Dropped my phone. No visible damage, but audio started to fail. Qualified for replacement at AT&T store. They started me with asurion. Online process simple. Phone arrived next day. Data transfer took longer. Only complaint, deductible cost ($275), but much cheaper than new phone.
Lost a phone, stop by the closest store so I could call or have them help me get the process started. Nope, manager could not dial 1-800 outgoing call, and then the online, asks to send a link to the phone. Someone has disconnect there, and totally forgot people can loose phones and what happens if the screen is so damaged you can't see it. Totally stupid! Drive home and call, now the representative 1st tells me it will be there that evening. Sweet, I wait, I wait, then check email that the delivery will not happen and they canceled my claim. Called back, filled another claim. Remember cannot do this online. They explained it had to come from a warehouse and would come next day, nope. Wrong again, came the day after.
Experience what I had a problem with my wireless headsets
So I didn't know I could leave a review of Asurion. This happened a yr ago... my screen cracked, I called Asurion, they sent me to the only repair place in my area of 300K+ people. Turns out I couldn't pay the $29 deposit and have my screen fixed bc the UBreakIFix store wouldn't honor insurance and accept the deposit and fix my screen. When talking to Asurion, they didn't have another option for me. I had to buy a new phone for $200+. Which is not a bad deal, but's not $29 either. Asuncion should have other options for repair stores in my area. Not particularly happy.

No need in declaring a disaster, if you have Asurion! Crack your devise or drop in to water, Asurion will come to the rescue. The charges we pay are not so high that we have been surprised.
So i drop my phone on gravel. Road and it cranks the screen. Not end of the world i have Asurión but have never used the insurance. Filing a claim was easy, once I knew where to go to do that. Company schedules a time or a range of time and comes to my house to repair phone screen for $29. Young lady calls 30 minutes prior all is good. She break the back glass of my phone, really just a small chip but apologizes and set me you with a brand new phone. The best part is when I make the phone call. I'm dreading make the call, just know im going to get someone I can't understand I'm going to get pissed and hang up and not get phone replaced. A young lady from Houston Texas is on the other line, what a pleasure she was. Took care of me not only got me a new phone but the newer version of my phone and next day shipping. Process was just smooth. Not sure it would happen this way again but but very satisfied with asurion, so I also picked up home electronic insurance that covers all devices in home.
I pay for total mobile protection through Verizon. $45 a month for my 3 lines. I have never used it. One of our phones that is 7 months old is damaged, so when I called Verizon & Asurion, I was told by Asurion that I no longer had Asurion Insurance coverage…. That I'd just recently canceled it!
The Verizon agent kept telling them that we DID have coverage, as I am still being charged and paying for the ‘supposed coverage' We were also told that the phone that broke, specifically, isn't covered…. That our coverage is for a phone number that we've never even heard of!
After OVER 4 HOURS on the phone on a Saturday, we were told that "clearly our issue couldn't be solved today!" And that we would be receiving a call back…
It's been 4 days, still haven't heard from them.
DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY IN ASURION

Asurion is a rip off company. While you have your tool covered by a manufat/ warranty but you want EXTENDED warranty. So you get a policy by asurion and find out later they run at the same time and when you call them, the foreigner on the other end reads a script and will not transfer to manager... so you spend money opn a year thats double covered and they DO NOT CARE.

I have always been very satisfied with the professional help and politeness that I have received from Assurion representatives. You just can't beat their service.
3 different people told me that my device would be shipped and i would be given a tracking code- 2 HAVE BEEN WRONG AND IVE HAD TO CONTACT THE 3RD. I still do not know if my replacement device is coming, it is currently 6/26 and i started this terrible endeavor on 6/23.
I was scared about filing a claim when my iPad stopped charging- I've had some very frustrating customer service experiences lately! All I had to do was go online and enter my information- and my claim was accepted- it took literally MINUTES-I wish everything was so easy!

A note and a galaxy are 2 different phones but im expected to pay for the note and not get a note. Being charged for both phones that i returned. One is eve in the warehouse!

Had a broken screen and stopped working on screen. The Clarksville at&t was warm and welcoming and helped to fix my problem.
Claim process was so super easy and everyone I worked with was amazing! I will buy extended service from Asurion on any new appliance purchase that offers it for sure. So glad I had it!
Brought two fishing rod combo and got a protection plan broke one got a refund and now second one broke oh we can't cover it wtf that's not what the store told me never again.
