Dropped my phone. No visible damage, but audio started to fail. Qualified for replacement at AT&T store. They started me with asurion. Online process simple. Phone arrived next day. Data transfer took longer. Only complaint, deductible cost ($275), but much cheaper than new phone.
Lost a phone, stop by the closest store so I could call or have them help me get the process started. Nope, manager could not dial 1-800 outgoing call, and then the online, asks to send a link to the phone. Someone has disconnect there, and totally forgot people can loose phones and what happens if the screen is so damaged you can't see it. Totally stupid! Drive home and call, now the representative 1st tells me it will be there that evening. Sweet, I wait, I wait, then check email that the delivery will not happen and they canceled my claim. Called back, filled another claim. Remember cannot do this online. They explained it had to come from a warehouse and would come next day, nope. Wrong again, came the day after.
The ice maker in our refrigerator quit working. I was contacted immediately to schedule an appointment to get it fixed. The technician was very kind and knowledgeable. The whole process was so easy!

I purchased a 3 year protection plan and Asurion had no issues with making my issue right, towards the end of the 3 year mark. I was refunded the money without any hassle.
I canceled My plan 4 months ago and they don't want to reimbursed me the money so they told me they will do a claim on a computer i took To fix and they couldn't t repair and replace it but now all of a sudden they don't want to do that they playing game in that office and not all on the Same page last lady just gave me a attitude on the phone and canceled my membership without my 3 months i paid For already and hung up
When I went to Apple to get my iPad fixed, they told me it will cost me $600 and they don't know if they were even able to fix it. Neither Best Buy, where I bought it from, were able to fix it or I guess allowed to fix it.
However, thankfully, I had registered for an Asurion plan earlier this summer, so I decided to file a claim and then stop by the uBreakiFix shop in Huntington Station, NY.
They said they will take it in and call me the next day about next steps. They called me next day and they called me at 10 am EST to tell me they identified the issue and called me again at 3 pm EST to tell me they had fixed everything and even backed my data on the iCloud, which I thought was a lost cause.
I owe so much to these people and to Asurion. You guys enabled me to keep my data and all my photos I thought were goners for sure.
I will keep using Asurion and I would even forego Apple Care since these guys do it even better than the Apple "Genius" teams do it. 10/10.
All of my expectations were met. Thank you again for the wonderful and supportive team you are building because the employee you sent out to my home was awesome and helped get my phones working asap!
I have been moved around for 4 hours providing the same information and they have still not resolved the issue.
As soon as the plan is over in 6 months I will leave Asurion and att.

Straight forward, not anxiety provoking, happy with my interaction with their tech service.
Waited on four different occasions for them to fix our phone and they stood us up each time. They would then call and say they would be here in 30 minutes and not show up again.
I have had to file two (2) warranty claims with Asurion over the last few years and both have been handled quickly, professionally and efficiently. I find this company to be a pleasure to work with.
I lost my phone and called Asurion on a Friday before Labor day weekend. The representative stated they could have a technician come to my house to deliver and set-up the phone the next day. I was told there is a 2hr window between 5pm to 7pm when the technician will show up and I had to be home. The technician calls me and say she will arrive after 7pm because she has to come to Philadelphia from Pottstown. The technician was a no-show. I called Asurion and was told the phone must be shipped and since it's the holiday weekend the phone will not be shipped until Tuesday and I will not receive it until Thursday. This is terrible. If Asurion can not deliver on offering a technician to come to the home then they shouldn't offer the service. Do not go with the technician option. Customer service in United States is at an all time low.

For 25 bucks a month, seems like a good deal, until you submit a claim. The website says they will repair or replace. They could not repair my 250 dollar headphones, Im a sound engineer so we are not dealing with beats headphones, they only offered me 111 dollars. I have filed a complaint several times. This company is a scam, low ball and shortchanging the customers and not living up to their promise to replace the product. When I tried to speak to the rep about it she was really rude and placed me on hold for over 30 minutes. I will be cancelling this insurance. I also had a claim for a mouse in which they did the same thing, didn't replace but low balled me on the price of a replacement mouse.
Spoke to a supervisor as I read him word for word from their website where it says they will repair or replace the item. They said no they don't do that, and want to give me "fair market value" for the product. The website and Verizon say different. 111 does not even begin to replace 250 dollar headphones. On that note, if my 2100 macbook falls to the floor and they cant fix it they will offer me 900? SCAM
I made a mistake online when I set my Asurion appointment. I did not realize that I had to file a claim first with ATT for the cracked screen since I had an ATT protection package on my devices. When I arrive the Asurion employee Ariel Romero was very polite and helpful in setting me on the path with my phone to make an ATT/Asurion claim before Asurion could do the repair. He could not have been more patient and helpful. I do think that the Asurion and ATT websites could do a better job of advising an ATT customer that if he/she has a protection package that they need to file a claim before setting an Asiurion appointment. That would have make my visit quicker.
I paid for a tactical amount to fix my screen extreme for him to just look at it in less than one minute tell me that you can't do it so you kick my $30 you don't fix my screen I pay for your insurance every $#*!ing month for you guys not to do anything and you're trying to tell me oh it's a full phone replacement that's funny I went to the place in Albany at the mall they have no problem Fixing the phone but it'll be just as much as it would be for you to send me a new phone you guys are horrible and horrible and I regret every using you as a service
As I write this review, I am still waiting on hold (over an hour now) to try to resolve the fact that Asurion found "additional damage to [my] phone when they were inspecting it and decided to charge me an additional $160, above and beyond the money I already paid for the replacement phone. I called the number given in the correspondence that informed me of this charge, and was only given options to file a new claim. After finally getting through to someone who can provide some assistance, all he was able to do was submit a request to the finance department (to whom he refused to transfer my call) to reconsider the charge... You know. The unauthorized $160 theft that they are considering a charge. So... even now (one hour twenty-five minutes by now), I do not have a guarantee that I will get my money back. After all of this, I am looking at the cost of the re-furbished phone that they sent me (and charged me $189 for) and finding that I can get it cheaper on pretty much any online phone store. Indeed. I pay $50 per month for the privilege of overpaying for a replacement phone and having no choice in the type thereof. What a great example of product insurance at its best.

Unfortunately, I left my phone on top of the car drove off and I heard a noise and sure enough it was my phone I turned around and the screen obviously cracked and it was raining and it wouldn't turn back on so I filed a claim and it was very easy to do so.
Have had you guys cover my phones for many years and am impressed with the speed of service along with the quality of claim processing are the reasons why. Thank you!
I bought an Emil Laggasse Air Fryer, unaware that an important part would go bad. One Morning i went to use my Lagassee and it would not get hot, i didn t no what was wrong. I finally called an Appliance store, and they told me my heating like element went bad. So i called back to the place i bought it from and they gave me the Assurion phone number, i explained my issue and Bam they sent me a Check to cover what i paid fur it in the 1st place.
