped my phone. No visible damage, but audio started to fail. Qualified for replacement at AT&T store. They started me with asurion. Online process simple. Phone arrived next day. Data transfer took longer. Only complaint, deductible cost ($275), but much cheaper than new phone.
Lost a phone, stop by the closest store so I could call or have them help me get the process started. Nope, manager could not dial 1-800 outgoing call, and then the online, asks to send a link to the phone. Someone has disconnect there, and totally forgot people can loose phones and what happens if the screen is so damaged you can't see it. Totally stupid! Drive home and call, now the representative 1st tells me it will be there that evening. Sweet, I wait, I wait, then check email that the delivery will not happen and they canceled my claim. Called back, filled another claim. Remember cannot do this online. They explained it had to come from a warehouse and would come next day, nope. Wrong again, came the day after.
Asurion have had my new flip 3 phone over a month. Everytime I called i get a rude representative saying call back next wk for update. Never a $#*!in update. Am so pissed. Am still making payments on phone. Whenever I get phone back am canceling service and going through my phone provider for warranty. $#*! ASURION

On 9/18/23, I went to the ATT store in Fontana on Foothill and Citrus, explained what the issue with my phone, and inquired if it could be repaired. The associate looked over the phone and told me that I would have to contact Asurion, but he then took the phone and attempted to open it flat, which I heard a crack, and the screen then malfunctioned. After that, I was unable to use the phone. The only thing that was wrong with the phone was that it only opened halfway, and I could use it.
I called on Saturday, 9/22/23, and I spoke with a very rude customer service person. I tried to tell him what was happening with the previous phone that was delivered to me, but he kept talking over me and would not listen to what I had to say.
After calling asurion they sent the replacement phone very quickly. Just wish I didn't have to fill out a survey to be able to look at my information.
Had some controllers that needed to be replaced or repaired. Customer service Daphne was so helpful and very fun to work with. I would recommend having this service!
A new hotspot was ordered for me. I received it the next day. When this didn't work for us they issued a return sticker immediately. Great Customer Service!

Also they are complete scam artists, they charge you excess fees close to that of shop repair prices so technically you only end up insuring your phone for 3 months before it would opf been better off going to the repair shopwithout the need of insurance.
They dont do any repairs aswell they just send you a new phone meaning you cant retrieve your beloved photos and videos and numbers
AND also force you to pay 350 quid if you dont send your broken device back to them.
Avoid these $#*!s like the plague and coronavirus that they are.
Phone would not charge. Wanted to change charging port. Could not be done. Tyler checked my account and found that phone was insured (I didn't know). Two days later, new later. Back in business.

All that needs to be said is filing a claim is fast and easy not difficult, frustrating and exhausting like other claims I have done in the past and there was no interrogation involved.
