Dropped my phone. No visible damage, but audio started to fail. Qualified for replacement at AT&T store. They started me with asurion. Online process simple. Phone arrived next day. Data transfer took longer. Only complaint, deductible cost ($275), but much cheaper than new phone.
Lost a phone, stop by the closest store so I could call or have them help me get the process started. Nope, manager could not dial 1-800 outgoing call, and then the online, asks to send a link to the phone. Someone has disconnect there, and totally forgot people can loose phones and what happens if the screen is so damaged you can't see it. Totally stupid! Drive home and call, now the representative 1st tells me it will be there that evening. Sweet, I wait, I wait, then check email that the delivery will not happen and they canceled my claim. Called back, filled another claim. Remember cannot do this online. They explained it had to come from a warehouse and would come next day, nope. Wrong again, came the day after.
It's been a while since I've had to file a claim with asurion so I have to say it was actually a pleasure to deal with them and it couldn't have gone more smoothly.#thanks Raymond!
While fighting a somewhat larger then average fish the rod broke at the tip. However, I was still able to land the fish. When I filed a claim the result was completly satisfactory and timely.

Every person I talked to except the wonderful lady at the end had an ugly ethnic attitude. One of the men that I talked to said he would hang up if I didn't calm down. I did calm down but was still stern and he actually hung up on me. The other two women were not helpful. I simply asked for the company to put in a note that I prefer after 8 in the 7 to 9 window. The first lady said it couldn't be done. I call back and the rep said it could be done. The cherry on top... I get home after leaving work as quickly as possible I look in my emails on my computer and it said that the phone was delivered. BULL $#*!ING $#*! there wasn't a signature no conversation and the rep that was supposed to come wouldn't answer their phone. WHAT THE $#*! KIND OF COMPANY IS THIS? IF ANYONE FROM ASURION SEES THIS JUST KNOW YOU WORK FOR A $#*! COMPANY
Bought a new phone from Apple and needed to activate it. Rep (Nichelle) was knowledgeable and patient w/ me and was able to get my old phone transferred to the new one in a relatively short time.
Had two successful back to back, activations and transfers from old phone to new phone with a very patient and experienced tech support coach. Christian was awesome and stayed with us throughout.
If I had known that the insurance wasn't going to cover my item for the original price I would have bought a higher insurance. Kind of defeats the purpose of having insurance.

Sent Asurion an under warranty Sprint Samsung phone for repair, they sent me a lower model loaner phone, which only received texts and phone calls on WIFI! Supposed to get it back within 7 business days. Finally after 14 business days and numerous phone calls, they decided to send me a replacement. Did receive the replacement, but now they are sending me an unrepairable phone back to me, so I can send it back to them, WHA?
And EVERY time I have been on the phone with them they try to sell me the Asurion Home + plan for ALL my devices.
I just tell them, Why would I buy this when I am an UNHAPPY customer of Asurion?
I claimed the lost or stolen iPhone. I paid my $180 copay. Then I received information from Asurion that my claim was denied but my payment was not returned.
Armonie was patient and very efficient! She took the time to understand and address my issue. She made sure my phone was functioning properly before leaving.

HAD TO CALL 3 TIMES BEFORE I GOT THE RETURN LABEL THE 1ST TIME I WAS TOLD UPS WOULD PICK UP THE PARCEL AND BRING THE RETURN LABEL. AFTER THE 3RD CALL THEY TOLD ME THEY WOULD EMAIL THE LABEL FOR US TO PRINT TO RETURN THE PRODUCT. WITH A WEEK WE HAD OUR FULL RETURN.

Purchased HP Laser Jet Pro machine, the manufacturer Refused to honor the warranty. Asurion took over the claim and went beyond my expectation to resolve the matter, very responsible company.
After how difficult Amazon's site made it to figure out how to contact Asurion, I wasn't expecting much. But as soon as I went to their website, I was able to chat with a friendly customer server person (Carmelita) who took care of my claim (even though the product covered was messed up in their system, probably Amazon's fault here, too) in less than a half hour. I don't think there's anything else Asurion could have done to make sure I had a good experience. It was my first claim with them, for an inexpensive item, and it makes me feel better about having also bought protection for a more-expensive item. I still hope I won't have to use the protection, but it seems they really do what they say they do. I was a little wary because Asurion isn't Square Trade, which is the standard bearer, but really, the one time I had to make a claim with them, I was less satisfied than I am now with my Asurion claim. It was quicker and easier to do the "paperwork," and Asurion pays the full purchase price via an Amazon e-gift card, so I can get another one in a few days.
Brandon and Gerald were great. I hadn't filed a claim so I did that in the store and left the phone. We came back later in the day and it was ready. Super easy and a great experience.
